Property Ratings at Belmont Park West
This is my first week being here at Belmont park west, but the staff was very helpful and informative about my move in! The apartment was also very well cleaned before my move in!
This apartment complex is up to date on the inside and I love the screened in patio. The only downside is the people who are approved to live in the area. They claim to be a “smoke free” complex, but you will almost always see someone smoking week late at night or cigarettes early in the morning. Additionally, the walls are VERY thin and you can hear any noise from neighbors above you and next to you. There will always be cars parked in the middle of the road because they are too lazy to park in the next complex and walk over. Finally, the appliances are almost always broken, so anyone can enter the apartment if they please. Overall and ok living space, but if management would spend more time on the approval process, 70% of these issue would be fixed. Just don’t get your hopes up on the cheaper price!
It is all great except the bushes and weed smell in the building. It is supposed to be nonsmoking area but without penalty it doesn’t mean anything.
Everything is great. I think trash problem is solved for a while. Huge bushes are still a problem, I opened a ticket 6 months ago but they are still there and growing.
The people are friendly and I love my apartment. My son is very excited for the weather to warm back up so he can use the pool and spend more time at the park.
This apartment complex is far from “luxury” living. I would highly recommend looking at another complex in the area.
My husband and I enjoy the calm environment and friendly neighbors within the community. The pond is a perfect way to get out of the house, get some fresh air and take a walk, maybe even meet new furry friends! The amenities are great for spending time with loved ones and the place itself is very spacious. Happy to call it our home.
Great neighborhood hood,nice location and area,parking lots need more spaces.its a struggle to find a spot by your unit if you get in late from work.
Management cares and is responsive. Only drawback is too many people don't clean up after their dog and there is dog poop everywhere. But overall it's a good community to live in.
A very beautiful place to life, with the amenities and staff makes this place like an endless resort. since living here, I have been treated with respect and professionalism.
Love my home here. Office staff always helpful & our maintenance men the best ever! Thank you all for all you do. Always willing to go that extra mile! My only concern is the general common grounds need some attention from the landscaping company.
Leasing process was painless and quick. Chardonnay was amazing and extremely helpful. We arrived to our apartment with it supposedly cleaned but it wasn't. Chardonnay was completely understanding and tried getting us another apartment but we elected to stay and clean it up because we like the apartment has great views and neighbors seem friendly. Parking is atrocious, especially after 3pm. Driving to/from the gate around the complex can be tedious as cars are parked along the drives and it can hinder viewing oncoming traffic. If they can get parking improved and get the dog people to pick up after themselves it'll be a great long term stay.

So far I love my resident experience. Zach with maintenance has helped me with everything I have needed and Chardonay was beyond welcoming with assisting me in moving here and is still a smiling and friendly face whenever I see her! My neighbors are lovely and my dog LOVES walking around the pond and seeing the frogs and ducks!
This apartment complex is nice and has all the amenities you may need! I will warn you that the walls are VERY thin, so unless you are on the top floor, you will get to the point of filing noise complaints. Also, do not live here if you don’t want to smell smoke on your walks, in the hallways, or sometimes even in your room.
The office staff is truly amazing, quick to resolve Any concern my only ask is to increase the frequency the halls and stairs are cleaned. They currently look pretty bad due to the trash leakage. Maybe we can place improved guidelines around this feature!
I always get a quick response to all my questions and concerns . When I need maintenance or have any emergency situation my call is also returned in a timely manner !
This place has really gone down hill.It was once a beautiful place to be proud to live.They let the bushes grow so large u can barely walk on or see the sidewalks.As u walk through the halls,its large disgusting stains on the ground where they allow people to leave trash outside their doors w/ awful smells.Which is lazy 1bc we have a dumpster,2we have a trash genie for pick up service.Parking is a disaster.My car has been hit 2x since living here.When reported to the office, I was told there is nothing they can do bc they dont have cameras in the parking area I’m near.Of course its out of pocket.Countless times the gate is broken or halfway working causing u to try and make it through one side.I cant even enjoy the pool when desired, on2 occasions it hasnt been cleaned.Last week the power went out in90 degree weather!Only1 section of the complex was out.Of course nothing was done for those who had to do without.Blamed on weather but not a storm in sight.Needless to say no renewal here.
Genuinely so positive, I love my new place. very clean! nice neighbors and feels luxurious.The kitchen is my favorite part! I also love the tall ceilings!
Chardonnae makes your stay even more luxurious than what is expected. Nice apartment and clean environment . Rent price a bit on the high end but it's a luxury apartment
After weeks of searching, i finally found the perfect apartment . The apartments were spacious, with high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The building itself was clean and well-maintained.
