Nightmare
The positive reviews have to be bots. The only good things are the maintenance team and the decor of the lobby. This place is a nightmare. It is filthy. You will not get one night of sleep. There is robbery and car theft issues. Security is helpless. The management is horrible. Run as fast as you can.

Avoid at all costs
This is the worst complex I have ever lived in. It is so expensive to be treated like trash by the management. The upstairs neighbors keep us up every night, waking us up constantly between 11pm and 6am. We are utterly exhausted. We jumped through all the hoops management told us to in order to get a noise violation against the neighbors. We called security, we documented it, we talked to the management. But they refuse to help us. They refuse to even give the upstairs neighbors a simple phone call. Instead, the management tried to make us move units for an increased rent... unfathomable.

Don't live here
Constant smoke and dog poop and urine EVERYWHERE. The other tenants that live here have no respect for the building and management is completely unhelpful. Disgusting

The staff here have been incredibly friendly since moving in. Management, maintenance, and other staff always gave me a sense of reliability and comfort. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly, management responds in a timely manner, and they actively keep the building clean here.

I genuinely love and cherish my experience living at Bell Warner! While the rent is quite a stretch, after working through 2 graduate degrees, I chose to spoil myself to live in a luxury building! The units are beautiful and I absolutely LOVE waking up to my view of the pool, the ease of parking and the convenience of work and shopping !

Bad team manages the building. Not reliable at all. Very noisy pool heater used in pool area and is on 24 hours. If your apartment is overlooking the pool you cannot enjoy a quiet moment.

poor maintenance and unprofessional behavior i wish i could pout 0 starts. The place is horrible. Renters be aware. the reason that i m putting a low review is the poor maintenance by the new management company. Is very hard to constantly listen to this noise. I have to keep all the time with windows closed. The noise is coming from the pool heater is extremely intense . The management team finds it normal to listen to this noise all the time and no efforts to fix it. Instead they proposed to keep it for 5 hours per day open which did not materialize at all. Instead of 24 hours before now is open for 10 hours. Things have changed with BELL dramatically. Is ridiculous to pay such a huge rent and listen to malfunctioning pool heater all day long. No effort to check if there is something wrong with the heater and fix it. very sad

This is a peaceful and clean community. I truly like being here. The staff is professional, kind, and courteous. The maintenance staff is great. My apartment is beautiful. The amenities are great.

New management is terrible.
The 5 star reviews are from when the building was previously managed by Hanover & it was indeed 5 stars. The building has been a train wreck since Bell took over in September. The package system was down & parking garage gate left open for an entire month, with management repeatedly coming up with excuses & saying they would be fixed in 24-48 hours. The rent payment system was also down for over a month, utilities have skyrocketed & random fees have been "accidentally" added or charges doubled each month. The hallways & entryways regularly reek of garbage & the building is not cleaned as regularly these days. The maintenance staff is great but has acknowledged the many resident complaints under the new management. Bell's response to complaints, if any, is to lie & deny. The apartments themselves are nice, however – move in if you don't mind paying a premium for incompetent, shady management, poor security, smelly common areas & broken amenities.

Beautiful New Apartments!
Brent was simply awesome in giving us a property tour, and showing us the very best apartments which are currently available. This complex is brand new, and the apartments are beautiful and high end. There are lots of amenities too. Thanks again Brent. You are so friendly and professional. 10 stars!
