Bella on Canyon

We lived at this property for 2 years. Dealt with management changes lack of parking extremely loud neighbors and poor maintenance. The first managers were horrible and unprofessional the new management came in and really helped with communicating but not much has changed with the property. Parking is horrible and people just make it a very bad apartment experience. Then we moved out I communicated our move out and were told we would get a check for our deposit we did but when I wanted to clarify some of the charges I could never get anyone to give me a call back so money loss on our end. Unless you’re a single adult with one car do not recommend this property. It’s was too much of a hassle to live there.

The management staff is very unprofessional and rarely answers the phones. If the woman is working then walk to the apartment right across the street from the back entrance of the office and I bet you actually be able to get help. The man that works in the front is rude and interprets what he thinks the policy means instead of actually going by what is written. The parking is terrible and management doesn’t enforce the parking policy. The apartment is not the best there is a leak coming from behind the stove several emails sent and the maintenance man came twice and each time said he can’t find the problem after barely looking. The washing machine smells funny and you can hear your neighbor going up and down the stairs, flushing the toilet, and etc. For the price of these apartments knowing what I know now I would’ve NEVER moved in here. So do yourself a favor and skip this place!

Sure the place looks nice and the apartments are cute, but forget having company!!! The parking is absolutely unacceptable. good luck finding parking...it is so full that people resort to parking in the handicap spots to avoid having to park across the street at Les Schwab. Which if you do park there they will tow your car if not moved by 6am. Avoid this place at all cost unless you are a hermit and have no family for friends!

This is a lovely location!! You are close to the free ways, shopping centers and markets! It's a quiet gated community! Each unit comes with a garage & the apartments are so beautiful! The kitchens are modern so they are beautiful!. The ladies in the office are also very helpful & can answer any questions you have! Overall it's a great place to live!

I am currently living in the Bella on canyon apartments and they are fantastic! I absolutely love living here, the community is quiet and clean. The management is truly there to make your life easier. The apartments are modern and so beautiful, and the walls are so nice and thick keeping all noise out and in! These apartments come with everything, a garage, beautiful grounds and most important an immediate at home feeling!

Bella on Canyon has wonder apartment layouts, a convenient location, and a good management staff. Parking can sometimes be an issue in the evening, but overall, a great place to live.
