I lived here for about 2 years because we had to in order to live close the school. Honestly that is the only positive thing about this place. All the negatives: 1. Disgusting, no one cleans up their dog poop and apartments do not care. 2. The pool is always closed. They find a reason to close it so you pay money for nothing. 3. The walls are super thin, poorly made so neighbors downstairs can hear every step you take and call and complain. 4. The office staff is horrible, no wonder none of the front desk staff lasts there. 5.The visitor parking was moved all the way to the end of the building so if you have a visitor they must park and walk so far, not convenient at all. Please pay a little extra money and move somewhere else, especially if you are looking to live there longer than a year because once your lease is up (if you want to renew) it ends up costing the same as living in the luxury apartments across the street.

We have been able to actually talk to them maybe a handful of times otherwise it's an automatic message system telling you to leave a voice-mail that will never be called back. They were fine with taking my applica application and charging me for all the fees but won't answer the phone to know what the next step is considering we want to move in the next 3 weeks and need to get answers. Even tried calling the emergency maintenance number just to see if they would answer and again got a message to leave a voice-mail. If they are this bad and we don't even live there yet imagine actually needing something or having an emergency while living there and not getting ahold of anyone. Absolutely ridiculous.

I wish I could rate these apartments below a 1, the front office staff is absolutely awful and not helpful, if you have a maintenance problem forget it they’re not coming to fix it. Our AC was out for 12 hrs before anyone even came to fix it during the summer. The pool is never even open neither is the gym, the apartment complex is always dirty. They do not take care of these apartments and are not worth the price whatsoever. I would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble find somewhere better.

I’ve lived at Bella Vista for 6 months and honestly don’t know where you’d find such a large, beautiful apartment for the price. New management is making lots of improvements recently as well. My children and I have been very happy here, and I’m pretty picky! It’s convenient to everything and the office staff has been nothing but warm and welcoming to me every interaction I’ve had with them.
I been living here long enough to firm up a good assessment of the place. I would first say, the location is fairly convenient in terms of shopping and eating spots. Aside from that, I have to rate this place a 1.5 star. The things I’ve notice is that the staff is far from friendly, they are rude, very laconic, and it’s not a pleasant environment. There’s a lot of chicanery that goes on which make one to question the leadership. Wait, that’s a foreign word here along with good customer service and ethics. My advice is, lower your expectations, pay your rent, and get build your Dinero up for a deserving place that meets your expectation.
My daughter and I stopped by this apartment complex today to ask for information regarding 2 bedroom apartments and to possibly get a tour of an apartment but the staff member so lazy, rude, and completely uninterested on our visit. She did not want to show us around nor did she answer any questions we had regarding the apartment. I will not be leasing at this property with lazy and ruined staff member.
If I could give -1 I would. Purchased a new vehicle 2 weeks ago and called office asking what to do about the sticker. Followed directions I was given. Woke up this morning and my car has been towed. Not only will they not push to get it released for free, but now having to go pay to get it and no reimbursement or respect from office being given. This is unacceptable and frustrating to say the least. There needs to be a change in management for sure
Apartment itself is ok. The apartment complex has a deal with tow company to make money off towing cars in parking lot. My relatives were visiting, for only a short time. The entire family got out of the car came in to visit for about 45 minutes late afternoon, and when they went back outside their vehicle was gone. The lot itself was not nearly full. The space their car was in was not needed at that time. Then as they waited outside to figure out what to do. Tow truck was scoping out the parking lot to make money off more cars. They had to pay $300. If the lot was not nearly full. Why was the tow truck their??? There were not spots being taken at that time that a tenant needed. The tow company and the apartment complex not only make money from this, they appear to take pleasure in the shock factor generated among tenants and their guests when they find their vehicles suddenly missing, and there is nothing they can do about it except pay $300. Pretty good deal I guess, 10 cars a day is $3,000 for them. SAD, SAD, SAD..... Apartment living I'm sure would be much better where management cares more about their tenants and guests of tenants, however I'm sure this is big business, and an easy revenue stream.
Bella Vista Apartments BAD! BAD!! BAD!!! STAY AWAY.... Please do not let the cheap rent and warm welcome fool you. I have not written a review ever before but i honestly can't keep my silence on the treatment I had with this Apartment/leasing management. A little background to this leasing complex. It was originally under three different Managers and Property Management companies while i was living there, and it was acquired by a bad reputation. However, the new so called "UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT" is as bad as the old. I never had a missed payment on rent or had issues with neighbors but this apartment complex has serious issues with the current management and how they treat tenants. They treat people like crap and they forget that they live off our rent payments. Notwithstanding their bad customer services, the complex is heavily infested with roaches, bad smells, and dog poops all around the premises. It's hard to sleep at night, banging noises deep late at night, poor building materials and consistent mold growth. They lied when they would address the loud music coming the neighbors. All I’m saying is, do your due diligence first before moving to this crappy place. I had less time to do that since i was on a time crunch when i moved out of state to start a new job in TX. Stay Away!! Good luck finding....
I find the Bella Vista apartments to be a great living environment. I'm 23 and have a dog so s dog park was important and they have 2! I had some maintainance problems when I first moved in and they ate handle promptly and the staff is very nice. The community is nice, clean, open and very friendly, yet you can maintain your privacy. It's located next to a GREAT shopping area and is easily accessible. I have a tight budget and this place provides wonderful quality living for me.
the apartment complex is great , very nice Gym equipment good size swimming pool . the grilling area by the pool is dirty and the door lock on the gym is been broken for sometime giving a chance to strangers to coming other than that is a ok place to live
I lived here from September 2012 to February 2015, and had very few complaints overall. My third floor one bedroom/one bath apartment was very quiet and roomy, and my neighbors were very pleasant. The management staff seemed to have a steady flow of new faces, but I never had a problem with any of them. My advice to anyone thinking of moving in would be to avoid the first floor, as they always seemed to be flooded, presumably due to poor drainage. The pool area is always quite loud and I'm glad I avoided it. The gym is terrific and its equipment was always available. I loved the quiet street and the proximity to Alliance Town Center and the new Costco.
Moved here at the end of July in a tight position, the staff worked with me and were very pleasant. The apartment is beautiful, and complex has awesome amenities, kid and dog friendly, and calm. Plus great location ! Just 2-10 min from everything, shopping, fast food, grocery stores and gas stations. Maintenance is also very friendly and quick to respond to calls 24/7.

