Directly across the Potomac River from Washington, D.C., Arlington is less a suburb than an extension of the nation’s capital. It’s the home of the Pentagon, Arlington National Cemetery, and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, with a number of waterfront parks offering beautiful views across the river to the National Mall.
The community provides a wide range of living options, from apartments, townhomes, and duplexes to condos and houses. A major reason for Arlington’s popularity is that there is so much to do. Washington may be packed with monuments, museums, and other sightseeing landmarks, but Arlington holds the advantage when it comes to the more day-to-day shopping, dining, entertainment, and nightlife.
You’ll have several options for getting around town or into D.C., whether you choose to drive, take the Metro, or ride your bike — Arlington has earned a silver rating from the League of American Bicyclists.

Property Ratings at Bennett Park
The property staff are friendly and the surroundings are safe. This property is calm, everybody is friendly and you can feel like home. A great place to live.
I have been really enjoying my time at Bennett Park. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and kind. It is a very clean environment and the other residents are very engaging.
Great location, close to Metro, shopping and restaurants, The management and the maintenance group are really responsive and go above and beyond. The cleaning personnel keeps the common areas sparkling clean and nicely scented;)
Perfect location. Safe neighborhood. Close to everything, great eatery, international choices of food, grocery stores, public schools in walking distance. Georgetown is just 15 min walk.
Enjoy the amenities. Quite place with friendly enough neighbors. Very responsive and helpful maintenance workers who are willing to go above and beyond to help individuals
Bennett Park is the perfect balance of a nicer, newer building with a few great amenities. Most other buildings I looked at in the area were either extremely old or over-the-top with the fanciest (and costliest) amenities. Bennett Park is exactly what I need, in the perfect location!
Deceptive management empty promises they barely fix the units during bad condition and they don't take care of the building at all very very dirty building when you complain to the management they can care less they don't care about your requests do not live here. Don't let my experience become your worst nightmare.

*IN SHORT: Not worth living here given that our unit sucks - FALSE ADVERTISING, don’t trust the pics on their website!! - half the amenities are garbage/don’t work, and management is incompetent, unethical, and disingenuous. — Pros: Happy with thick floors/walls. I have found this complex to feel safe, aside from thefts of bikes from the parking garage. Cons: 1. Floorplans are NOT an exact rendering of the floorpan you’ll get. mine showed a SIDE WINDOW in the bedroom which led us to believe we’d have a corner unit. There was no side window once we got here and we are not a corner unit. There was no text or indication on the floorplan we applied for specifying that the window may or may not be there, so was deceptive 2. You’ll see pics on this website of 2 different unit styles - I guessed we might get the lesser of the two finish versions pictured online; however, our apartment unit’s finishes were even WORSE than the lesser of the two versions pictured on their website. Genuinely thought that a professional managed LUXURY apt complex I wouldn’t need to ask for pics of my own unit. My kitchen counter tops are laminate, appliances are black, old light fixtures with very dim bulbs, grout was falling apart on our kitchen floor, living room laminate flooring was bubbling and uneven, carpet in the bedroom was not fresh and smelled of mildew, walls are a smoker’s yellow. When I walked into my unit on move-in day I was absolutely disgusted. I hate my apartment. 3. Temperature regulation in building is poor. Gym always too hot, hallways on the upper levels often get very humid and stagnant — I feel like I’m walking into a swamp. Not to mention this humidity problem leads to mold problems in your unit unless you’re running the air all the time. 4. Although there are rooftop balconies w/ great views, it’s an absolute GAMBLE if they’ll be open. There have been countless times we’ve tried to use them and they’ve randomly been locked without any notice. Even if it’s right in the middle of the day. Even if I’ve called the concierge and asked to make sure they’re unlocked. Fire pit in outdoor courtyard did not work. Fireplaces in upstairs lounge did not work and we put in a ticket notifying maintenance — maintenance marked as complete, but never turned on. rooftop balconies were covered in weeds with dead plants in the flower pots for months. this neglect and absence of attentions to detail is very evident all throughout the complex.

I've stayed in multiple apartment complexes in DC and Arlington and this one is a continuous disappointment with very few amenities and multiple inconveniences for the guest. - Rooms - my apartment faces a building next door, so I have very little privacy. No light coming in either. The apartment I am in is therefore very dark and dingy, literally not enough light for even some of the plants I have to survive! - Kitchen - older appliances, I can barely cook anything without the fire alarm going off too because the apartment is too small. - Note that this is a two building complex. I was placed in the older building, which means in order for me to get my mail or get anything done in the building, I have to walk through a garbage and parking area that is full of unpleasant trash and smells everywhere. - Elevators - it seems like one out of the two in my building are always broken for some reason. - Mail and entry integration - Some guests get emails when they receive packages, I don't and the building does not want to fix this for me. For guests entering - my name/room is not connected to the callbox so I have to go down and get them every single time. - Floors - apartments are mostly low quality carpet that get worn out very easily and are not easy to clean or maintain, not to mention aesthetically unpleasing. - Washer/drier - Washer provided often leaves clothes completely wet even after spin cycles, drier makes an extremely loud noise for the duration of the entire drying cycle. I have to air dry my clothes because I literally can't do anything else due to the noise in the apartment. - Amenities - Even most mediocre or budget apartment complexes provide free coffee or tea to guests even during the pandemic. For the majority of my time this was not available and the excuse given was related to covid... They recently brought this back a few weeks ago - but, get this - they only let you use the machine from 7-10 am on weekdays AND you have to bring your own cup! Really, because people don't drink coffee or tea on weekends or after the morning? This stinginess really got to me. - Office - Good luck trying to use those computers or printing anything. Most of the time the computers are frozen and the printer doesn't work. Overall I've had quite a miserable experience at this property and would not stay here again.

Thank you for your review! We are very happy to hear that have enjoyed your experience with us so far! Bennett Park Team
I have lived here for 2 years. The premises are well maintained, cleaned daily (including weekends) and secure. Management is responsive and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The location is great and the extra activities the management arranges in the Atrium (fitness classes, wine and food tasting with art shows, resident parties) create a sense of community. The staff are professional and friendly. I never regretted chooses Bennett Park.

I absolutely love living at Bennett Park. The grounds are beautiful, the building is modern with very aesthetic interiors, a stunning rooftop view, and a gym that is sunny and actually makes you want to work out in it. My apartment has dark wood cupboards, black appliances, and granite counter-tops and, even though I probably rent the tiniest space in the whole complex, I still have my own spacious patio overlooking the courtyard. I also have my own space in the parking garage. Super close to the Metro, 38B bus stops that take you right downtown or through Arlington, and near the running/biking trail networks. 25-minute walk to Georgetown, but there's plenty of amenities including a grocery store, Target, CVS, and lots of bars and restaurants. I adore living here. I literally couldn't ask for more.
