Property Ratings at Bennett Village Apartments
Bad service no phone response no help or information provided to people that DONT live there already DO NOT RECOMMEND
Lori and Benny were EXTREMELY Helpful, Supportive and Patient with me. Relocating out of state is NEVER easy BUT , Lori and Benny made it so EASY and STRESS FREE. They both are EXTREMELY Prompt, Courteous and Professional. If they can find a way to work with you, they absolutely will. I'm looking forward to my moving in Thank You is NOT enough
The property manager will only show the apartment Monday - Friday from 9-4. My girlfriend and I both work 9-5 jobs so we made special arrangements at work so we could come view the apartment. We waited 15 minutes from our scheduled appointment time with no response. We tried calling the property managers cell phone and the office phone again with no response. It's extremely unprofessional that they will only meet during business hours and when you make arrangements to do so, they don't even keep there appointment. If they don't even value your time enough to keep a scheduled appointment I can't imagine they would be very attentive to a maintenance request. I would stay far away from these landlords.
Property Manager at Bennett Village Apartments, Responded To This Review
Dear Sir or Madam. I am sorry if you had an issue viewing the apartment. Our normal showing times are between 8am to 4pm; however, we regularly make accommodations to show apartments at more convenient times. The building in question also has a live in building superintendent to facilitate additional showings after hours or on weekends. If you would like to contact our office again at 716-833-1264 x102 we would be pleased to reschedule an appointment. If not, we fully understand and wish you well.
