Property Ratings at Belmont Manor
Living here is more than just an affordable place to live. The staff really cares about the tenants. They have parties for holidays and events, giveaways, and even give you birthday cards for your birthday. They treat you like you’re family.
I lived on the property for a full year and my stay was pleasant . The only reason their not getting a full 5 stars is because all of the appliances are older . The only reason I decide to move was because I wanted other amenities.The property was beautifully decorated , they take really good care of the grounds . I don’t agree with the reviews stating staff are rude . The manager isn’t rude she’s just straight to the point , she has the right to not engage in small talk. I received majority of my deposit back 3 weeks after vacating the property . I didn’t get any strange fees , every fee I received was valid . The full process was super easy. Thank you guys for making my stay comfortable . I would 100% recommend. They’re the nicer apartments in Pueblo and still affordable. *Side Note * you can have as many packages as you want delivered and sitting outside of your door ,no one will take them. Everyone is respectful of others things .
I had went to go fill out an application back in May I was told everything looked good but they would have to go ahead and collect the application fee and then I was next in line for the next available unit. Didn’t hear anything from them come July 1 I ended up calling them. Just to find out nobody knew what I was talking about I was told 3 or 4 different story. Then I was told it was because I didn’t hand over a deposit fist witch puts me back of the line. Even though I ask back in May and was told that wasn’t necessary and that was one of the reasons I am calling. Then I was told that they had to look into it and she will call me back with in an hour. I had to call back every time I was told that they would get back with me and know one did. Then day 4 after getting frustrated because know one was call me back to let me know what was going on. I was told they didn’t have anything available and all they have is a 2 bedroom so I asked why can’t I rent the 2 bed room if I remember correctly it’s not that much more. Then I was told the rent for a 2 bedroom went up in price a little over 150.00. Then I ask due to the situation if I could rent the 2 bed room for a month or so while I’m waiting on the one bedroom apartment that I applied for back in May and was told I’d be moved in no later then the end of July honor the same price online that has been listed for the same price for the past past 8 mo. Then after experiencing to her that this is really putting me in a bad situation That’s why I called in to inquire about a place then when getting nowhere I came in 2 month ago to start the process because my lease ends at the end of July. Then she proceeded to tell me it was due to my credit so “I do not now or will I ever be qualified to lease an appointment” from them... Even though I have an average credit score with no delinquency or past due accounts I have good renting history for over 4 years. Then she informed me because the employee that originally helped me and who doesn’t work for them any more because of other situation like this. That she doesn’t feel like they are responsible or should hold any obligation or accountability to let me know or to make this right.... Then I had asked for the owners information and the property manager refused and told me that was none of my business and I have no proof so it’s not going to mater anyway. I guess the 5 or 6 emails when make sure they had everything they needed isn’t sufficient.
Living there was ok not extremely clean or helpful. Its been since i moved thaat the nightmare started, i left the apartment literally cleaner than i got it but didnt receive any of my deposit back infact they want money. The ten hours of cleaning they claimed it needed cost over $400. This place is run by professional scam artist.... do not fall for the trap!
do not move here- the office staff stink- r rude and nasty.maintenance dont do anything/fix anything except maybe leaks.
