The office changed a lot but I love the new staff that we have now
When I first moved in on 2017 the managers were great very helpful and caring. After that it seemed like there was a different office person every time I went in. It took too long to get maintenance problems worked in and if they did they only temporarily fixed never a permanent fix. There were multiple nights where we heard gunshots and once it was right out side my window. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone!

First we thank the new management for everything they try to be done, we have living in this apartments for almost 3 years, the only thing bother us and we complaind several time about is the loud music and this issue haven't been fixed yet, loud music every car coming or going out of the complex and while they doing their laundry they have there loud music, no consideration there is people sick, baby sleep, people working night shift.....etc. lately we see they getting more people do that and we can't talk to everyone so we will not be the bad guys, even i have videos at 1:00 am ,2:00 am an in the day time too, I don't know what's the problem if the people when they get into the cpmplex to stop their music out of respect, the law and rules what makes it better, and I think the management need to interfere and do something about this issue
I'll start with the few pros: new appliances, granite countertops, on site laundromat, close to shopping/food. Claimed Pros, but not reality: non-smoking (people smoke), gated (gate hasn't worked in 2 years), 2 pools (cleaned once a year for seasonal potential new residents to see but it'S rarely ever swimmable for summer), Pet friendly (keep in mind that the pet deposit is a FEE and is not refunded when you move out), Remote controlled fan/light (Every apt has the same one so everyone's remotes control each other's. Fun game of who gives up first pressing the button on and off and just turns the switch off. Hint buy a lamp and fan) Main Cons: Management and staff is constantly changing, but none of them have ever been in good communication with the residents. I didn't even know that we had new management for months after each change. I only knew I wasn't able to access any bill as the online bill payment system is constantly changing with no warning. I've had to guess for a few months as to what I owed until I could get ahold of someone. Office hours are constantly changing which seems like it wouldn't be a problem until you realize they accepted a package for you (you will not be notified by the office that this happened. You try to contact the sender and THEY will tell you that the apt signed for the package.) The office hours will not be posted anywhere accurately and are subject to change based on the day. For the most part though it's weekdays 9-5, so if you work standard hours good luck. Other examples of no communication: water will have been shut off, pool will be locked for weeks during middle of summer, main gate of complex was turned off and has never been given an explanation, if anything dangerous has happen in the complex such as a break in. I don't think the office even communicates with itself as I once had maintenance in my apt and leave it a mess with a ripped up a/c. I called the office about it and they had no record of it. Said they had 3 different maintenance staffs within a week and they had no idea who was in my apt. They finally sent someone else nearly a week later. That person had no idea what had been done and had to order missing parts. It was a mess, as with any maintenance request. Best to just never need the office, but as stated before it's hard to when they hold your mail hostage. Thankfully new appliances means you'll hopefully not need maintenance often.
I must say i walked into this community and received the best customer service. I have relocated from a small city to this large one and christie gave me all the information that i needed, including local restaurants,schools,etc.. The Apartments are soo cute and clean. I definitely feel at home. If you are looking to move to this area i Highly recommend you come to Bennett Ridge. Great apartments and Great customer service. Thank You Bennett Ridge and i cannot wait to move in!!!!
I stumbled onto Bennett Ridge while going to Target on NW Exp. I drove into the community and took a tour with the leasing staff and loved it! My cousin, Chelsea, needed an apartment and they talked to me about the details for her to move in and I took her an application. She is moving in February 1st, and the process was super easy! Thanks for your help!
I am a current resident. When I first moved in the management was great! But now since they've changed, they forget statements, don't notify tenants of late fees in a plausible way, and have no way to pay rent online. They were very rude to my husband when he told them how we were told we over payed one month and now owe almost $200 due to one month of being a day late for rent. I can't wait to move out of here.
Tay at Bennett Ridge made my first apartment experience amazing and stress free! She had me approved and moved in in just 2 days! The apartments are remodeled and really nice! If you’re honking about moving to Bennett Ridge you’ll love it!
I love the apartment I'm living in because it's under new management and any time you have a problem maintenance crew is there to take care of it. very friendly staff and the manager is an awesome professional lady. I love the apartment I'm living in because it's under new management and any time you have a problem maintance crew is there to take care of it. They have a gym a walking trail, play ground for the kids, internet access, pool, club house, the grounds or keep up well. Centrally located so that you have access to malls, hospital, and all types of fast food and restaurants. Foremost important than anything I'm elderly and the on site security is superb.

a couple of weeks I went with my best friend to their Open house and i fall in love with the property, everyone in the office is so friendly that invites you to move in almost immediatelly.

I enjoyed my studio apartment. It was the perfect size for me and the rent was a fair price. Management was always friendly and helpful. They even had breakfast in the office on some Saturdays. I only had a couple of maintenance orders and they were taken care of very quickly. Pet friendly & 2 pools!
I don't really write reviews and from the looks of it, people mostly only review when they are mad or butthurt. I did however want to give credit where credit is due. This apartment community and management team are great. If i had to pick something to recommend as an improvement it would be, I wish they had a fitness center. It would be nice and convenient but 10 Gym is a minute away.
I have a one bedroom and i love it! Its close to everything I love! Target, starbucks, YMCA (gym) panera and taco bueno! The staff is amazing!

