Perched on a tree-filled hill, Queen Anne is one of Seattle's most famous neighborhoods. It is named for the elegant Victorians that once dominated the landscape. Today, only a handful of the Queen Anne homes remain. As one of Seattle's largest neighborhoods, Queen Anne is often referred to in smaller sections, such as North Queen Anne or Lower Queen Anne.
Extending from the north end of Downtown Seattle to Lake Union's Fremont Cut, Queen Anne changes as you travel through the neighborhood -- the end closest to downtown contains the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, the Museum of Pop Culture, and Key Arena. The north end is a little more residential and is home to Seattle Pacific University. Be sure to visit Kerry Park for amazing views of Downtown Seattle and Mount Rainier.

Property Ratings at Belvedere
I lived here for 4 years and really liked it—I moved because I bought a condo. My unit was pretty compact but the large windows really helped and let in lots of light. Building was quiet and the neighborhood is nice. Rent was fair for the area in my opinion. Property manager Courtney was very responsive when I had an issue with my toilet. Wish there were more communal washer/dryers but overall I recommend it here.
I have lived here for the last 3 years and am moving on as I needed a change and a larger apartment. Overall my experience here has been mostly positive. The layout of my studio is great, good sized kitchen for a studio and nice big closets for storage. The property management company did a pretty good job of taking care of repairs in a timely manner. Only real complaints I have is that my apartment gets very hot in the summer (top floor, east facing windows so this is to be expected). Also, the building is not the most secure and we have had issues with break ins including my unit that got burglarized - not happy about that. I would recommend a friend live here, just be careful about keeping windows and sliding doors open when you are away and make sure to always lock your front door...
