Bell Westford

This place looked nice on the tour, but living here has been a different story. It’s a “luxury apartment complex,” but the carpet started peeling off the floor after moving in and we’ve had mold growing on the base of the windows due to drafts and shoddy construction. The mailroom is literally just large piles of boxes that you have to sift through to find your package. They have closed the pool for long periods of time and the elevator keeps breaking down. When it snows in the winter, they tow your car and add the towing bill to your rent, even if you are working or on vacation and unable to move your car. There are walking paths around the place, but we’ve been prohibited from using them by the companies in the office park. The management keeps telling us they are going to address these problems and make improvements (install EV charging stations, fix the mail room), but, despite exorbitant rent increases, nothing changes. It is a convenient location for commuting, but you hear the highway constantly. Wish I had more positive things to add here but at a loss.

Very quiet, safe, dog friendly neighborhood. Building and grounds are well kept and my pup loves the park! I love my apartment at Bell Westford. Location is great as well- close to pretty much everything you need right on the main road.

Very pleased with the main office that is always there for you to address concerns. They are all very pleasant, professional and friendly. Truly a great team!

I have lived at Bell Westford for 2 years. Absolutely No complaints. Staff is Professional, kind and listens patiently! Maintenance follow up is always within hours, is well staffed, with a knowledgeable Maintenance Team. . Buildings are kept sparkling clean, Pool and Outside areas are well maintained weekly.

Beautiful units and smiling faces--have not met a friendlier and more well-maintained administration/grounds in all my previous apartments!

Bell Westford has been great. The people are nice and it is very dog friendly. I feel safe here and the people have been welcoming. My children love it here as there is the pool to swim in and the playground and well as just nice areas ti sit in the courtyard. So far Bell Westford has been a very good community to live in.

Bell Westford has been our home for 2 years and counting. We have been pretty happy here thus far. I love that this is a community and a family oriented place to live.

Place has great landscaping. If you have to live in an apartment, this is a good place. Friendly, safe. Westford is a wonderful town also

Bell Westford has been an enjoyable community to live in, with a number of good amenities. Maintenance responds quickly to requests, and I've found most of my neighbors to be quiet and concientious. However, I've found the lease renewal process to be somewhat frustrating, and the proposed rent increases to be aggressive. This is made all the more frustrating by amenities such as the mail room being in poor condition during an entire lease term, making proposed increases seem even more unwarrented.

Its a great place to live for anyone. The community is great, amenities are excellent and the maintenance is good too.

My family and I have been happy living at Bell Westford Apartments. I especially love seeing other families with children in their household. It makes for a wholesome community.

Amazing staff. I just recently moved in and I never expected to fall in love so quickly. And my neighbors are great too ??

Bell Westford is without a doubt the best apartment complex in the area, it's clean, quiet, peaceful, my neighbors are great, the entirety of the staff is awesome; I couldn't recommend living here more!

Bell Westford has gorgeous, comfortable, and spacious apartments with a number of convenient amenities. My time living at the community has been largely positive with my only complaints being the way the mailroom and recycling are handled, and the very high cost of rent.

Bell Westford is a wonderful community to live in. The leasing office(Cara, Mike, and Katie) always greet you with a smile. They are there to answer any questions. The community is dog friendly with a great big dog park. All the neighbors I have encountered (in the year and a half I’ve lived here) have been friendly. It’s a place I gladly call home!

So far I’ve had a great experience living here. The property is always so clean and kept well together. Majority of the people here are nice and the staff is great and I’ve never had any major issues. It’s a nice and quiet environment with great amenities. I love everything about bell westford :)

The team at Bell Westford has made the move so seamless. I use the word team because it is clear that everyone works together and does an incredible job making this beautiful apartment complex feel like a home - and a place that we, as new tenants, are excited to tell people about. From the application process, to maintenance, and the representatives at the office, they all do amazing work. Even if it's just a small question, the responsiveness is immediate. We feel fortunate to have found Bell Westford and would highly encourage anyone to consider being a part of this spectacular community!

Love the apartment and the security of Bell Westford. So far the Staff has been wonderful and truly listens to any concerns we have.

Bell Westford may look luxurious to an untrained eye, but between the tile cracks, walls that are literally crumbling, poor plumbing, and horrible customer service - don't bother. It's not worth the rent.

This community is wonderful. I appreciate seeing lots of families living here. It's well kept and my neighbors are likeable.

Bell Westford is a very luxurious apartment with a beautiful, modern design. It is conveniently located near the frequently used interstate 495 highway and near plenty of shopping plazas. They offer great amenities as well.

Bell Westford is conveniently located and is a fine place to live, but after the initial settling period, some minor issues begin to appear. It's not so bad that renewing the lease is a dealbreaker, but it doesn't inspire loyalty should another complex offer better rates.

