I just recently moved here and am happy with the upgraded house that we live in! I also like the community and its features. The management, leasing team, and maintenance are friendly and does a great job! I moved here because of all the amenities that they have and they’re kept up. Just the environment is beautiful. Also restaurants and grocery stores are nearby, including schools. So far so good!

If you want to babysit and constantly follow up with a whole apartment complex and their corporate/accounting department, this place is for you! I have to say when things were good, it was great, but when it was bad, it was awful and ultimately i feel scammed... I had a 2 bedroom, great, moved to a 3 bedroom awful. The apartment which just in the worst condition. Which is fine, I am easy going so we write down all the problems with it moving in, and then put in several request to have things fixed. Some had to be submitted twice and even then some werent resolved. Plumbing, tubs, torn (very cheap) vinyl flooring, AC unit going out. Also, they renamed their renters insurance fee on their statements, and were charging me for 6 months when I already provided my own to them. That took me almost a month of going back and forth with corporate via email bc the leasing office cannot take care of that. In the end I settled that issue with their 3rd party, and not once did they ever reach back out to me. I have finally moved out and it has been a headache. We requested to be apart of the final move out inspection with the maintenance supervisor. There were things he wanted to charge us for that were considered normal wear and tear and also unresolved issues we had proof that his team did not fix. He said no worries we will not charge you for any of it . Guess what, he lied, we were charged an unnecessary $1,115 in damages/ cleaning fees a week after moving out. So what was that final walk-through for anyways??? We left the apartment spotless and in better condition. Now that we have moved, we have to handle things with corporate. I sent them all the proof, videos and pictures, of the state the apartment was left in. It doesn't even matter, bc corporate can't even get ahold of the complex/maintenance to confirm this. So all they could do was give me a discount. I'm out of my deposit and still had to pay additionally. To top it off, after a week of moving out of my apartment, someone else has already moved in. How does that happen, if the apartment was 'terribly damaged'... My only good experience was with Cecilia, she was the only one who would help and escalate my issues. Upper management, corporate and maintenance are absolute problems. good luck.

Do not move here!!! There are ANTS, ROACHES, AND BEES everywhere. Dog park closes on a regular basis for several bee infestations, and occasionally fallen trees. Dog Park wall took a very long time to fix. Unfriendly to agressive and unvaccinated dogs in Dog park, the office will do nothing to help. The hot tub has been broken for who knows how long and only one pool is open currently. Where people are drinking, smoking, eating, bringing unleashed dogs, children who badly misbehave, having whole parties and blasting music. Today mine and another's car was damaged by people throwing rocks outside of the pool. My air conditioner has been leaking for months, maintainance has attempted to fix several times to no avail and I have water damage and a full bucket in my pantry. I have seen parking roofs fall on cars and damage them, the package mailboxes ripped open, and graffiti on the sidewalk. When smelling cigarettes in my apartment management told me I could get a doctors note and move apartments even though these are non smoking apartments. They say they are a gated community but the gates are open 100 percent of the time. Half the kids running around the complex do not live here and are not watched and do things like rollerskating on tables an. Absolutely awful experience here. I wish I had not taken the chance.

We are currently renting a house and wantto move on this side closer to our jobs but they denied our application. Doesn't make any sense and nobody was able to help. Also they say 45 days to received the admin fee check in the mail. So we'll be lucky if they even refund that

I had pests in my unit the last six months of my lease. They would forget to send pest control who only comes to the complex once a week. Office would not follow up with pest control and the problem never got resolved. Water gets shut off with little to no warning and always takes longer than stated to turn back on. Children are unsupervised throughout the complex. Our fire alarm was pulled multiple times and the culprit was never found. They charge Summerlin rent prices despite not actually being in Summerlin. Better off looking elsewhere to live. Poor communication all around.
Communication with staff has be the toughest part about living in this community. They offer up third party options to consider using though they do not verify if these third parties are legit. When going to comment on this issue I was given an incorrect phone number to reach them. When calling in there is a long list of options to reach an agent within the office. Midway through my lease my roommates cancelled on the lease we signed together. I was not notified when this happened from the leasing office. The only way I was notified was when my name was the only one to appear when paying for rent. This was extremely unprofessional. When I called in about this issue I was given the "oh sorry I forgot to tell you" apology. Considering, I was not paying rent alone and then blind sided was horrible. I would never rent here again or even recommend my worst enemy to consider moving here. My AC also went out and mind you I have a child and it is getting hotter out. It took them 4 days to fix. They kept saying oh we will fix it tomorrow oh no tomorrow and so on. Truly the only thing that prevented me from getting out of my lease early was the friends my son had made while living here. It is truly a safe space for kids to play. Lastly I understand dogs I have one myself though the "enforcement" to clean up after one's dog is not enforced. This truly makes me walk my dog else it was disgusting.
I'm living in that part of that side of town I think I do like or love living in Bella Solara Apartments I had and the least money every month is a very good rate
Bella Solara is great apartment complex and the staff and management are very friendly especially Brittany and Bobbie they're super friendly and nice they put the service in for my water heater and the maintenance came quickly and it was nice of them to give me a new water heater

