Nestled between Carlsbad and San Marcos, Vista is a scenic suburb in northwestern San Diego County. With its many lush parks and rolling hills, it’s no surprise that Vista’s name translates to “view” in Spanish. Vista’s natural beauty and mild climate affords residents access to year-round outdoor activities. Among the community’s most popular parks are Brengle Terrace Park, Guajome Regional Park, and Buena Vista Park. Pristine Pacific Coast beaches are also just seven miles away.
Vista provides a host of suburban offerings, from quiet residential neighborhoods to shopping centers and everything in between. Retail delights and tasty eats abound at Vista Village, North County Square, and nearby Carlsbad Premium Outlets. Renters have a wide variety of apartments, condos, and houses to choose from in tranquil Vista. Ronald Packard Parkway connects Vista to the coast and beyond.

Property Ratings at Bella Terra
Would not due to parking space and the amount of rows that occur. I have used my second car on some days with a note stating that my personal car was in the shop and my secondary car, the one I was using, got towed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback.
Out of all the places i have looked at in N. San Diego County. Bella Terra has the best to offer for the price. Good location, competitive rental rates, nice units, nice overall complex. Best value for the money.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback.
Parking is not great, new communities with in unit laundry and near downtown go for the same advertised rate. It's a fine enough place.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback.
It's well maintained. The maintenance staff is friendly and courteous. The GM, Steve, is very professional and courteous too. He's always available during working hours, and appears genuinely concerned about any issues we've had in the past and that our stay here as residents is a good one!

Hello there, thank you; we appreciate your feedback! We always strive to provide top quality service to every guest, and are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your experience here at Bella Terra!
The area is getting very dangerous, there is no patrol car, is always dirty, laundry room are dirty at all times, there is dog poop all over the complex.
The floor plans and, square footage is definitely to my liking and, the staff has "Always " gone above and beyond to assist me when ever I needed it

Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at Bella Terra. Thank you, and have a fantastic day!
I really do like living here but this is the first time I've ever had to put in a maintenance request. I put in two requests and I got no response from anybody
Our area is not maintained or presentable nor is parking enforced.
I enjoyed living there and felt safe until new residents moved in. I left early due to that reason
Laundry mat has been closed for months to fix machines. Cockroaches keep coming up the bathroom pipes. Little to no response when calling the front office when emergency maintenance occurs or emailing back.
The only negative is that the apartments allow smoking outside and it smells bad.

The washing machines are still out of service
The staff is so nice and accommodating!

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us at Bella Terra. We're happy we could meet your expectations!
The apartment is VERY cheaply built. Things break very often and it takes a long time to fix them.
Pros: Nice and tucked away with a great staff, and plenty of greenery. Located right next to a beautiful residential neighborgood. Also easy access to schools, shopping, auto, and secret jewel of a vista night-life. Only 5-10 minutes away for anything you need. 2 pools in the complex is nice as well. Usually a quiet area to live. Maintenance is usually quick and efficient, very friendly. Cons: Layout is confusing and it is hard to find units. Deliveries may get lost or delivered to the wrong unit. The management should place building labels on easy to see places. Paid laundry with few facilities throughout. You will have to take a short walk to do your laundry, but there are plenty of machines. Parking is very limited and unfairly regulated. Not enough spaces for residents and even if you park in an available spot due to an apt vacancy, they will tow your car without even a phone call even if you have tags that show you're a resident. Pros outweigh the cons. I've been here for years and still love it. Very pet friendly, but If you have a pet, please pick up after they do their business! We all love the green grass.
Service takes a long time to be done and there is too little parking.
I've had 2-3 service request that state they have been completed but in reality they have not. One of them took at least 6 months to address. This last one were a clip that holds one of the kitchen blinds is still broken, not addressed even after I submitted a new request which included a picture. Most of the time they are good but when you get ignored it tends to take over all the good things.
Quiet and comfortable for the most part, laundry facilities is always dirty so I drive somewhere else. Maintain e always takes a long time even before covid
yes

