Property Ratings at BellaNova at JubiLee Park
The people that “manage” this property are basically wardens watching your every single move. The level of supervision on all parts of the community makes you feel like you can not enjoy any of the amenities you are paying for. They will stop you when your walking your dog, if they see an “unfamiliar” face watch which apt you go into. The “security” on site is extremely rude and unprofessional. Will threaten to remove you & any guests out of the property if they feel you are not obliging their rules. The level of unprofessionalism of the staff is unbelievable. Save yourself a headache don’t bother, I can’t wait to leave this prison.
Did my research and schedules a tour in April. Loved everything about the complex and apartment and signed my lease 3 days later. Moved in end of April and it is now August and I’m so happy I chose this place. Kendra at the front office is great as well as the other staff and nothing but good things to say about the maintenance team. Work orders are completed within 24hrs and bonus (for me anyway), it’s literally right by the airport. I never really here the planes which is surprising. Can’t wait to look into a 2 bedroom when my lease is up
I placed a work order. Immediately that same day, they solved my problem. I am very pleased, thank you.
The apartment itself was nice enough, however I can not say the same for the front office staff. Make sure EVERYTHING is done in writing with the office. We would not recommend this apartment complex.
Great place to live with sound security. Office staff, Andrea offers great customer service. Always attentive and quick responses to any concerns or problems. Awesome place to live with great amenities.
One of the worst decisions that I’ve made in my life so far was signing a lease at Bella Nova apartments at Jubilee Park. Please take this as a warning and do not get sold/deceived by the bells and whistles of the community... where do I begin? The management team is beyond unprofessional they lack customer service and problem-solving skills, they are terrible at following up/ calling back and just ridiculously rude. The assistant property manager lives on the property and harasses residences on everything as if she is the head of HOA in a housing community. My friends and family feel uncomfortable visiting me at this community, the first and most likely my last time having some friends over by the fire pit (I have to mention) there were no other residents outside at the time just my three guest and I, we were told that we had to leave because it was more then two guest but the only reason I had my guest outside was that the property manager informed me that “quiet time is at 10:00 pm and if you have guest over you should utilize the amenities so you don’t disturb your neighbors due to the walls being super-thin”... Let’s talk about that!!! You can literally hear airplanes flying over your head like you’re in a war zone every 5 to 10 minutes and they tell you to be quiet in your appointment!? To top it all off the management team is very dishonest I have caught them in multiple lies that were just uncalled for and unnecessary! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time!!! The rent is overpriced and you WILL NOT be at peace living here, the last thing you need with all the craziness going on in the world is to come home and deal with more craziness.
Since the day I moved in to this apartment complex, it has brought me nothing but regrets, and frustrations. The entire management team is inadequate and has completely disregarded my concerns about being targeted by a neighbor. Ultimately the manager told me I need to whisper in my apartment and not to have any guest over. They will make you feel as though you’re the problem, though there are multiple people seeing what’s happening. I’ve had a situation where I had just two guest sitting at the dining table; laughing, and the sheriff in the complex came knocking on my door. Plus if you bring more than two people by the grill area security will be asking them to leave; although there aren’t other residents currently around. Trying to come to a resolution, so I can feel better living in my apartment wasn’t an option. Don’t even bother with contacting the regional office to address your concerns, you won’t get a call back within a timely manner. I should have never taken the keys to this residence. On the day I moved in the management team called the resident sheriff to escort a family of three out of the office. How necessary was that? That should have been a red flag for me. I shouldn’t have been so naïve. I’ve lived in many place across the US and never been treated this way. Here I thought the planes that flew over complex starting at 5:30am every morning would have been my biggest issue. Talk about never sleeping in. P.S. don’t leave me any automated messages. I will not be renewing my lease at this community. It’s a great building but terrible management staff. This current issue doesn’t even scratch the surface to the multitude of frustrations this company has put me through.
PRO: We love this community - beautiful apartment, beautiful grounds, the office staff has been great. Love having 2 car garage and the parking space outside the garage. We love the vaulted ceilings on the second floor. CON: This community if directly in the flight path from the airport. I mean very low and loud planes that start pre-dawn. We left Lake Nona where we thought the noise at Landon House was a bit much with us on the top floor. We just moved in and had no idea just how loud it could be. I was on the phone in the garage and they could not hear a word I said. The planes fly close enough the the street lights and stop lights have blue lights on top for the planes. We also noticed all the doors are poorly sealed and you can see light coming in around them. We will try to get this fixed.
Absolutely ridiculous! Watch out because apparently you need to do the front offices job when you’re moving out. When we were finalizing our move out, we returned all of our key fobs and garage door openers. The person we worked with in the front office counter everything in front of us, told us we had turned everything in, and said we were good to go. But because they didn’t keep proper documentation and “can’t remember for sure” if we really did turn everything in, we lost out on part of our deposit. Can’t believe I need to follow up behind someone and do their job for them. And if they tell you you can’t hear the airplanes, they’re lying.
