Staff is phenomenal went to tour and I was treat great snacks and drinks were offered.diana explained everything in great details. Office had a great smell and the pool looked ready to dive in. Gym was really clean and well kept.

The pool here has been a great relief from the summer heat. It is well maintained too!

This is a great location. You could walk, if you had to, to several businesses, restaurants, and stores. Have done it on several cooler days. Nice neighborhood with quiet and helpful neighbors too.

Such a great community easy access to 59 and all shopping stores! Amenities are great too with a sparkling pool and a 24hr fitness. Office staff is very helpful they always make sure the residents have everything they may need

Awesome community great staff, awesome maintenance clean dog park and property, great landscaping. I have renewed my lease for the 5th time this year and couldn't be happier with my upgrades that the community offers.

Great place to live. The apartments are being updated. Some have new washers and dryers which made my friends Alan and Alice very happy.

Bender Hollow is a fantastic community to live, I have raised a family here and now my family will be raising my grand babies here as well. I love that we are close to plenty of food and the airport as well as the mall.

Living here has been a very good experience because , the management team is awesome very helpful with all of our needs . The dog park is awesome, movie rentals are free for the tenants, exercise room and the pool is awesome also .

Awesome staff. Joanna always very helpful and friendly. Doggy park, kid friendly. Pool area and Grilling area always kept clean and tidy. 59 and 1960 easy access. Restaurants and mall 4 minutes away. Maintenance always speedy with repairs. Business Center and 24 hour gym.

Personally speaking, these are some of the best apartments you will find in the city of humble so close to everything, in my opinion you surely get your money's worth. They have 24 hour fitness center, they have a dog park, they have discount cards, reserved parking, gate clicker, movie rentals, grill, pavillion, fire pit, and the pool is open year round! and the apartments are upgraded units with black cabinets, crown molding. its beautiful.

We have lived here for 5 years and we do not plan on leaving anytime soon, it is so easy and simple here. There is nothing you need that you don't get here. My family and I love it. If they have availabilities, i would sign a lease now. Summer is coming and their pool is open year round!!

Swimming pool is clean. They restrict residents from having diapers in the pool which keeps it cleaner. Also they have a nice dog park near the pool. Stay for a couple of days with friends Alice and Alan.

The apartment my friends Alice and Alan live in is nicer than mine. It is bigger and cleaner. The dog park and swimming pool are great too.

My apartment has black appliances, fire place with nice mantel, built in shelves, black cabinets, and they even included a washer and dryer with my apartment. My closet is as big as my bedroom lol. Should you live here? Come find out for yourself, I guarantee you won't want to leave ;)

The staff will always work with you no matter what, the manager is very sweet and helpful, maintenance is fantastic, he always fixes our work orders in a timely manner, but my favorite thing about this place is how clean the pool always is and its open year round! my kids love this place, its an awesome place to raise a family :)

Great location great staff it has a dog park pretty big and a nice pool area and bar b que area with a fire pit apartments are a great size lots of closet space....

Our dog loves it when we take her to the dog park. Alice and I have been training her to do all of the different activities in it.

This apartment complex is close enough to walk to several businesses and stores. There are several restaurants close by too.

I love my apartment on the first floor, i have wood flooring throughout which is a very nice plus, i am facing 59 which i have easy access to get to work. I love my apartment!

I am in a 2 bedroom with a great view of the very clean and sparkling pool as well as the dog park, I love that on my days off i can come down stairs and use the built in grill the property has to offer. There is a fire pit for the colder days if you want to have a fire and even a pavilion outside to just sit and enjoy the weather or look at the stars at nighttime.

I love that from my patio window, i can see the cars driving up and down 59, it is so aesthetically pleasing. I sleep at night feeling safe here at this community. Maintenance does a great job, office is very polite and the property is clean and well lit at night time. Good choice to live.

We have not had any issues since we signed our lease back in last June, we do plan on renewing our lease here next June, management is very polite and helpful, easy access to 59, and the amenities consist of a dog park, 24 hour fitness center, grill, fire pit and a pavilion. Very nice. The office even lets the residents rent free movies. We love it here to say the least.

Fantastic location, with easy access to 59. I have never had any problems with management, they have always been very responsive to my issues. It is a safe neighborhood and reasonably priced for the area, I also really like the activities that the management team put on for the residents.

My puppy loves the dog park! Plus there are other dogs for her to play with and I enjoy talking to the other dog owners. Friendly neighbors. Clean, older apartment complex that they are updating and maintaining.

Love to call this place home, management takes really good care of all of their residents. I am very happy here.

Bender hollow seems to be such a quiet and quaint community, it seems to be very safe due to the police station being so close. I do love all of their upgrades here in the community. Overall seems to be an awesome community, I will be leasing here

I was going to be leaving the complex due to some personal reasons, but as of now, i have renewed my lease for another year, love the management, the upgrades in my apartment, the property, as well as the amenities. It is hard to leave a place so close to everything as well. Everything here is so convenient, and i love the new all bills paid option!

We have lived here now for 8 years, and we just renewed our lease, excited to be able to use the new flat fee (which is water, pest control, valet trash, gas, and electricity) all included with our rent every month which is AWESOME. I love how convenient it is.
