Bell Riverside

The best part about living at Bell Riverside is the location. Otherwise the property is unsafe, poorly maintained and the management teams, several in the last year, have a significant lack of care for the residents. It looks beautiful in pictures but if you choose to visit, look closer. It's poorly maintained both in upkeep and cleanliness with most of the amenities out of order for unreasonable amounts of time. The most pressing example of this is the gated entry. It has been out of order for close to a year, since January 2022. This has lead to several security incidents including car break-ins, motorcycle and package theft, as well as increased homeless activity. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that cares about it's residents and puts an effort into maintenance.

The best community to live! It is exceptionally well cared for and attended and leasing office and maintenance are tip top. We have lived here 14 years and just moved into our 3rd unit at Bell. It's like living at a peaceful resort next to St. John's River...we love it!

It is impossible to refer anyone to the complex, we have been here over 4 years, lived in 3 different units (been victims of water damage leaks 3 times) and experienced double digit rent increases every year (14%) this year. Residents have been given excessive rent increases, moved out and found their prior unit rented for less than the renewal offer. A more flexible approach verse "market metrics" needs to be evaluated. It would be my opinion that the complex charges above market rent for the quality, condition and age of the Apartments. I found it ironic that it is marketed as Luxury Living, but we have the cheapest appliances on the market (coil electric stoves, top freezer refrigerators and entry level dishwashers). Please consider these comments as necessary feedback and not a rant. Many residents who loved living here have moved over frustration with deferred maintenance and high rent increases.

I absolutely love Bell Riverside. The apartment management was very helpful and welcoming they made the process such an ease for me. The residents here are very friendly and make you feel at home. This place has an AMAZING view by the river and not to forget the location is the BEST! I couldn’t have ask for anything more!!

I have been a resident here for only one week and so far it has been an excellent move in experiance from management, maintenance, to the on sight contractors that are improving the building.

THE BEST LOCATION, AMENITIES & STAFF! With it being summer I love using the pool and renting the kayaks! My friends and I have been using the bike rentals they offer too so we can explore the area more. Everyone in the office is super nice and helpful. Jenn and Abi made my move in process so easy. The maintenance staff as well is wonderful. Levi, Ashif and Deivid do an excellent job of fixing any issues in my home but around the community also! I can’t wait for the next year here and many more to come after!

Bell Riverside is a beautiful property on the river. The office staff and maintenance staff make it a wonderful home. The property is well-maintained and is upgraded frequently. I have been very happy living here since 2008 and shall continue to be very happy living here.

Communication by management is poor. Being instructed to remove furniture from balconies for 5 months was inconsiderate since painting, washing is done in phases. Pool and Spa management is poor. Requests for improvement are met with we have maintenance 5 days a week. Chlorine levels are not tested daily even during heavy sunny periods or heavy usage- thus the pool going green last week. Algae is not removed from the sides. Water levels are often substandard low so filtering system can't work optimally. This is an important amenity and it is not being properly attended to. The Dock umbrella has been removed making that area unusable during the summer days. False fire alarm allowed to go off for over an hour- management said they could not walk the property as previous management had done- they were not allowed to. Management often claims that they were hand chosen for this assignment because they have years of experience managing properties -if that is the case why is the communication so poor and antagonistic. If the message is we don't care about our tenants that has been communicated very well.

We have been residents for two months now, and we are simply delighted with our new home. The staff, Jennifer, Ashley, and Abbie, are cheerful, professional, and very helpful. The maintenance team with Levi and Asher’s and David are knowledgeable and really on the spot. We couldn’t be more confident in our choice of homes. Great place, beautiful grounds, great staff, and lovely atmosphere.

Beautiful and friendly. This complex is packed with thoughtful ways to enjoy and experience the Riverside area. The pool and spa overlooking gardens and the St. Johns is relaxing and makes one feel they are on permanent vacation. With kayaks and bicycles available at no charge, there is something for every age group here. I appreciate the food trucks and community bulletin board too.

We love Bell Riverside! It is the only apartment complex in the city that has a dock and full access to the St. Johns River on one side, Memorial Park on another side and Publix on another side and right across the street! The amenities are exceptional here! The property is gated and if you live on the second floor for instance, you will also park your car on the second floor. Makes a big difference especially if you are trying to bring groceries in. The staff is exceptional, professional and responsive 24/7. Come and see this property, and save yourself some time by comparing Bell Riverside to any other apartment complex in the city! Welcome Home!

Nice amenities and attempts to keep the grounds maintained and clean. A quiet place to live is very appreciated.. The gym is usually empty when I need it and the area along the river is very nice.

If one would like to be in a resort on holiday 24/7 then they should live at Bell Riverside. This is exactly how it feels. The convenience to restaurants, shops, grocery store and the beautiful Memorial Park is an added bonus.

Satisfaction with living quarters for me boils down to people. From top down, caring local management with support staff, knowledgeable and friendly maintenance, and residents who are mindful of sharing space with others.

Love living here. It's convenient to family, friends, and work. I find the maintenance staff friendly and helpful. The office staff is willing to assist whenever I make a request. Being close to the river and park is awesome. The amenities are great here. Having all the restaurants and other food options nearby is a plus.

Up to this point I have been a very happy renter. This has me reconsidering what I moved for instead of buying another house. I am exceedingly happy with the maintenance people but am reserving my opinion on your timeliness!

Bell Riverside is a beautiful community in a prime location with friendly and professional staff. I especially appreciate the social events (when we aren't in a pandemic!) that bring people together. I definitely recommend Bell Riverside.

A great place to live

I would not recommend anyone to move here, there are bugs in my home even though I pay for pest control each month, havent seen an exterminator but only once since Ive been here. Not sure what the deal is but its unsafe, moldy and very dirty. The carpet in my apartment is very outdated, was not cleaned prior to my arrival.
