Thank you for your review. We're so happy to hear that our team made such a great impression and we hope to welcome you to our community soon!
I live here now. Back on this app looking for a NEW apartment ONE YEAR LATER! The five things that did it for me. 1. The bugs (giant roaches and wasps) are out of control for as much as I pay for sanitation control/bug control (because the extra fees just punch you in the face on move in day) I was SHOOK! 2. Maintenance is a joke. If you’re a handyman great, if not you’ll just be waiting and watching them ride by on golf carts. My dryer started rocking in May and I had to GO FIND people to come fix it because it stopped in July. 3. DON’T call the after hours number no one ever picks up and no maintenance man is ever available to help you on site. 4. 24hr gym IS A LIE! They lock the gate to the pool and front office around 5 or 6. The gym entrance through the gym is there.... So if you get off work anytime around 4-5 you’ll just need to go ahead a find a gym membership ( even though you’ll be paying for the one onsite). 5. My A/C went out on a Sunday, the office is closed on Sunday’s. I called the after hours number. No answer. Tried to find maintenance, no one. If I can’t contact a business when something does happen (because it will everywhere) then I need to go somewhere else ?????
My family and I have lived here for 9 months and honestly have not had any major issues. Work Orders get taken care of fast and our apartment lucky has no sign of bugs. My kid loves to go play at the playground area, our neighbors are friendly and quiet and the grounds are kept clean. They did switch to new management couple of months ago and they painted the outside bldgs and patios. I just pray the rents do not go to high when it's time for renewal because we like the location and the sqft is great.
Run!!!! They recently switched management companies a month after I moved in and it is horrible.. they jacked up the rent to a ridiculous amount I heard from other residents .. the residents have dogs that are well above the weight requirement which means there is dog crap everywhere.. the trash is never picked up it’s all over the place.. I have only been here just a few months and I HATE IT .when my lease is up I am definitely moving ..
This is been A good community when you consider the properties surrounding it. However upon my move in there were many problems some have been fixed others not. There have been many changes of hands within this community as one company bought out another. The grounds are in decent order but not spectacular. The residents here where's they started at one end of the spectrum seem to have gone downhill since my move-in. There has been an increase in both crime two units and vehicles and there appears to be an upswing in the amount of litter around the property. I have noticed that people do not clean up after their pets and the owners of the community do nothing to enforce it. The units are as is and only minor fixes will be allowed (I have a closet door that will not open completely because they decided to install shelves behind it say you have to shimmy through). The management company has been reasonably nice but not too interested in keeping residents. All in all when you speak to the management team no one is ever quite sure of what the answer to your questions will be. I personally have had no issues other than problems during my move in but he is still one of the best values for your money in the area.
