The floor plan is spacious in comparison to others in the area. Plenty of parking available. The best maintenance crew. They respond within 24 hours on non-emergency requests.

We love how quiet it is here and Tempestt in the office always takes care of us. We have been here for almost 5 years and enjoy it. The amenities are always clean and the maintenance crew are on top of any issues that need resolving.

3 things that I like are that it is a smoke free community, the maintenance team is very efficient and the response time is within 24 hours for non-emergency situations. Last but not least, I have never encountered a parking issue. Always plenty parking spots.

It’s okay, sometimes It’s quiet but it could be more quiet. Don’t like the speed bumps but I get why they installed them. Wish the grounds were nicer

Great community. Nice staff. Good location. I just wish the apartments themselves were updated and worth the price. Otherwise, not bad for the area.

3 years and counting and are still so happy to live here. Tempestt is one of the main reasons because we live here because she is professional and kind. She's always there for us. The maintenance team is very good at getting things done. Their response time is less than 24 hours. This is a Smoke free community. Internet is now included and we cut our bill in half.

I've been dealing with a leaky roof for over an year. Excuses given include: it's expensive (25K for the community, nevermind my unit was under warranty from a year ago), we want the contractors to come all at once rather than one unit at a time, we need pictures of the damage. They have more pics than a 80s supermodel. My walls are moldy and the carpet is damp whenever it rains. This place is poorly managed. It's currently maintenance appreciation week. They posted a banner on the front gate which has been broken for over a month. I appreciate the irony.

Love it!! The apartment, the amazing staff, the beautiful view, lots of fun with the amenities, my husband and I, we enjoy to spend time together with a cup of coffee in our balcony, we recommend the amazing Alexander community. :)

Great area and the staff are friendly. The apartments need some upgrading for the price that they are. The area is quiet and close to stores and I4.

We have been residents here since the beginning of 2020 and we absolutely love it. Tempestt in the office is amazing and really goes above and beyond.

The apartment homes are a nice size and the property is kept very clean. The maintenance staff are excellent and any problems are taken care of in a timely manner. The leasing staff do a good job communicating to the residents what is going on and if any action needs to be taken on your part, like moving cars because cutting trees. Nice place to live.

I have been here coming up on 3 years and this place is not just an apartment complex…it’s a neighborhood community! I recently had an accident, and my neighbors have been beyond amazing! They are there for me if I should need anything and check in frequently to make sure I am ok. The maintenance crew and the office staff are compassionate, and I am so blessed to be here! Not to mention, my apartment is beautiful the grounds are well maintained , and I feel safe here…

Nice, quiet area. Grounds and amenities are clean. The apartments could use an update especially for the price. The office and maitenance workers are very nice and professional.

Fellow residents are caring and kind. Office and maintenance are also helpful. We have called this home forseveral years and enjoy calling this home.

Great location with food, restaurants, movies, and hospitals within a short distance. My favorite is the easy access to the Seminole County bike/walking trail.

All I have to say is that the Bell Timacuan community is one of the best community I’ve lived in awhile. Neighborhood feels safe , office team is pretty responsive and the maintenance team is always quick to get the job done.

Our home has been here at Bell Timacuan for over ten years. We are looking forward to the holidays with community parties, decorations, food and fun?? It is a true family atmosphere that keeps us engaged all year long. Thankful to our friends that are like family at the Bell Timacuan staff, as well as our kind and courteous neighbors! I like Bell Timacuan for the responsiveness of maintenance issues. The grounds are kept up in an orderly fashion and repairs and updates are made as needed.

We think it means SO much when a resident stays at Bell Timacuan for years, and we’ve lived here over ten!!! It is convenient to anywhere in Lake Mary and Sanford, and only 20 minutes to Winter Park and 30 to Orlando or Daytona Beach. Perfect location in a quiet, friendly golf course community. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. The management and maintenance personnel are amicable and professional. It makes our day to come home and chat with neighbors who are now friends. We are thankful for finding such a wonderful place to live, and the quality staff that make sure it stays that way!!! ??????

In addition to the exceptional amenities and beautiful landscaping, the professionals who manage and maintain the development have become my family, always eager to make living here a pleasure. My apartment is beautiful and exceptionally well built and beautifully designed. Neighbors are friendly and accommodating, ready to help one another. It's a wonderful life.

Just moved here and from the beginning the staff has been great, very responsive, and professional throughout the whole process. The one that helped me and my family was Jessica and she is amazing. Overall the community feels safe and friendly.

Bell Timacuan office staff and Maintenance Crew are friendly and very professional...and love the fact that they do anything and everything to resolve issues as promptly as possible. We’ve been living at Bell Timacuan for almost 4 years and absolutely love living here. We consider it our home. Everybody in the office is so nice and the maintenance is excellent here. If there is ever a concern they get everything done immediately. This is a very safe community to live in and as I said we are extremely happy living here.

I’ve only lived at Bell Timacuan for about a month and I’ve loved it! The community is beautiful and in a great location. For my unit being the smallest it’s still super well laid out and spacious and the vaulted ceilings make it seem so much bigger!

I have enjoyed living here for over two years now. Tempestt in the leasing office is great. All the maintenance guys respond quickly and always fix anything we need. Neighborhood feels very safe. Apartments are very large which I love!

The property at Bell Timucuan is not maintained except for around the office, so around the office is beautiful green grass growing shrubs and flowers, around the apartments it is sand dirt a lot of leaves that has killed the grass that we did have so we have dirt. I would also like to see management take care of noisy neighbors but they don’t they say they’ve got to hear it they can’t hear it and less I live in my apartment. They also hold against you anytime you file a complaint with the neighbor.

My husband and I have live here for 2 years now. We are still very happy. The office staff have been very attentive to our needs. And the maintenance crew are amazing. Always polite and willing to help.
