Property Ratings at Belle Oaks Apartments
The office staff is rude and disrespectful they will have anyone that disagrees with them CT'd. The apartments were recently remodeled and it is a horrible job the people they have that are supposedly doing the remodels will come in your home unannounced they don't knock they just walk in your house and they don't fix anything correctly they're putting a Band-Aid on broken things don't stay here you'll regret it. In the roaches are so bad that I was afraid they were going to carry my daughter and I away at night there's so many roaches so gross. There are shootings all the time the police are always there. There's so many issues I can't even list them all. if there was an option to give negative Stars I would have gave five negative stars to this place it should be condemned and leveled I feel sorry for the tenet's that are still there.
