Homes are amazing! Maintenance team is outstanding! Office staff is slow to respond. Difficult to get an appointment. They don’t communicate the community events even though we’ve complained about the lack of communications multiple times.

Bellary Flats is the best complex my husband and I have ever lived at. We just moved to the Charleston area from coastal Alabama for work, and we already feel right at home. SUPER gorgeous grounds, beautiful apartments, amazing amenities:

I’ve been here 7 days and so far everything has been great, I like the amenities you have here, it’s quiet and the apartment is very nice!!!

I have enjoyed this apartment complex & havent had any issues. Maintance has been amazing & timely on fixing anything that might need repaired.

Lack of communication with front office when voice mails are left. No follow up for questions asked when someone is not in the office and a voice mail if left can sometimes be frustrating. Other than that, we love living here

We are so happy we made the decision to join the flock here at Bellary Flats. This is a beautiful property and the amenities are awesome. We can't wait to use the pool. The club house is such an amazing asset to have. Every staff member always has a smile on their face and are always eager to help or just check in and make sure everything is going well with us. We are excited to attend our first community event soon!

Amenities are exquisite, the pool and grills are family friendly. The grounds are well taken care of and the units are spacious. Really enjoy the appliances, including the refrigerator with ice and water dispenser.

The move in process was very easy, the apartment was very clean, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet with nice people. We are so happy to be a part of the flock!

When I was looking for a place to live, my standards were simple but important: it had to be peaceful and in good or new condition on the inside. The Bellary Flats offered all that and more. It’s such a peaceful neighborhood. I have loved it so far.

Studio apartment is beautiful!!! Had some annoying neighbors with surround sound but other than that it’s great! Everyone in the office is kind & helpful! Clean & modern!

Quiet and great location! The staff is super helpful and friendly. The location makes it easy to get to Charleston during the week or escape to lake to relax.

We love this place! We were disappointed when they starting ripping down trees and building stores in the entrance of the complex, we liked how hidden we were before

ever since I first found this place, I was absolutely in love with it. I have been looking for an apartment in The summmerville goose Creek area for five months and have toured multiple complexes and none have matched the perfection that Bellary Flats has delivered from the hospitality of the leasing agents to the amazing amenities including a salt water pool, a gym, a beautiful 2 story club house and even a yoga studio. I have been nothing but impressed! Although I just started living here, I have never been happier to call a Place home.

I looked at 7 apartments in the Summerville area before selecting Bellary Flats, even gave up a $350 deposit because I was so impressed with the level of service, the property, amenities, and easy of leasing. Like trying on a wedding dress, visiting Bellary Flats just felt like the one! I am so pleased with my new space and proud to be a part of the flock! It is a great place to live. The office staff was very helpful in getting my wife and I into a unit we wanted. There were a few maintenance issues with the air conditioning our first day in the unit, but they were addressed quickly.

Everything has been lovely. Great customer service, made the move in process very easy and quick. I loved everything. The community is beautiful and quiet.

Enjoying our time living here at Bellary Flats. Went to the sip and paint event in the clubhouse last week and had a great experience. Also was able to see our resident alligator at the lake last week.

The maintenance people are friendly and fast responding. Very impressed with the up keep of the property. It feels like I am at a resort at all times.

The community feels very welcoming. Overall environment is peaceful and no disturbances. I really appreciate the corner unit and the layout because it minimizes the number of attached apartments.

Living here is amazing. I’ve never felt so safe and comfortable. The facilities are beautiful and the apartments have everything and are so spacious!

We’ve been here 2 1/2 years and have loved living here since day 1. The apartment we love, the community is great, and the location is great! So glad we chose Bellary Flats as our place to live.

We love it here! Everything is clean and well-maintained, inside and outside. We also like that it is “smoke-free” complex. Action is taken promptly when notified of someone breaking that guideline.

I am happy here but the parking can be a nightmare, the neighbors aren’t too friendly, the trash piles up and there are dogs that live here that are on the do not allow list.

My experience so far has been amazing, I couldn't have been any better for my first apartment. My little brother stays with me and he loves it as well.

Quite, clean and lovely. The apartment is soundproof, l enjoy being able to park my vehicle and not have to worry about it being vandalized. I like having valet thrash service, The apartment is beautiful and the people working in the management office and the maintenance guys are so nice and professional

I love it !!!! Wonderful view! Very homey !! I love the clubhouse!! It’s beautiful inside and out you can get your own coffee and have access 24/7 to the clubhouse and you have a little gym or yoga area!!

