Property Ratings at Belleair Place
This complex will allow you to put money down for an apartment then deny you and return your money 30 days later. They are a joke! Don't bother with this gross WASTE of time and money.
It is dirty, it is loud, the staff don't care about the tenants, and the maintenance men do not care to fix the problems in the buildings. Do not live here.
This place may seem like a great place to move to but I assure you that it is a huge mistake. This place is very loud, you can hear; children paying outside, cars drive in, neighbors upstairs and next to you, people going up and down the stairs, and fighting. The office workers will be nice to you until the day you move in then they are rude and disrespectful. If you have a question they will not answe it and they will put it off as long as possible. Your lease is not guaranteed to be renewed and if it is not being renewed they will not give you an answer as to why. You aren't given a choice of what cable provider you would like to have. Their cable is called moonbeam and it includes a rolling guide. The wifi can only hold 2 devices at once for around 45$ a month. The garbage compactor is always overflow with terrible smelling garbage that birds and other animals get into. When I first moved into belleair place our floors shook due to the drug dealers that were squatting in the apartment below us. They had huge speakers called subs that made the bass rattle the entire building. The maintenance me are in friendly and do not preform their jobs correctly. I hope my little rant has changed your mind about moving to this place. Oh and the pool is dangerously shallow and there aren't any functioning prices of equipment in the so called gym.
I have been a resident for almost 2 years now... Cant wait for lease to be up.. Looks great on the outside but is a section 8, welfare drug dealing heaven. Cant use the pool due to unsupervised little kids. The staff, especially the property manager, is the most arrogant people I have ever dealt with.. I have paid my "not section8" bill consistently. They used to have security at the pool on the weekends and have regular SECURITY patrol in the evenings. Guess it made them look bad to have that walking around. Such a nice looking and groomed place to have this.. So deceiving... DO NOT LIVE HERE.
The apartment is pretty on the outside. The srairs are a little dirty. The parking for guess is horrible. If your guess dont park in guess parking there car will get towed. The manager is a little rude. 100 dollar late fee if your rent is late after day 4. They left old food in the apartment from previous tenant and they didnt clean properly. The lay out is nice and i love the private balcony and washer and driver hook up. Cool pool but only goes to 4 feet. The deposit was 1016 dollars. The fan and laundry door was broke after only living there for about 3 days but they did come and fix it in a timely manner. They also require you to get the carpet clean only by a company they want before you move. O ya and no outside cable only there own private cable company. I understand its a business but they seem money hungry.
For never having lived in an apt previous to this I would give it 4 stars. Clean and very livable. Good parking, nice interior with up to date appliances. Reasonable maintainance, a little slow but good quality. Noise was manageable, I imagine a little noise is expected in the close proximity of apartment life. Over all a good place to live. Comfortable and safe.
