We really miss these apartments, unfortunately, we had to move to another state. The area around the apartment is very clean and green. Huge pool and fountains. Very quiet place. Most importantly, Angee! She will always answer all questions and help in any situation. If we return to Boise, we will again choose this apartment!

I love living here. It's been a few years and by far the best apartment complex I've lived. Maintenance concerns are always taken care of so quickly. Lots of upgrades to the property over the last couple of years. There was an awesome new fountain that shut down for an unfortunate amount of time, but I saw them working on it this week so that's promising! The manager is the best. Angee really cares about me and everyone else here. She has offered a listening ear during some hard times and offered genuine comfort. It's unusual in this business and doesn't go unnoticed. ??

I have Lived here for 6 years and really love it! I have now lived here longer in my adult life than any where else with no plans to move in the near future. The office and maintenance staff are top notch. They are so friendly and everything gets done so quick! I have great neighbors and feel very safe here. The location is fantastic with easy access to freeways and downtown. It's been really fun to live here for so long and see some of the changes being made to property over the last year. Everything was painted last fall and several overgrown trees were cut down so everything looks fresh. There is a new, beautiful rock fountain that my balcony over looks. They are in the process of building a covered area near the huge(!) pool for more shade and this summer I was excited to find out there will be all new pool furniture and more picnic tables! My picture is on the wall in the hallway near the office from the summer BBQ's and they make me feel like family. I highly recommend!

This lovely slightly out-dated gem is isn't very pretty, but with the new coat of paint we were promised two months ago, it should be better soon. Lets hope! Enjoy the quiet atmosphere that's only interrupted by the occasional couple screaming at each other at midnight one building over or the teenagers hot boxing in the storage closet on their balcony on Saturday night. Don't be alarmed by the smell of skunk weed late at night, that just means your neighbors are nice and mellow! The ancient stove and equally ancient carpet will provide you with a reoccuring joy due to its scratched up surfaces, ever popping off nobs, and unremovable spots. Let your eyes be dazzled by the fireplace which features golden trimmed doors, large white tiles, and an odd tiled ledge. Rent is reasonable for it's location and so far, it's proved to be a pretty safe place to live. The complex is very close to freeway entrances and the mall! I've only had a package stolen from infront of my doorway once! Check this place out!

I have been living in this apartment complex for a year now and so far I have enjoyed my time here. I live in a two bedroom, two story apartment with a kitchen and two bathrooms. During the summer months thended heat is very uncomfortable because the air conditioning does not reach the upstairs room. Besides that I have had no problems. I almost never have to deal with bugs or wild life because the complex is gated. There is a laundry facility on site which they have recently updated and it is fairly inexpensive. The apartments are close to grocery stores, fast food, restaurant row, the movie theater, colleges, and is right next to the freeway. I am only 20 minutes from the beach. If you are looking for a place to stay that is convient this is the place.
