Property Ratings at Bent Tree Apartments
I retired January 2017. I moved into Bent Tree Apartments and happily lived there until I moved to another apartment in Bent Tree. Now, I happily live on the ground floor. I live on the same floor as my daughter and two grandsons. My dog Walter and I are very happy. The area is nicely isolated with quick access to all your shopping needs. The people who live here are an ekeltic group with a mixture of families, young couples, singles and old farts such as my self. The staff is top notch. They respond to your requests quickly. Several months ago there was a wave of vehicle vandalism. The staff responded quickly adding security and improved outdoor lighting. The vehicle vandalism all but ceased. That's one thing I like about the people here, they look out for each other. The apartment I recently moved into was completely overhauled. All new carpet with a new color, freshly painted walls with a new lighter color. All in all, I am very happy with Bent Tree Apartments. George Yerkes
The apartments are spacious and newly remodeled. Lots of amenities and green space and pet friendly. Staff is very nice and responsive to any questions. And work orders are done in a timely manner.
Please do not live in bent tree apartments, I am doing you a favor. This apartments is the worst apartments you could ever live in, the community is very bad and there is often police visits in this neighborhood. And the apartments itself is very old and poorly built with dried ceiling pain chips everywhere on the carpet and very weak walls and doors. The door for our shoe closet broke and fell off and I'm not even lying it just fell off the nut. The management office are very very rude, when u address a problem they usually send someone over to fix it ten to 15 days after the problem has been reported or they forget about it and we have to remind them again and again. The property manager who's name I would not like to mention is very very rude, because when I went to the main office to report a problem about a dog biting other people the property manager simply looked at me, turned back, locked the door and returned back to work. In conclusion I can safely say that you would be way way better off living in another apartments, please do not choose bent tree apartments. -Thank you
The management is very poor and will not respect the resident. The will always be rude to you.
If we were not buying a home we would still be there. Can not get an apartment for this cost w/these amenities on this part of town for a better price. May be weird but I loved the laundry room in our apartment! So much storage in there. Not to mention the washer & dryer, I wish I still had those. My husband works construction & those machines got his work clothes very clean! Also, the dryer even got heavy winter items dry without having to redo it.
Everything about this community is perfect! the friendly office staff who are always so helpful, great neighbors, lots of green space and tons of amenities! The apartments are spacious and have a nice cozy feeling. I’ve been living here for over 5 years and can honestly say the new management have been the best I’ve seen! Keep up the great work bent tree staff, you are greatly appreciated!
Management here is terrible. All the people working in the office have no idea what is going on with any of the apartments. They are constantly changing what they say, and are usually telling people wrong information. Gym construction was suppose to be done months ago and still is not open and yet we are still paying for it. Also, paying for our apartments to be sprayed for bugs every month, yet only happened once since I lived there for a year. Terrible management. Do not recommend living here.
Property Manager at Bent Tree Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you for taking the time to review Bent Tree. However, this information is misleading at bare minimum. The fitness center and clubhouse area are undergoing major renovation/updates and unfortunately that does take time. However no tenant here at Bent Tree is charged for any of the amenities that we provide including fitness center, swimming pool, volleyball court, tennis court, basketball court and bark park just to name a few. With regard to the pest control, the community is put on a regular rotation throughout the year but there was never a monthly schedule. We would not recommend spraying needlessly in someones unit every month for no reason. With regards to our lovely management team, our occupancy and tenant retention rate would reflect that the ladies in the office work very hard to provide a safe happy and healthy community for our tenants to live in.
This is a fair warning to those planning to rent from Benttree. I lived at Benttree for over a year and found that the property was under poor management. The buildings are 30 years old and the pipes freeze during the winter. I frequently had animals living inside my walls. I had to put in several requests anytime something needed repair. In fact, the outlets on one side of my apartment stopped working more than once and it was such a hassle to request a repair, I gave up. When I signed my lease the leasing agent waived my security deposit. The security deposit is meant to cover any cost the landlord accrues in repairing damage to the apartment beyond normal wear and tear once a tenant vacates. I decided to move out once my lease expired and notified the complex. When I provided notice, the leasing agent took note of my waived security deposit, and gave me a list of potential things I may be charged for upon move out. The list basically included charges for not cleaning, and replacing items like damaged blinds. When I moved out, Benttree sent me a bill asking for roughly $75 to cover the cost of replacing/repairing items. Benttree cited the lack of a security deposit as the justification for the charges; however, the repairs and items I was asked to cover likely fell into category of normal wear and tear. I chose to pay the amount requested because I did not want to go through the hassle of challenging an action to collect a $75 debt in court. However, I personally thought this was very shady and would not recommend living there.

Thank you for taking the time to review Bent Tree. While we recently took over the management of Bent Tree we did acquire tenants who were not charged a security deposit with prior management. With that being said, tenants who do not have a security deposit to deduct from may have to cover the cost of damage in excess of normal wear and tear. There will be times when a tenant moves out that they are required to cover the cost of items that have been broken, damaged, etc. during the length of tenancy. Normal wear and tear would not cover items like removing the utilities from your name prior to the expiration of your lease or breaking multiple vertical blinds, etc. I hope this information helps during your next tenancy so you can avoid any further confusion. Thank you!
We’ve been living at Bent Tree for nearly a year now and have zero complaints. The staff are very accommodating and courteous and the maintenance crew are very knowledgeable. So comforting to live in such a nicely kept complex with such polite neighbors.

1st let me say how much I LOVE!! living here at Bent Tree. My experience from the time I applied to the move in process has been so smooth. Rebecca in the office is so patient, and friendly to work with, and whenever I call THEY ALWAYS ANSWER!!I i have met Asheigh the manager a couple times when I come to the office needing something she always made me a priority and made me feel welcome. Yes, the community is older and maintenance issues to occurred occasionally, but maintenance always comes same day or next. I have NEVER had any safety issues or felt unsafe here, and the LOCATION! is the best with a short drive to freeway access, restaurants and shopping! I have never lived in a community with so many amenities INCLUDED in my rent like Cable and Internet, there's a gym and pool, sports complex and Dog park for my current friend!

Thank you for taking the time to review Bent Tree! We love all of our tenants and hope everyone shares in your delightful experience!
Benttree apartments is one of the best apartments with reasonable price and good location in sawmill road dublin. its school district is Indian run elementary and rated one of the best schools in that school district. school bus comes to apartment entrance and makes it very easy for kids schooling. I stayed there for last two years and because of relocation had to move out. If given a chance I will not hestitate to come again! Donna is so good in responding all requests from residents and in general apartment staffs are very good. The location and only one entry/exit makes it very safe place to raise kids/family. All major shops and companies are near by too. No issues to talk about, overall Iam very happy to have stayed there for two years.
