Bell Lansbrook Village

It has been pretty good so far nothing has gone wrong neighbors have been pretty friendly and nothing is really going wrong. Definitely worth the price with the renovated housing

Bell has done a great job at upgrading the community. They’ve added new landscaping, private fences, new pool furniture at all 3 pools, upgraded the fitness center, and plan on doing more. The office staff is super helpful and maintenance is always attentive!

This is one of the best places to live. It’s quiet, the property is always manicured. If something needs fixed the maintenance crew are here the same day unless it’s the weekend. We have dog parks, sand volleyball, tennis, pickleball, basketball and 3 swimming pools. Living here is like living in a small community.

Location, Location Location Safe, reasonably priced and close to pretty much everything.. The HOA office is staffed with wonderful, helpful people and the grounds are truly beautiful. Great place to live

This apartments are beautiful, if anything breaks down for any reason it gets repaired very fast, the people that works here is very friendly they are awesome, they do activities on the holidays, they bring food trucks almost every week, the social spaces are beautiful, they always work on keeping everything clean, organized and it’s just beautiful.

Definitively, I love to live here first of all because Lansbrook is a safe community and also we have the best maintenance and many nice amenities.

Really pleasant office staff. Maintenance seems really helpful as well. Can't stand the required Smart Rent . Just makes everything harder to my way of thinking. Can't adjust my thermostat without finding my phone...$25/month instead of just giving me a key. Adding technology isn't always better.

Anytime I have a maintenance problem they're here as soon as possible. The property is well-groomed and and when I call the office they are wonderful with getting what I need done completed

I love living in Bell Lansbrook Village! It doesn’t feel like an apartment complex, it’s like its own little community. There are so many great amenities to choose from and the scenery is beautiful to just go and take walks around the neighborhood. All the staff and maintenance are so nice and helpful too!

We love our Community, spacious apartments, and the AMAZING staff! We have been here for several years . The amenities are abundant. Not to mention the new Pickle Ball court! We love our apartment & the quiet peaceful community. We have lived here for 2 years & just renewed our lease for another 15 months. All of our neighbors are very nice & friendly which is a big plus!!

Super safety and very wholesome community, only inconvenient pool grills never work and the fitness center renovation almost took a whole 10month lease contract to finish.

The community is very nice with great amenities. When we moved in, there were a few things that needed to be fixed but maintenance was very helpful and prompt. Staff has been responsive and great to work with. The neighbors are great, super friendly and engaging.

Our move into our new unit was amazing. Sydney was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We love our new home and the beautiful community.

Love living in this community! Quiet and safe. Great location and close to many highways and places. The best part is there is a Publix, Starbucks and fitness center less then a mile from the community. The community is safe and very quiet.

I just got access to my new apartment today but it’s beautiful and everyone in the rental office has been wonderful. I can’t wait to be settled in and really start enjoying living here.

Would be nice if the gym was open. Also would be nice if the grills/outdoor kitchen areas were operable, it’s been at least 4 months with caution tape around it all.. We shouldn’t be paying an amenity fee or at least a reduced one.

Beautiful community. I love living here. It’s in a safe location. It’s a friendly and quiet Community. Maintenance request are always taken care of within a day or two. Amenities are nice and kept up. Landscape is beautiful.

Upon moving in we were given a move-in basket with recommendations of restaurants, some essentials that people may have forgotten with the move. Also the process of getting checked in and signing the lease with all the paperwork was pretty simple and the community is so welcoming and so dog friendly

So far I am enjoying, a little disappointed because the gym is not ready but I know why so I am exited to use the new one as soon as ready to use.

New management seems really friendly and flexible. They offered a few socials which were appreciated and hope they continue to host more! They are also very prompt with responses

the new owners are doing their best the last owners neglected for many years. east lake is a great area to live in so that is an added bonus.

It’s a great neighborhood with great amenities. The maintenance is very fast and does a good job. They are renovating everything and making nicer every day.

Extremely nice experience, kind and helpful leasing staff, they try extra hard to make somebody’s day. Always great to visit the leasing office, catch up on community events, and grab a coffee or tea.

Amenities are great, office staff are understanding. Neighborhood is quiet. Rent a little pricey. But all in all a really great place to live

So far so good. Move in went great. Just a few minor issues that I shared with the leasing team and then were addressed by Josh (Maintenance) within 24 hours. Very responsive. The leasing team and maintenance are friendly, responsive and professional.

The move was smooth and easy. Staff was very helpful and professional . the apartment was also very clean. My children and I truly love being here.

Place is nice and well maintained for the most part. Usually when you move into a new place and put maintenance requests in they get them all done in a hurry but seems like they just get put in the queue here. It’s has a smart home feature but mine isn’t working. I’ve reached out for support several times and no call backs from manager or smart home so I’m paying money for nothing.

A few small fixes upon move in but Maintenance was quick to head over and get it all squared away. We are happy to be residents here and start our new chapter.

I would rate 5 stars but there were some bumps in the leasing process. That said, the staff was always pleasant which says a lot for them. The community is mostly quiet, attractive and our few maintenance requests have been handled promptly. We have only been here a month but are very happy with our choice. i would recommend this community to anyone looking to live in PH

Really nice apartments and really great looking community. The noise levels are great I haven't heard any of my neighbors and parking is pretty decent.

location is perfect. the setting is pretty. nice landscaping. good amenities. wish the recycle center could be open and used appropriately to keep in open. rent price is in line with competition. like the food truck events -- we could have a few more community gathering events per month. maintenance team is top notch and very responsive. staff in office are very helpful. thank you.

A Lot Has Changed For The Better Since I Moved In. Everybody In The Front Office Is Very Respectful And Understanding. Can’t Really Complain About Anything.

From the move in to the staff and amenities , I love every part of this community. I love how involved the staff is to making this experience our best one. Also the gym is something I enjoy because of this being my hobby. This is the best gym in a complex I ever been a part of. I love the sports complex and all the pools. The waterfalls make it so relaxing to drive into this community.
