Belleview Gardens Apartments

We were so happy to be able to get a unit in this place. Nayeli Lopez was superb. She helped us all the way from the start and was always in contact with us on what we still need to submit until we got the unit. The apartment and the surroundings are very nice and clean and quiet.

I had a clogged a sink and the maintenance department responded immediately. Thomas was very efficient, friendly, and quick. He even offered to help me install my shelves on my closet.

We applied for an apartment and we have special circumstances. David and Noemi were so helpful and patient with us. They went above and beyond for us and we are very thankful. I highly recommend.

Recently moved to this property and we’re loving it so far, David was so helpful and friendly and made our move so easy, whenever we needed help from him he was always available. Love the new place, is clean and quiet and the best part is that they’re pet friendly!

I have had a great experience moving in. David from management made me feel welcome even before deciding to move in. He worked around my schedule, answered my questions, and made sure the apartment was in top shape. The community is clean and quiet. Parking is also good; I have no complaints so far.

Neomi and the new crew are very nice and helpful. The super is friendly and helpful. Neomi is helpful and very nice. She is amazing with a smile. Did movie night in the summer of 2023. Had drinks, snack and popcorn. Hope to do it again in the summer of 2024. Naomi even did a ice cream truck for residents. I lived here for over 12 years. I even get snacks from the office. Seen a lot of changes and great improvements. Love the improvements. This is my home and have no plans on moving. ... Mike

Great place to live as a starter apartment, rent has ballooned since the pandemic, but the apartments are nice, the grounds are well kept, the neighborhood is very safe and convenient and the staff is very helpful, especially tomas the maintenance super, all service request are typically taken care of that day and well done.

My husband and I just renewed our lease again this year. It’s such a peaceful place to live. The building manager Noemi is awesome at her job, so helpful and she answers all your questions.

The apartment is the perfect size and very clean. Noemi and Tomas were nothing but helpful throughout the entire move-in process.

This is a great, safe, and cozy area to live. I appreciate the convenience. With an irregular work schedule parking is never stressful. Noemi and her maintenance team is amazing and very friendly and attentive. They will complete any request you submit fairly quickly no matter the level of priority. I have been living here way well over 5 years and just had my apartment walls freshly painted. The contractors did an amazing job I feel Like I just moved in!

Moving into Belleview Gardens has been wonderful from the start. Noemí made sure that every thing in the apartment was finished to the T before my move in. I’m in love with the floors! The parking is an extra perk I didn’t expect so extra points! I had some small issue put in a service request and it was taken care of by the next day. Im impressed with how the property is maintained and happy to be living here!

Me and my wife lived here for more than 5 years. Our apartment overlooking the round about, laundry rooms are accessible, very spacious parking for residents. The management and maintenance team of naomi, victor and o'neil is timely, friendly and professional.

I recently moved out and lived here for many years. I lived here to see the change in management Noemi is a true professional and handles tenant issues gracefully. I would’ve never moved out if I didn’t buy my house. I recommend living here!

The application process is easy and transparent with no hidden fees or clauses. The property manager, Noemi, made the process very straightforward and easy, she's great to work with. Our maintenance guys Victor and O'Neil are great and they are always ready to help.

So Bad ! One Day (Month of May 2021) I wake up with Belleville Police,Sheriff Office , FDA raiding next door . Smell like WEED (SKUNK like) EVERY DAY your Cabinet under the stairs smells . Laundry under my apartment smell weed every midnight and every morning going to work still smell weed outside your apartment ,We complain and they dont do anything. My son and wife have asthma . This is our experience.

Noemi made the process of moving into my first apartment easy and stress free. Her and Victor (super) made sure I was well taken care of and that my apartment was up to par. They answered every question I had to ensure my stay here would be worth it! The property is nice, quiet, and well kept!

The entire process of moving in was extremely quick and easy. Within 2 weeks of seeing the apartment, applying, and getting approved was great. The property is clean, quiet and well maintained. Working in the evening leaves no parking in the lot, but theres more than enough parking on the street which is right by the complex. Shout out to Noemi for making the procress easy, and being so efficent with anything i need !

I've moved to Belleville Gardens in January. Thus far, I love it. My property manager, Noemi, have been great to work with along with the super to ensure we as the tenant moved in smoothly. No complaint and would definitely recommend this location. I wanted quiet neighborhood and I got just that.

What’s the point of posting an apartment if when you send an inquiry they don’t get back to you only generic response stating some one will reach out and does NOT and when you call and leave a voicemail no one returns your call.

No wonder you can’t find reviews of this place on the web. No one answers the phone or gets back to you. Was interested in renting here but after not even getting a response for that I cannot imagine being a tenant

This complex is the worse move I ever made. Can't wait till my son is out of High School to be able to move out. the laundry room is always dirty, found bugs in the washer. Maintenance man takes forever to repair anything. I am living there for 4 1/2 years, and still, don't have a dishwasher. Don't even want to start with the never-ending fight for parking or the increase in rent.

Right on the Nutley border this is a nice, quiet area of Belleville. There's 2 gas stations, dunkin donuts, pharmacy, liquor stores and various other stores within walking distance. There's generally plenty of parking but beware.. in one lot is an old, light brown pick up truck that if you park in the owners "spot" he will key your car. THERE IS NO ASSIGNED PARKING but this guy is crazy. There's also a crazy old lady the drives a Pontiac that will yell from her window if you park, in her uneducated opinion, "too close" to her. The apartment themselves are small, not bad for a first apartment, but not forever. Lived here 2yrs, never really had a problem with anyone.