Since there is a cockroach problem unfortunately I cannot recommend living here . I have lived in these apartments for about 5 years with no problem until the start of this year. I noticed a cockroach problem that unfortunately never got resolved. They also make any excuse not to give your deposit back which I hope wont be a problem since my apartment is left just the way they handed it to me.
I have lived here 7 1/2 years and feel like the office doesn't tell us what's going on half the time. I want to stay here but I know of a lot of people that are moving out because of things not being fixed and lack of communication from the office.
BEWARE! I Applied for these in late July , Maria the leasing agent told me I was not allowed to view the apartment due to COVID I would have to apply and get approved first, she told me over the phone the 300 dollar fee would be refunded. However that was a LIE! I was approved however when viewing the apartment , the apartment was DISGUSTING!!! The walls where dirty and she tried to say it was freshly painted. The vents where sooo dirty I don't know how air even gets through. Let alone the apartment was INFESTED WITH ROACHS !! There was one suck in the vent and a bunch of babies on the side of the refrigerator. I spoke with the office manager Brittany where she advised I wouldn't be getting my deposit money back it non refundable. She stated that there are people who don't bugs and they can be coming from other units and that the apartment was no infested. With these times they should be sanitizing and cleaning extra !!! They are NOT ! They aren't cleaning these apartments and one can get sick here ! I will be taking this to the health district for putting people lives at stake and making excuses for having cockroach's !!! You would think they would be more sympathetic when money is tight and it's not like i just changed my mind . These apartments are the WORST ! BEWARE DO NOT MOVE HERE !
Don't move here. When I moved in I didn't have a working oven/stove for over a month. When I had an emergency water leak the office wouldn't answer the phone for hours (during normal daytime business hours)

I have been here for many years through outdoor, name, and staff changes. It would be great if my current place could receive minor upgrades. Although, whenever I move it will for sure happen. Just make ways for this feel like a community even in a pandemic. Communication is always helpful. You never know who needs it.
Signed my third lease with this property. It has been a very nice experience and the location is for me is key.
I enjoy living at this property as it is located close to many different retail stores and grocery stores. The property grounds are maintained and when work orders submitted they are completed promptly.
I love the renovated look of the apartment.
I have lived here for two years and it's been some ups and downs. With the new management (BH management) I can see the changes being implemented for the property. I appreciate Karen (manager) and Arturo (maintenance) for being polite, understanding and prompt with response and issues.
I lived at Bella Solara for 2 years (April 2017- April 2019) and I have no complaints! Literally none. The neighborhood was always kept clean, I never once saw a bug or anything in my apartment, and the staff was always helpful. The few maintenance requests I had were always taken care of in a timely manner. I moved to Henderson to be closer to work but I would’ve stayed! I loved my apartment. It was so beautifully designed. Called at 11 AM to make an appointment to view a two bedroom apartment. When I arrived 2 hours later, supposedly all 3 available apartments were already rented. Total waste of time!
Camden breeze these apparents are soo beautiful. They have a lovely pool area and work out place. Love the look from the inside totally a single family living. Would love to live here!
I live in Camden Breeze Apartments and I must say I have never been more happy! The apartments are very spacious and have a great floor plan. The grounds are always kept clean and looking beautiful. The staff and maintenance go above and beyond to actually take care of any problem I might have. And if you're a pet owner THIS is definitely the place for you!!!! I have lived in a lot of apartments in Las Vegas and this is BY FAR the best! Highly Recommend to Everyone!

I live in the beautiful , cozy , bird chirping area of Sin City . Neighbors are wonderful , pinic & pool spot. We have a dog park just for our friendly pets . People are polite & nice .Secured gates and huge palm trees for the sunny weather. Plus it's the BEST apartment in Las Vegas . CAMDEN BREEZE :)To real to believe , COME FIND OUT YOURSELF !!
This is a very inviting gated complex, conveniently located, minutes to shopping, dining and entertainment. The property is surrounded by stunning mountain views; it has been upgraded on the outside with beautiful landscaping which is well maintained. It has two courtyards with two pools and gazebos with BBQ grills and a newly renovated playground. A new fenced-in dog park has just been added. There is also a state-of-the art fitness center that is open 24 hours. It has a very friendly staff with a very reliable 24-hour maintenance crew. I can guarantee that, if you become a resident, you will never want to leave.
The complex is beautiful and they keep it very manicured. I have lived in a lot of different apartments and this is by far the best. The office staff are always extremely polite and helpful! The complex is in a great location near freeway, grocery, shopping, restaurants and schools. I am a Very Satisfied Tenant and will be here for quite a while!!
This is a very unique apartment complex within minutes of shopping, dining and easy access to the freeway. It is located within approximately 30 minutes from the famous Las Vegas Strip and Downtown. The property looks and feels like you're living in an Italian Village with each building displaying different colors. There are two courtyards, two pools, gazebos with BBQ grills, a new tot lot and a new dog park. The grounds are very well maintained and we have a very friendly office staff and a very efficient maintenance crew. Once you move in, you will never want to leave.
