Staff is really amazing! Residents are very friendly! Not really used to it though because how society is. But it reminds me how I grew up. Like neighbors are neighbors
So far so good. The noise level is a bit loud sometimes with people being loud after hours though. I love that the office hours are extended.

Got about 200 dollars worth of bogus move out charges. The guy they assigned to me tried to tell me I racked up a 140 dollar water bill in less than a month and brings up charges that I ALREADY PAID months ago attached to the move out bill and just expects me to accept it.

First, the lady’s in the office are so nice. Especially CaMariya. She helped me through my hiccup of not reading my information which caused a delay in my move in. She’s awesome. I’m super excited about my new place. It is bigger and better than I imagined. Then there is the maintenance worker, Walter. Soon as I had my power on, I turned the heat on and OMG, smoke came from everywhere and filled my apartment. I panicked because I didn’t have any number available but my daughter contacted maintenance. Walter came right over, aired us out and insured that everything was fine. Thank you again Walter! I’ve only been in my place for one day and I’m loving it.

Everything has been great! The landscaping is always kept up. The only thing is the valet trash doesn’t pick up the trash every day and the pools could be a hit or miss
I love that the apartment office and amenities are getting upgraded. The gym is amazing. The star master is the one I appreciate the most. Staff is supper helpful.
I have been living here for almost 18 months and I can honestly say it is a great place to live! The staff is friendly and the amenities and grounds are well cared for!
The leasing management is always friendly and helpful, and there are a lot of community events to get to meet people!

I love living here, its quiet & calm. The view from my apartment is beautiful ! The only thing that i can complain about it all the dog poop in the grass areas, i pick up after my dog & wish everyone would do the same !

When I moved here we had lots of trees, many offring shade on our living, dining and patio areas, helping to keep our ho.es cool and electric bills down. The trees have been completely removed. I miss them, especially in the courtyard when I walk the dogs. The maintenance guys are awesome.

Premises are kept really clean and cared for. Employees are always approacheable. Apartment is comfortable and likeable. And the soundproofing is great. I can only hear my neighbors sometimes trough the bathroom wall, but nowhere else.

Living here has been enjoyable for the most part. The apartment was advertised as "upgraded" but not so much. New cabinet fronts were put on old cabinets and are falling off, shower/tub was scuffed and has a permanent dirty appearance since move in. Otherwise, closet space is great, good size living room, bathroom and large bedroom. Neighbors are nice and complex has been pretty quiet.

I’ve been living here for 1 year now, and I haven’t had any issues, not with the neighbors or the staff. They come really quick for repairs and they fix it right away.

There’s dog poop everywhere it smells really disgusting, I live near building 34 can you please pick up after your dogs and be considerate of other people

Great place, everything is very close. Maintenance personnel are always willing to help and are very knowledgeable. Ofelia is one of the best persons you’ll meet, the most helpful here.

It's quite in my building Sometimes I feel I'm the only one living in my building. Lol The trash pickup is so convenient as well. I'm new here and was very concerned about living in apartments since I always rented houses.

Absolutely love the complex! It is so clean and peaceful! Staff is absolutely wonderful! My kids are especially excited for the splash pad! This will be the first gated community my family lives in so it does give me peace of mind they are safe when I leave for work

Still great place to get started for first time move or even roommates. Four pools with covered parking with towing if someone is taking your spot also maintaince is fast and efficient

I’ve lived here for 4 years and it’s been great. Maintenance is very responsive.. they respond to service tickets with 48 hours. The ladies at the front office are very polite and helpful.

This facility has many things to love. I do not like the payment system. The staff is really kind but, their standard operating procedure and policies feel unfair about fees. It’s unclear how much I will be paying month to month and it’s not necessarily the utility costs. Although I do not like the back pay aspect. Furthermore make sure you request move out checklist because they seem to try and hold that from you.

One of the best Apartments I lived in. I like that things are constantly getting better. Whether it’s the fitness room or the office. I feel more comfortable each and every day knowing you trying to make this a better living environment.

Nice complex and nice apartment. Only issue would be the fluctuating rent. It hasn't been the monthly rate I signed lease for since I moved in.

This was the best experience. The process was easy, and the staff have been great. The apartment was more than we could have ever imagined, it was nice and spacious and had all of the amenities we were looking for plus some !

Application and move-in process was easy and fast. Every office assistant was nice and communicated all information necessary to feel welcomed into my new home. My 2BR/2BTH is perfect and spacious.

Neighbors are very inconsiderate. I have drug dealers or drug users living right next door to me. Everyone in this complex seems to drive like a maniac. Maintenance cleaning crew is constantly blowing dirt/leafs into my patio area. Constant sketchy traffic and cops are here at least once a week.