Hi, thank you so much for your high rating! Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you; we are more than happy to help!
The price of rent is extremely reasonable for the condition & size of the apartments. Apartments are new & up to date. Community is well maintained with very nice pools, tons of laundry rooms, gyms and a beautiful property that provides privacy and a nice environment to be in and look at.
The place is affordable and provides adequate amenities, but does a poor job at keeping the community amenities fixed and clean. Also service request are not fulfilled and there is no response and communication/ETA for when your ETA will be fulfilled.
The office staff has always been helpful, respectful, and kind. What disappoints me is the care of landscapes, with dead leaves constantly everywhere, the laundry facilities and the seeming lack of sufficient recycling bins for my building.
leasing lady works with your needs and answers all the questions very down to earth
Utility rates, Unkempt grounds Constant flooding when it rains Hot tubs are not hot
The place is neat and has all the amenities one would appreciate and enjoy.
Apartment was in total disarray when we arrived. Bathroom cabinet door fell off when first opened. Laundry room is and smells like a swamp b/e of backed up sewage water. Pool is dirty. Bbq area is filthy and garbage area smells up entire parking lot. Neighbors leave garbage and property laying everywhere.
I would recommend these apartments for someone looking for a cheap, but nice/roomy living space. I would not recommend it though due to the amount of bugs in the apartment and dog poop around the community.
I would recommend this community because its a good place to be left alone. The people who live in the community and the staff are friendly and respectful
The laundry room is often flooded. I think there is some areas that could use a good cleaning.
I really like it here and feel safe but the constant worry about the rent rate going up so high is having my son want to start looking for other places months before our lease is up. Rates is SD are high and the thought that it could increase by $150 a month is nerve racking to say the least.
No guest parking. Inhibits getting girls naked. Price keeps going up. Getting to the point where I'm ready to move. Too much is going to rent.
My apartment has some thing wrong almost every two to three months...
Base on this interaction. I was left to complete the maintenance request.
I would only recommend this community if the apartment was available to be seen before move in date.
Small bedroom, congested parking, but good price. I also like that some utilities are included
I would recommend Bella Terra because I still believe the value you get for the amount of rent is worth it. When comparing the monthly costs to all of the apartments in the area, it's still lower, great and responsive service from the office and maintenance. Central AC, which is extremely important and the amenities are very close to my apartment. Any issues or maintenance request I had was resolved within one business day without any back and forth, which I really appreciate.
positive: Staff, location Negatives: Dog poop and hair, migrating cockroaches from neighboring apartments, high price, focused more on short term rentals
I would recommend the complex because it is beautiful and well kept.
All the personnel working at Bellaterra are very professional; courteous and friendly.
Gloria was lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately, rent and availability were the only issues. Gloria recommended another property which fit my needs.
it would be a great place for families, except that it needs space for the little ones to plat..swings, monkey bars,an things for children to enjoy.
Nicer than others in the area. Only issues are guest parking, break ins to cars if parked on Pomelo, and no in-house laundry.
Friendly and very informational leasing professional from the start. Apartments seem well kept and clean. Inside apartment is perfect for what I was looking for and nicely made.
I would recommend the apartment due to the location and pools. I wouldn't due to the maintenance of gym and laundry facilities. Parking is bad, Lot's of Cockroaches mostly in the Summer literally running down the sidewalk.
Alot of homeless people around. Alot of parties. Laundry gets stolen by homeless. Not the safest area..
I love this complex, everyone is so polite and kind, thank you so much!
The apartments are nice and spacious. Love the home feeling it sets. The only things that concern are the amount of parking, the bugs that come into the apartment, and the quality of the gym.
I'm not too used to apartment living. There is only a few things I was disappointed in and those are there isn't enough lighting in the apartment and the entryway is pretty dirty! There was dog poop by the stairs and it's still there. Minor things but still bothersome.
The wash cloth rack in the shower was not really fixed. As long as it's not touched, it's fine. But if you touch it, it will still come loose pretty easily.
ES MUY BONITO Y DA SEGURIDAD PORQUE NO SE ROBAN NADA.
