The outer northeast portion of Dayton sits approximately 8 miles from downtown and encompasses Huber Heights and part of Vandalia. The large area features a variety of ranch-style homes, apartments and condos that house a mixture of families, couples, singles and senior citizens. Good school systems, lush parks, numerous restaurants and a variety of stores make the outer northeast portion of Dayton a great place to live. Property Ratings at Bent Tree Apartments
I did drive through and I liked what I saw. It was very clean looking and I did stop someone I saw walking out and I asked them if they lived here and if so do they like it here. He said yes and that he just renewed his lease. I'm thinking of moving closer to family and I'll be calling the office to let them know I'll be this upcoming weekend.
I have lived here for 3 years. Not sure what the fuss is about. Management is not onsite. There are girls that are at the office during posted hours and I have never had an issue getting ahold of one of them. My apartment is really nice and I like the fact I can park in my garage and not deal with snow and ice. I've never had an issue with parking. Bill the maintenance man is always willing to help me out with anything that has broken in my apartment. I have stainless steel appliances and lots of storage. Its a nice little community to go walking in. I people just look for anything to complain about these days. I love it here.
We have had so many different office managers, the maintenance is never available to fix anything and they make you call three different number to leave a voicemail, one of the numbers is for a different apartment complex. The carpet is dirty from a pervious owner with dogs and that wont replace it after cleaning it and seeing it does not help. You get a 50 dollar late fee after being one day late. This place is not worth the money and there is never any parking.
I've lived here for 4 years. The management is constantly changing and none of them are ever helpful or pleasant. Maintenance is a joke! Good luck getting anything properly fixed. Parking is the worst. The water here is awful. Not worth the price. Super thin walls. I completely agree with all of the other reviewers on here. Don't do it.
Just don't do it!! I have been through 6 mgrs. since here. They start out nice until something breaks or needs attention, then you must wait...then she gets rude when you confront her on the matter. I loved Tonya our first Manager! Since then it has went down hill. You cannot speak to anyone over the current Mgr. she won't give you a phone number? So you are stuck! Her side only I guess that matters, too bad. Still waiting on things to be fixed, but I bet her boss doesn't know everything that is going on!
Lived at location for a year an a half. They went trough 3 different leasing managers within the time frame. Infestation of mice and bed bugs. maintenance is terrible. There is litter though out the facilities and the tennis and basketball court are hazardous to play at and trashed. Appliance are completely outdated. Not worth $800
Apartment manager has bad customer service skills and does not upkeep property most electrical outlets didn't work through the entire stay mold is in the pool and carpet smelled like animal uti even upon arrival apartment was dirty upon arrival and completx charged fees and took entire deposit even though I left on good standing
