Property Ratings at Bellingham Park
It felt like home the moment we walked in. The neighborhood is great and we have great neighbors. The staff is attentive, professional and friendly.
Maintenance is always responsive to requests, professional, and courteous. I am grateful for the excellent job maintenance does at our community.
Bellingham Park has a great location. It is close to downtown Wilmington and centered between Kure and Wrightsville Beaches. The grounds are always well kept and safe. The office personnel are responsive and friendly. It's a great place to live
The grounds and the apartments are kept in good condition. The personel are friendly, efficient and professional. My neighbors are great. Everyone tries to help one another when need! I'm very Happy to call Bellingham Park my home!!
Grounds are kept very nice. Feel pretty safe here. Maintenance is excellent when you need something repaired.

The former management staff has been excellent. I don't know how the new management company will compare. Will take some time to decide if I would refer to others. Recent overflow of garbage at dumpster was disturbing.

You need to work more on reshaping the trees, because in some places the trees are so big in a way that overs the light. After arranging the shape of the trees, the place will be wonderful, because most of the complexes have more lights and the trees are beautiful and tidy.
The biggest issue at the moment is the handling of packages and the lack of communication between the post office, the leasing office, and residents.
We have been leasing a two-bedroom apartment at Bellingham Park for over 1 year. This is a good place to live. The apartment is well finished and well insulated, the kitchen is stunning, the walking area around it is very handy, the level of noise inside the apartment is very low, the property is well maintained and the manager, oh, the manager is the greatest, kindest and most efficient you´ll ever find (Paula). I feel truly comfortable here despite I hardly use the pool, the movie theater or the office. I know, I should use them more. I wish I had more free time. The only con is the garbage disposal: it is a compactor that smells bad sometimes when the weather is hot. I am glad the view to it is concealed by wall on one side and hedges on the other. I am writing this recommendation as a payback to the reviewers´community, who helped us find this place.
