I've lived here for 3 yrs. now and seen managers come and go the property manager that we have now is AWESOME, she goes out of her way to help tenants whenever she can, even when you come in with a sob story (me), love that she's approachable, lets not forget the young lady that greets you when you walk in, very professional, I really hope this team stay
I would rate this place as 0stars cause this place really needs this! First there are ALLOT of roaches!!!!!! Exterminator goes to exterminate at least every two weeks and the roaches never die!!!! If you have a problem in your apartment like AC went out or hot water went out … ect. The maintenance team won’t fix it until 5-7 business day! Then when they do fix something it only last for a good week. Please don’t sign a lease agreement here!!
Not only does this place suck, but they will pocket your deposit refund then brush it off like they do with fixing the many problems on the property. And, the new manager is rude when I question her about returning my deposit. It's been almost 2 months and she says that headquarters is mailing my deposit refund. Where is headquarters located?...On another planet

ROACHES, so many of them no matter how clean I kept the apt. No amount of Mr Clean, Boric acid, or Raid could compete with them. High turnover in Managers with each new manager doing less about the Many Issues on the property.

Please be very careful before you lease here. My son purchased his first car overnight and the transaction was completed just before 10:45 pm. The new car was parked on the premises at 2:00 am. The troll driver from Star Lane Auto Storage LLC. drove around the parking lot and got out of his truck, (the new car was parked facing apartment doors, so the troll truck driver saw the new paper tag on the car and got out to see if there was a sticker on the front window of the car. The only way he would have known that there was no sticker and towed my son's car was to get out of the truck and walk around the car. There was no extra visitors parking (which he didn't need because he is a resident). How do you get a sticker for your car when you purchase a new car overnight when the leasing office is closed? They don't care. The driver of the tow truck knew it was a new car just purchased, because the paper tag with the date shows that. The car was targeted for easy money. When I got the call and picked my son up we went to the front office, where it was clearly expressed that they didn't care about his car being towed after just purchasing it. The towing company can't just remove cars without the express approval of this property management. Then when we were leaving I had to tell the woman at the front desk to give him a sticker for the car. She would have allowed us to leave, pick up the car, park it just to have it towed again. You can ignore this review if you want, but if you care ask yourself what kind of apartment complex would allow this to happen to one of their residents and act as if it's out of their hands. 2 hours on property. Total to get car back, a little over $230.00. How much of that did Bella Vista get? God forbid if you have a family member get sick overnight or some emergency where they have to park here overnight. There are so many other things to warn you about, but after he moves soon he will complete his own review.

I lived here for a year and a half. the gates never work. The front gate by the office doesn't lock. all the bathtubs and sinks are spray painted. so when you shower you will see the white from the paint going down the drains. Roaches are all over the place. No matter how many time you spray and bomb and clean. this place has so many holes and cracks filled with paint that they just eat right through it. The foundation shifts even though its over 25 years old its still moving and they will not fix the gaps under the front doors or windows. the owners and leasing agents are frauds. Do not expect to get your deposits back. They will find and make up excuses for you to have to pay them more when you move out. The will send you to a debt collector without mailing you the reason you supposedly owe them money. The leasing office will treat you nice when you come in. nut once your a tenant, you will be treated like a criminal. Stay away from here. please.
bed bugs, roaches, parking. That sums up my experience living here. For 2 1/2 years these apartments went from "meh, can't complain" to "these roaches can pay the 900$ I'm out" I'm always constantly reminding the maintenence for any faulty sinks or tubs. I'm more than disappointed that the guy that lives on another building took the parking spot in front of my porch because my neighbor has 7 cars constantly parking all willy nilly. And bed bugs....I don't even need to explain that one. isn't it illegal for an apartment complex to sell rooms filled with bed bugs? (lawyers, feel free to answer this one) but these apartments are a ripoff, the front desk lady doesn't do anything, these SWAT hooligans with their loud music at 3 am, and the roaches....oh dear god the roaches...in conclusion; no, don't live here, unless you're into bugs and rashes.
I've been here for 2 1/2 years. Starting from the outside in, the gates have never worked. The reason as explained to me is that its a city street and they are not allowed by law to close gate. The pool has been closed but clean the entire time i lived here. People still use it despite the danger pool closed sign. Parking ia adequate although they do not tow abandoned vehicles anymore, ever since they made us come get new parking permits and sign what seemed like a strict parking agreement. Maintenance takes care of property, trash trucks come every two days, and every tuesday @9am landscapers arrive. Apartments are stunning, roaches are big problem. Maintenance (Josue and the other guy) have always taken great care of my apt. They respond immediately, fix or replace major appliances, and are friendly. There is a gang of teens that call themselves SWAT. They are much more than a nuisance, they are some lil terrorists. Vandalize my car, busted my patio sliding door, and curse me and my wife out and stand in the street when we try and drive in and out of the complex. They are the reason we are leaving. If you decide to move here you will enter into a warzone. I touched on the roaches briefly earlier but it is far more serious than i led on. I've tried combat gel, roach motels, raid home barrier defense, bengal gel, 16 foggers, ortho boric acid, bleach, dawn, not cooking in the apt anymore, some expensive fire ant killer that someone recommended. I have won many a battle but lost the war. You should see how i live. We are going to throw everything away. They have made a home of everything. Tv, microwave, dresser. Bet u didnt know that roaches can survive and thrive inside of the microwave while it is heating food, ive seen it. I didnt have to go online to figure out this white roach phenomenon. Roaches shed their exoskeleton when they grow and for a short time they are albino. Ive seen it! Some guy came and knocked on the door out the blue talking bout he was pest control when my wife was here by herself. I was here one time and the same thing happened to me but that was like 2 months ago. I suspect there is a colony buried deep within the walls of this apartment and as beautiful an apartment this is, they probably need to bust some walls open and attack from there. Yessir, the roaches and the kids...thats why im moving.

A property and leasing staff. I've lived here 2 years now and I've had no problem with the residents or staff living here. Neighbors are always friendly and looking to help whenever they can. The leasing staff is professional and courteous to your needs and maintenance requests. The maintenance crew is the best around because they call above and beyond to complete any task or residents work order at hand and they always do it with a smile. I appreciate living here and recommend it to anyone.