Very well appointed. Very nice and helpful management team. Made it a very easy decision for us in Dec 2016. Rating changed due to poor maintenance response on 3mo outstanding Work Order: HOWEVER, it is now 3mo after moving to a larger apt which was supposed to be fully ready to move in the last week of Sep. We STILL have a double pane in our living room window BROKEN (outside glass). We have been repeatedly told it would be fixed. The past 2 weeks, we have had our holiday plans changed 3 x due to being told it was going to be fixed. Today, other "emergencies" came up, a day wasted again and no one giving us any details or call backs! My advice: don't accept possession of an apt here unless it is fully ready!
My move in day was originally 9/7 @2pm they changed it last minute without notice tri the following friday 9/8 @3pm. One of the ladies in the office told me my apt was ready and she already looked at it, it was nice etc. then she handed me the key, the key didn't work. I ended up waiting 2hours for a "key" to move in. But turns out the apt was never ready she calls me in her office and said I was waiting on a stove I never knew I was waiting on "stove" & apologized. so they gave me the wrong key on purpose to stall time. Then I finally got to look at the apt it's spiders on the wall, the tub is filthy, and toilet set is chip and dirty!! I went to the office again spoke with the SAME lady and she comes to the apt looks at the bathroom & said it was clean! They're disgusting! They never coated the tub after the old ppl moved out or changed toliet seats etc. so then they changed the toilet seat with one that doesn't fit! And coated the tub (what they're supposed to do). I had to go in the office twice about my rent because they keep putting the wrong amount for what I signed my lease for! 2nd month in a row. Terrible. And they didn't change my mailbox key either waited 4 days and it only takes less than 5mintues. (Postal worker)

Our rent amounts are based rent. You are responsible for water, trash and sewage. This is billed 2 months behind. If you are a new resident please be advised you will have a full 30 day charge for water, trash and sewage by your 3rd month. Thank you Bennett Ridge Staff
The apartment complex is very nice and modern looking after their renovations were completed this summer. The units have been renovated with modern appliances and look amazing. The office staff are very friendly and courteous. The price is right for what you are getting. Love the neighborhood and how close i am for shopping and entertainment.
I have lived here for a year. The property is worse off than when I moved in. From DAY 1 - construction crews were shutting my water off randomly without notice for extended periods of time, and guess what, a year later it is still happening as of today (6/8/2017). Every promise made about the property when I moved in hasn't been completed (working front gate, pool by my building etc). After having a NASTY interaction with a property manager who said it was "not my job to speak with residents" (check their Facebook page for that gem) I had to write to the AG of Oklahoma to file a formal complaint. I have had 2 instances where the maintenance crew leave trash (a hot water heater / all kinds of trash they pulled out of the unit across for me) for DAYS - I had to call 5 times in a row over 7 days to get them to clean up the trash. Don't be fooled by the renovations, the management of this place is a dumpster fire.

I am so sorry you are having such a hard time! We are happy to discuss any concerns you may have, We are in the last phase of apartments being renovated. We are opening the gate this week. Please make sure you have stopped by the office for your Pike pass to access the gate. The pool as been a work in progress. As you can see it is full and ready to go, but we are waiting on the city to come inspect it to allow us to open it. I am the new manager since April 13th of this year. I would love for you to stop in and we can address any issues you are still having. I would like to change your view of Bennett Ridge as we strive to make this a place you are able to call home!

The new company said they were going to remodel and they said the current tenants could choose not to remodel and keep the same rent. A couple of months go by and someone said said that that is not an option and they’re going to increase rent by $200. Once, I called in to find out what I owed because I couldn’t find the bill. The person working there did not have access to my bill and said that the only person who did left early but she should be in tomorrow. Well, my rent was going to be late by then so I had to pay way over the amount just to make sure I covered it which I couldn't afford. Also, for current tenants, even though they did tell us that they weren’t going to increase the rent until they remodeled, they did add on additional $35 for garbage disposal. They then set up online payments but, after the first time I paid online, a couple of days went by and then I received a notice on my door saying that if I didn’t pay that day, I was going to have legal action taken against me. I called four times throughout the day and left messages and no one called me back. I then called back to back during my 20 minute drive there just in the hopes that I would get someone before they close. I get there to find them all sitting around.They told me that they’re going to take legal action on me but they don’t want to talk to me about it so they’ll just ignore me instead when i paid my bill on time! Next my hot water faucet handle broke in my bathroom. I then went called in every two business day for 8 business days until it was finally fixed. Either the order wasn't put in, or it was put in wrong, or the maintenance guy said he fixed it when he didn't. This was so frustrating because if I had left it alone, then it would have never been done. You definitely can’t trust this company to do what they say that they’re going to do. So, I had never received a notice to vacate so that they could remodel and I told them this but they said that I needed to leave by June 30th. I ended up being too busy to turn the keys in the day I moved. Since I never lived in an apartment I thought they changed the locks in between tenants anyway, and I was still going to return them but no one told me they had to be returned by June 30th. However, I found out that they were charging me every day that I didn’t return the keys. I thought I wouldn’t get charged for this but she said since It was on the notice, I am going to be charged, whether I was told about it or not.

I am so sorry you have had such a hard time! We are happy to discuss any concerns you may have, but I did want to let you know that none of our rents went up $200 from the rents that were in place when we took over! We pride ourselves in being affordable, and yet completely upgraded! Any notice to vacates that were sent out came with the option to upgrade, if you come in and get something in writing with the office! Any notices that we send out we both via certified mail, and on door fronts, to try to ensure that no one's notice gets lost- but we also call each resident at the number on file to let them know! I have lived in this complex for almost 5 years. This new ownership company is completely remodeling ALL of the apartments, new windows, doors, everything. New wood floors thru out, even new appliances. And the buildings are getting an overdue paint job After I signed my new lease and was ready to move, the management team here went above and beyond. They flexed with me due to my work schedule and even granted me extra time to move because of a family emergency that I had at the same time. They did not have to do that, but they did and I cannot express my appreciation enough. This is a great complex. No crime, you never see the police here. It is safe and everybody looks out for everyone. You have got to check the place out. You will love it
