My experience in Bennington crossings was a very welcoming experience, my husband and I were looking for a two bedroom apartment and we encountered Bennington crossing once we walked in the front desk lady Dinora greeted and handle us quick and was very open minded about our situation gave us a tour, was really patience about answering all of our questions (my husband is very indecisive) In the office we also met the assistant and manager of Bennington crossings who also helped us make our move in smooth and quick as possible!!
This team at office are professional and very helpful. Always providing great support and answers to our questions. Love this community, 100% recommend. Dinora the leasing agent great service always has big smiles, Jamil is very helpful and knowledgeable and Mr. Hugo is a kind person with integrity that takes care of the property.
My experience overall is good with the property team. The service, amenities and good location of the property are the key factors that I wanted to stay at this property. Thank you Mr. Jamil for helping me always.

I have lived here for 4 years and while staffed has changed they have been nice. In my most recent visit to the office Dinora helped me with a maintenance ticket. She took te time to enter the ticket but also offered to show me the resident app to save me a trip to the office. She is great and helpful i learned something new

The property is nice and has good location. I like this area the parking is free and neighborhood is safe and clean. Mr. Ali from the service team is really responsive . I highly recommend this place.

I’ve lived here for a while, and it’s mostly been a positive experience. The building itself is in great shape, and I appreciate that it’s cleaned daily, keeping the shared spaces looking nice. However, the maintenance team has not been as responsive or attentive as they used to be. Recently, it feels like they sometimes dismiss maintenance requests or assume tenants don’t understand the issues they’re reporting, which can be frustrating. I still recommend this place for its location and cleanliness but hope the maintenance team steps up to meet the previous standards.

I am very happy with my experience here! The amenities are fantastic and really enhance the overall stay. It’s been a comfortable and enjoyable place to be.
I strongly advise against renting an apartment here. The entire place is overrun with mice, and the management has done little to address the issue. From day one, I noticed signs of an infestation—droppings in the kitchen, strange noises in the walls at night, and even seeing mice running across the floor. Despite repeated complaints, the situation hasn’t improved. The management's response has been slow and ineffective. They’ve sent exterminators a few times, but the problem persists. It’s clear that this is a long-standing issue that has not been properly dealt with. I’ve had to buy traps and seal up holes myself just to manage the problem, but it’s been a constant battle. Living here has been stressful and unsanitary, and I regret moving in. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you value a clean, healthy living environment, avoid this place at all costs. You’ll end up spending more time and energy dealing with pests than enjoying your home. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere—this apartment is not worth the trouble.

Great community and location. Maintenance system in the community portal is terrible. Work orders are marked completed when the work hasn't been done and there is no way to dispute it on the website. The maintenance staff is very good, the portal is just poorly designed.

Hi this is Jamshid Danyar a new resident of Bennington crossing apartment. I am very happy here , and I want to share my experience with you. In my experience all of the workers are very nice and friendly. They helped us to get a new apartment in here . I need to share some issues with apartment. Some stuff is not working properly and some stuff is broken but the good news is the workers are telling me to write it down. They put it in a box and then they might switch it. I am really happy to here so far.

The office service is great, the amentities are great! We do have pests but Pest Control comes and does their job. The area is pretty and there are a lot of friendly dog walkers.

Great community. Love the trees and flowers. It a great area, basically the hub of east Virginia. Plenty of activities to do. Great gym and pool.

Those buildings are too old and need to remodel. I think the property manager needs to be aware about their residence’s health and safety because I tried to move today but I couldn’t. The apartment’s carpet is too old and dirty there have sooooo many spots, which not make me comfortable to live there but I have no choice because I have signed on the agreement papers. I’m still hoping that they will take care of their residence.

We've been here for many years. The location is great and close to many tourists locations. The property has come a very long way and has had some nice upgrades.

The is a nice community and very beautiful place. The area is calm. The buildings are near to road and Free dash buses moves around. Near to some big markets like Global foods, Marshal, Ross and dollar tree etc. But before move in check the apartment for everything you feel is important for you like the paint, carpet etc.
