As a whole I really do like where I live. I do wish there was more security around. I do wish we could opt out out of certain things we are obligated to pay for. And that the tenants respect the good neighbor policy.

Building: good. Location: good. Management: good but seems unable to resolve the intolerable noise during quiet hours that is produced by the individual living in the 330 unit above us and that weve endured for an entire year!
Im very happy I decided to make this my new home I really like it here ! Its quiet and relaxing and safe . The apartments are beautiful and modern and Ben and Chelsea are awesome , they are always very helpful and nice! I highly recommend Bell Pasadena Apartments.

Bell Pasadena has the best staff on site and off site very professional, helpful and friendly.
Great location and view (depends), great amenities, very quiet and clean, very friendly and approachable managers, periodic updates/ event notices from managers, good response from management during COVID-19 (regularly cleaned, not sure about rent payment but sounded pretty accommodating in emails from management)...but a little pricey (Especially the $120/month compulsory technology bundle-cable internet...which you have to pay even if you dont use cable)... Overall rating- very good!!

Bell Pasadena is a great community offering luxury apartment layouts and modern finishes. The complex is convenient for commuting downtown and many other businesses are nearby. The downfall of living here is the exceptionally high rent and the residents dont always take responsibility for their actions.

Nice, quite, clean, safe place with a great location and with the right apartment, great view of the mountains!!! The only issue is the cost of Internet TV bundle is not negotiable...If you live in an apartment here, you have to pay $200 for the bundle...It's a waste for some people who mostly watch Netflix, etc. Overall grade- A- (just because of the non-negotiable bundle)
