Unsafe! Unhealthy living conditions!
We have told the office for about a month now about the leak in the bathroom coming from the apartment above us... they claimed to have fixed the problem but not even a week later, it started leaking again. The neighbors above us have told them about their toilet leaking and nothing has been done. This morning at 5am we wake up to puddles of water all throughout the apartment. Majority of our things are ruined to water damage. There was even a leak in the kitchen dripping right next to an electric outlet. That’s so dangerous! They don’t care about you. They just want your money! Do NOT RENT FROM HERE!!

Unsafe living conditions
My apartment started to leak from the ceiling during heavy rain. It took them 2 weeks to fix the leaking but mold had started to grow. It's not been over two months and they repeatedly push me off when I ask when they're going to fix it. My motorcycle was also recently stolen and they've done absolutely nothing to help in the investigation despite having cameras. I've recently found out about other vehicle thefts in the apartments and those tenants also are receiving ZERO help from management.

Worst Apartments
We have been without hot water for a week then it came back on after that a week later the hot water went out again. we called office and they felt it wasnt a emergency. we have 4 kids that need to bathe for school and there saying boiler broke but still charging for water and high rent.