This is a nice community. Quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to most service facilities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, medical clinics, etc.

Hello! We have completed an year of stay at Bell Westford. Can't thank enough the wonderful management and amazing residents for this wonderful experience. Everything about the place is awesome. The property is very clean and all the amenities such as pool, gym etc. are maintained really well. The maintenance team was great and helpful!

Anytime I need maintenance they get back to me quickly and set up time to come and do it.

Our family have lived here for less than a year. However, the Bell Westford community has been an ideal place to live so far.

Although our move-in coincided with a closed down pool and overflowing recycling bins, the units themselves are very nice, the grounds are lovely, and the people whom we've met have been very, very nice.

Very poor management since Bell Westford took over. They do not maintain the mail room. We have a luxerone system and they are suppose to provide a code to access our packages. After many complaints to management and no resolve I contacted the BBB. Their snarky response was, we don’t have to maintain the mail room because it states that in your contract. They removed a part of the contract that stated they would provide a code for our packages when Bell Westford bought the apartment from Hanover Valley. So now their defense is we can let your packages get stepped on and destroyed on the floor. The luxerone system is suppose to have the package scanned and a code provided and they do not do this. Corporate did not even contact me to resolve it. They merely sent a section of our contract to the BBB to defend the destruction of our packages. We pay for amenities and do not receive them. I would not recommend living here. We would stay longer had Hanover stayed the managers. Also to cover their negative reviews they have “contests” for “positive reviews” on here. They also do not take care of basic maintenance like the HVAC filters. We had no idea they needed to be replaced every 6 months. Our was black and it is a fire hazard. When I complained they manager said “we have to many units to keep tract”. Really? You don’t know how to use excel or keep a list. A very poor excuse for preventing a fire. They also did not build enough garages for everyone. They won’t tell you that on the tour. You have to wait months if you’re lucky enough to get one. This place is run like a corporation and does not feel like a home. They have one thing on their mind ($$) and it’s not the residents.

Since moving in I had nothing but great experience living at bell westford its a beautiful apartment with amazing amenities and very very clean and neat.

I really enjoy living here and am excited about living here during the coming summer (it's my first summer here....).

A quiet and beautifully landscaped resort with all the essential amenities any one would ever need.

I love living here the amenities are great and so is the management. I moved here to be closer to family and I downsized to a one bedroom and I couldn't be happier. The grounds are beautiful and they have contest some times with prizes and most recently a food truck get together. Other conveniences its' close to the market, post office and many great restaurants.

From the moment we entered the leasing office - to the day we moved in - Bell Westford as a welcoming place. The facilities are awesome, the rooms immaculate and brand new, and the staff friendly and accommodating! We couldn't be more please to call this wonderful community our home!

We booked an apartment in Bell Westford after going through the information available on the web and taking a virtual tour. To our surprise, this place is better than we thought. The apartment is spacious with really nice electrical appliances. The community is quiet, clean and well maintained. The management staff is friendly and prompt to respond to the service requests. We moved here 1 month back and have not used all the amenities but looking forward to the summer. Playground is really nice and our son's favorite place :) We have enjoyed our stay here so far and do not have any major complaints as such.

This place is excellent, near by to all shopping and highways. Staff is excellent.

I think that Bell Westford is a beautiful and quiet residential community. I recently moved from Princeton, New Jersey. I looked at several communities in the neighborhood of Westford, and I chose Bell Westford because it is nice and private, yet located a short driving distance from from all the commercial facilities and services I need to access.

Management is so crappy they do nothing about noise complaints. Early in the morning there is hammering and banging that won’t stop. The walls are paper thin. You pay more than a house payment to get no sleep!!!!!!!

Ever since Bell Westford took over there has been no management to help with anything. Even corporate won’t return your phone call. So many people move in and out so quickly. You have to dig for packages and walk a long ways just to throw out trash. You also won’t get a garage right away. I had to wait months because they didn’t build enough.

This complex is advertised as luxury apartments. Now, I am asking you: Is smelling marijuana smoke everyday in your unit a luxury? Or Is smelling garbage on the hallways? We are smelling strong weed smoke at least twice everyday, when we are sleeping in the bedroom or sitting in the living room. Every time I get sick because of the smoke. We contacted the management many times over the phone and email. And so far there was no call back from them. Although smoking inside is prohibited in the lease agreement, there is no enforcement from the management!!! No action was taken, even though we notify them multiple times. Additionally, some tenants are really irresponsible. People leave their garbage bags in the hallways. And again we haven't seen any action from the management. Lastly, they don't hold their promises. We are living here more than 6 months now, and they still dont have recycling waste bins. They were supposed to get those soon when we first moved in. So, we basically harm the environment everyday, because of the fact that they don't put a recycling bins in the community.