Trash service is the worst. Management should be more responsible. Some problems are ongoing since we move in. But the apartment itself is nice.
Love my apartment but hoping landscaping gets cleaned up. Lots of dead shrubs; need mulch. Unfortunately sidewalks flood with rain. Maintenance staff fantastic!
Best apartment complex I have lived in since moving to Savannah! The front desk employees are fantastic and so helpful! I haven't lived at a place that has felt like home until now!
Good place, except for valet trash not being consistent. Amenities are good, place needs to be pressure washed, however I see staff working around property all the time
We have had a positive experience since moving in. I can’t expect everything to be perfect with so many different personality types living in one building. We have had our hallways get dirty from neighboring pets or trash take out when the trash bag rips and spills and maintenance will come out in a heart beat and clean it with bleach. They have been very responsive and so far we love it here!
I've lived here for almost 2 years now and I can honestly say it's the best apartment complex I've lived in yet. The maintenance guys especially help make this place even better they deserve a raise
It’s very dirty, and always smells like weed. Their never any parking, people just park in the middle of the road all the time even if cars can’t get by
Love living here! The apartments are so updated and the gated community is awesome! The only downside, is the bushes are never trimmed and overgrown over the sidewalk.
I have no complaints. This unit is perfect. I moved in with no issues. The unit looked exactly like the online photos and my favorite place in the screened in patio. It’s amazing!!! I’m so happy.
Trash service is the worst. Overall it is great community but some improvements must be done. For example grills should be repaired. There should be more social gatherings and events.
I love it here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The office smells really good. Its not crowded like some other apartment complexes I've seen.
We have only lived here for a few days but have been pleasantly pleased with our new home. From Chardonay in the front office to all of our neighbors - everyone has been incredibly nice and welcoming. We love being able to stroll around the pond with our fur baby and enjoy the fresh air. Parking can be a bit tricky at night but we make it work. We are happy to call this new place home.
Everything is falling apart. Gate never works, dog poop is everywhere, and valet trash never picks up trash so you have trash always in breezeway. Flies and smelling hallways from trash. Office is always closed.
We pay for valet trash to be picked up Sunday-Thursday but for the past couple months no pick up. If they pick up trash it's only 2 days out of 5. We are still being trash high pick up rates with our rent. I send messages to management and no response so I assume they are not going to refund us any money or not going to fix the problem.
My husband and I have been here for almost a whole week now and we have loved it here! The staff is so nice and helpful, the amenities are amazing, and our dog loves going on walks and going to the dog park. It’s a peaceful community with really nice people.
Move in was smooth! No issues and everyone has been very helpful! I love the property and so many friendly neighbors. My dog is a big fan of the dog park
My move in experience was easy! However, parking here is a big issue. It's doesn't seem to be enough parking spaces for residents near their building.
Very clean place apartments are super nice. Super friendly staff.would recommend living here if your looking for something nice and comfortable.
Apartment is okay the only flaw is that the gate is usually broken & when it does break it doesn’t get fixed for weeks. The other thing is a lot of people smoke all over the complex when it claims to be a smoke free apartment.
Very noise free and clean environment along with friendly and caring staff and good maintenance service. A consistent collection of garbage and less troublesome gate would have been a 5
I love the apartment but with every pro there’s always a con. Moving from a completely different state from a house to an apartment is a big change and a lot to get used to. All in all it’s not terrible. It’s quiet and close to a lot of things
The area is nice, apartment isn’t too bad, large inside, appliances are nice. A few things that need a little bit improvement regarding trash and residence cleaning up after their animals
Move in was seamless, everyone is friendly and helpful and Lilo the maintenance guy is great! My only complaint was not having a key fob to unlock my door, but they put a deadbolt for now until IT resolves the issue.
Valet trash ain’t being picked up on the regular. Too many cars parked in the roadway at night and on weekends. Play ground is like swamp water after it rains.
Great maintenance crew! Go above and beyond. Still have some landscaping issues with dead shrubs. Not all residents are conscientious and cleaning up after pets. But am happy with my apartment home.

I just moved in! It was a fairly quick and seamless move. Everyone has been very friendly and neighborly so far. I love my apt it’s very spacious and my own lil home.
It’s a small community that’s very peaceful, it’s a little on the pricey side. I think the gym and the pool are a great addition in staying at the apartments and the dog parks
I absolutely love living here! The front office staff is wonderful. They are always so kind helpful with every little question that I ask. My apartment is beautiful My favorite part of the apartment was the kitchen! Lots of cabinet space, a huge sink, pantry and beautiful countertops. I also loved the master bathroom in my apartment as it was large, spaced well, had lots of storage and a walk in shower!