When we moved in we had a flooded bedroom and it took over a week to finally get someone to come out and fix it. Also, they charge for trash pick but do NOT pick it up. We have no choice in paying for the trash pick and the office just says they should pick it up. The office staff could care less about anything. I think they are here just for a paycheck. They don't ever answer the phone except when I call over and over. This apartment complex is very poorly managed.
My boyfriend and I used to live here. We left for many reasons, but the big one was damages done to our apartment by a maintenance staff. Our garbage disposal was not working, so we put in a work order to have it fixed. The day it was fixed I came home to an open freezer door. It was left open by the staff that was in our apartment to fix the garbage disposal. It had been left open for hours on a hot summer day. Needless to say all our food in the fridge, and freezer was all bad (about $400. worth of food). I immediately went to the office to tell them what had happen, and the manager was questioning me like I was the one that left the door open. Well they said that they would talk with the guy that was in our apartment, and after speaking with him, he admitted to leaving the door open. They then told me that they would reimburse us for the food. When the time came to take the grocery bill off our rent it was a different story, now they said that we were paying our rent short. Then we remind them what had happen only a few days ago, then they changed their minds and didn't want to reimburse us for the damages that they had caused. We then ended up moving out because of this. Not until a year later we find out that they put $11,000 on our credit! They didn't notify us that we owed anything to them. Bella Vista put $11,000. on our credit wrongfully, and without our knowledge. Now that we know about it we have been trying to get this matter resolved, and they won't even return or answer my phone calls.
I have lived in these apartments for a year and a half. We have had 4 different managers since I've been here. They take forever to complete work orders. They dont return phone calls, there is no emergency maintenance, my apartment has flooded three times and they still haven't replaced my carpet. The office staff is very nprofessional and the corporate staff is even worse! Need I say more?
This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. They lie about offers to get you to sign a lease. The pool opens when they feel like it, it was literally closed for two straight weeks last summer with no apology or prorated rent given. When it is open there are a ton of unattended children running wild out there. The same kids also run wild all over the grounds and wander in and out of the gym on occasion. They have no sense of urgency when it comes to any issues. The three times I had a maintenance issue, the quickest I ever got any service was three days. Which means either everyone had problems or they just don't care. In a nut shell, find another apartment. If you want specifics, comment on this post and I can give them to you
