Bella Vista

The location and place itself are fine, but management is really lacking. They don't communicate well, they outright refuse to answer my phone calls and emails, and they prefer not to work with us on getting things taken care of. If maintenance is being done on the building, we rarely hear about it and we never hear if work has been completed or what steps have been taken. It's hard to trust the place you live in if they won't talk to you.

Overall the staff has been great and my apartment itself is pretty good. But, as I mentioned before, the condition of the hallways has been very bad. I am hesitant to have company over because of that

The building will be more attractive to the new renter if interior parts like old sink , old cabinets,washer,electric outlets are swapped with new version.

Staff is always very courteous when called and common area concerns are usually addressed that day.

Great location and pet friendly. Whenever I need maintenance, services were provided quickly.

Residents don't use garbage cans or dumpsters, the kids are sent out to eat and play in the hallways so there is always trash and food everywhere

The apt of goldmark company is so good and even neighbors living in goldmark are so friendly. Also emergency time they send mechanical right time.

I dont mind the apartment its just that you guys need to update the stove and dishwasher, they are so old and end up having technical issues as time goes. They also need to atleasssttt have guest parking!! Then probably we would have less drama in the parking lot. They also need the dumpsters closer instead of around the corner please save us the walk. Poor place to live, number one the security is poor and the door that leads to the garage disposal is always open. There are a lot crime the cops are always here.

Village west is a unique community and definitely worth checking out for your next renting adventure. The floor plans are spacious and inviting. I have more cupboards in NH kitchen then I know what to do with, which I love! The bedrooms are oversized and there are lots of storage spacing through the apartment. All 4 building have balcony or walkout patios and there is a beautiful courtyard in the middle of the buildings. Apartments are soundproof and the community is quiet and in a great location for commuting by walking, bus or vehicle.

This is the most unfriendly building I've ever lived in. But France has a great location and the rent is decently priced. There's no elevator and that sucks.

This is a nice place, management is great and the maintenance crew are good at what they do and they get what's needed done.

First moved in it was a nice place. Now its gotten bad. Dont feel safe sometimes.

Bella Vista provides a combination of convenience and comfortability. With the great location and affordable rates, I do recommend Goldmark for apartment rental.

Do not move here, management has never been great on getting my work orders even put in, never mind completed. When I moved in the walls had dort and scuffs all over them and when I asked if it was possible to paint my walls (because they should have been before I moved in) they gave ME permission to paint them instead of sending someone. The carpets were not clean when I moved in and had hair, earrings, food and other things in them that wouldnt have been there had they even vacuumed or steam cleaned recently. When I moved in there was garbage under my stove and under the sink. When I leave Ill be leaving this place nicer than I found it. They are terrible with hallway Maintanence as they always smell and the walls probably havent been painted in years and the carpet is disgusting. There is mildew and possible inside of the walls that they wont treat because its inside the walls. The office NEVER answers the phone and when they do they will say the work order is put in and nothing will ever be done until you call three times. I know I sound like a horrible tenant but I used to work for Goldmark so I know the standards service and they do not meet them or even appear to try.

I love it here, I like the security. you do hear everything from outside and the people upstairs but it is all good. If you need a place I would say come here.

We have lived here for 41years so we have been pretty satisfied with it.
