We moved from the east coast and so far everything is great. Our kids enjoy the pool and being able to ride their scooters and bikes. My only complaint would be people picking up after their dogs.

Each time I get the opportunity I am so pleased to talk about the Dynamics of The Bella Mirage residential staff all the ladies Sasha windy Sherry ca margia believe me they are the best team that I have seen in complexes that I have stayed in always on top of things. They have assisted me faithfully as I transitioned from one apartment to the other they walked with me through it all and when we hit the last bump Ms Sherry took it all in I got my renters insurance from another company she suggested thank you so much all of you all for being as efficient as you are

Bella Mirage is a wonderful place to live with many great amenities. My family and I are loving the experience so far! The front office staff are all very friendly and attentive to everyone who walks in the door, and everyone in the complex seems to be nice and respectful too! I've already referred my brother here and anyone else looking for a place to live I will surely point them this way as well!

It’s a very very nice apartment, they offer lots of fun things to do with the pools and dog parks! They also have food trucks often. The staff is very nice as well!

You love your apartment because it’s your personal retreat—cozy, familiar, and filled with your energy. The space reflects your style, offers comfort after long days, and gives you freedom. Whether it’s the natural light, the perfect location, or the quiet solitude, it feels like home. Every detail makes it uniquely yours, a place of peace and belonging.
Great The permanent is very spacious. I haven’t had any complaints or concerns since living here and I’ve been here about five months. It is a great place to live.
Excited to move in but found some neighbors that were friendly. The facility was clean especially the gym and super excited to use it including the pools
I really love living here it’s nice and quiet. I never had any problems here everyone is so nice. I feel safe to walk around to go to the gym and stuff. I also like the new food truck options they put every week. I really do love living here!
Staff is really amazing! Residents are very friendly! Not really used to it though because how society is. But it reminds me how I grew up. Like neighbors are neighbors
So far so good. The noise level is a bit loud sometimes with people being loud after hours though. I love that the office hours are extended.

Got about 200 dollars worth of bogus move out charges. The guy they assigned to me tried to tell me I racked up a 140 dollar water bill in less than a month and brings up charges that I ALREADY PAID months ago attached to the move out bill and just expects me to accept it.

First, the lady’s in the office are so nice. Especially CaMariya. She helped me through my hiccup of not reading my information which caused a delay in my move in. She’s awesome. I’m super excited about my new place. It is bigger and better than I imagined. Then there is the maintenance worker, Walter. Soon as I had my power on, I turned the heat on and OMG, smoke came from everywhere and filled my apartment. I panicked because I didn’t have any number available but my daughter contacted maintenance. Walter came right over, aired us out and insured that everything was fine. Thank you again Walter! I’ve only been in my place for one day and I’m loving it.

The property is kept clean, the pools are always sparkling clean, the landscaping is well kept and it's a very quiet community. The apartments are spacious

Everything has been great! The landscaping is always kept up. The only thing is the valet trash doesn’t pick up the trash every day and the pools could be a hit or miss
I love that the apartment office and amenities are getting upgraded. The gym is amazing. The star master is the one I appreciate the most. Staff is supper helpful.
I have been living here for almost 18 months and I can honestly say it is a great place to live! The staff is friendly and the amenities and grounds are well cared for!
The leasing management is always friendly and helpful, and there are a lot of community events to get to meet people!

Love the maintenance staff at Bella Mirage. Always prompt and always thorough. Very professional and courteous.
Great living here, been here since the end of June. Everyone in the complex and specially my building are very from and welcoming. Some neighbors became everyday people to talk to when we see each other.

I love living here, its quiet & calm. The view from my apartment is beautiful ! The only thing that i can complain about it all the dog poop in the grass areas, i pick up after my dog & wish everyone would do the same !

When I moved here we had lots of trees, many offring shade on our living, dining and patio areas, helping to keep our ho.es cool and electric bills down. The trees have been completely removed. I miss them, especially in the courtyard when I walk the dogs. The maintenance guys are awesome.

I’ve been living here for 6 months and from the start of the process of my husband and I moving in it has been an amazing experience. The staff is friendly. It’s very peaceful and quiet which we love.

Premises are kept really clean and cared for. Employees are always approacheable. Apartment is comfortable and likeable. And the soundproofing is great. I can only hear my neighbors sometimes trough the bathroom wall, but nowhere else.

The area is nice and peaceful. Best apartment living I’ve been in! If I had to rate it I would rate it a solid 9/10. Not only is the area nice, but the people are too.

Living here has been enjoyable for the most part. The apartment was advertised as "upgraded" but not so much. New cabinet fronts were put on old cabinets and are falling off, shower/tub was scuffed and has a permanent dirty appearance since move in. Otherwise, closet space is great, good size living room, bathroom and large bedroom. Neighbors are nice and complex has been pretty quiet.