I have had a great experience living here! My apartment is in great condition and overall the environment of Bellary Flats is quiet and calm. I have been loving the amenities especially the gym!!

I moved here from our state so it was very important to me to find a place that I felt really good about. This is a huge move for me. Bellary Flats was the 17th place that I toured and I knew I was home the moment I walked into my new apartment. The staff was so kind, so welcoming, and so accommodating. I knew this was the place and I can thankfully say after living her now for over 4 months now I could not possibly be any happier. From maintenance to the staff in the office I feel very comfortable and at home here.

We love it here! Just sucks they are cutting down all the trees around us to build more building and shops :( Nice and cozy, best pool and clubhouse we have ever seen

I’m loving this place so far so good quiet clean very nice very big the space is huge but I’m definitely loving it the price is worth everything your pay for the stafff is super sweet.

This place is so peaceful and well kept! Most complexes end up letting things run down but, here I see the opposite. The only thing I think they could improve is putting ceiling fans in the bedrooms w/ overhead lighting.

This community is great, really kept nice and love the amenities. We had some issues with move in due to some breakdown in communication on the apartments end, so they do need to work on that but overall it is amazing.

This is the most welcoming, helpful, and courteous place I’ve ever lived! They’re always ready to help, the free coffee is delicious, and the community is always peaceful and clean.

Very welcoming staff! The floorplans for these apartments are very open and very stylish. I enjoy that the community has monthly events to really bring the community together.

The community is nice and peaceful. There is little noise due the new developing stores next door, but other than that, it’s a great place to be!!

We renewed our lease for another year! We love it here. The clubhouse is beautiful, and we even had a party in the summer there. We have very nice neighbors. The maintenance is very quick to fix everything! Shout out to Anthony! The apartment is spacious enough to have overnight guests. I love the kitchen and bathrooms and all the storage they have.

I have lived here for 13 months. When I first moved in they wouldn’t let me tour the apartment I was actually moving into because “it wasn’t fully vacated yet” which was odd because my move in date was just a week or two later from what I remember. I don’t think the complex did anything after the other person moved out because there was colorful paint splatters all over my patio floor and windows, spots on the living room floor and the kitchen, and sparkle paint on the bathroom cabinets. The complex did nothing to fix the issue so I myself had to attempt to get the majority of the paint off (and test me there’s still a lot of paint left) I had to wait about 2 months before they sent a painter to repaint only the walls of the patio. It took me hours to get it off the railings myself by hand. The walls are really thin here, you can hear EVERYTHING. But the staff is kind and the grounds/clubhouse are kept clean. It’s in a great location and parking is never an issue.

First year I loved it here. Second year it has drastically changed for the worse . Management has changed so many times and the communication is almost nonexistent

The moment you get told a fee will be charged due to excessive complaints being submitted over a span of 6 months is the moment we realized this complex wants to squeeze every penny out of you or force you to move out which is exactly what we’re doing. The option was given for us to move “free of charge” to another apartment but what they fail to tell you is that you pay market rent when you transfer. When the neighbors above you consistently stomp around on their heals and allow their dog to run all around the apartment at all hours of the day and night, you would think a complex would understand our frustration especially knowing we’ve had not one complaint for over 1 1/2 years up until they moved in. We should’ve known when prior leasing office employees/friends (multiple) left due to the experience they had working here, that would be our queue to leave as well. We will never live in an apartment again due to this very terrible experience so thank you Bellary Flats / Willow Bridge. You’ve ruined it for us.

Just moved in and already in love with the place. Nice amenities, great office staff and amazing apartments. Happy to call Bellary Flats our new home.

Overall it’s a nice community but you have to be careful of what apartment you have. Are upstairs neighbors are so loud that we have to have sound machines so we can sleep. They party all night and come in at 2:00 or will through parties upstairs. It sounds like they are wearing boots and are stomping around wherever they go. This community could be friendlier. Neighbors do not talk to you or even say hello back to you. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because of the view and location. We have an apartment that has an amazing view of the lagoon, we do get to see a lot of nature.

I have only been here for a few months but I absolutely LOVE it so far! I am newish to SC and my first apartment never felt like home but when I moved in here I immediately felt more at home and my dog even loves it here!??

Only recently moved in, but I am loving Bellary Flats so far! Fun community events monthly and fantastic amenities. It is such a quiet and comfortable place to live, and conveniently close to everything I need.

I love living here. It’s quiet and clean. I love the location. We are close to everything (stores, gas, restaurants and entertainment). The rent is high. However you get what you pay for.
