Bent Tree Communities

This community is not worth it. If you do not have your own laundry don't come. They only have 2 washers and dryers in the laundry room. You can't access the mail room after 5pm. Maintenance don't k own what they are doing. They don't clean air vents. There are wires and metal that will trip you while walking the community. People don't pick up their dog poop. And the excuses they give are ridiculous.

When I moved in great but after 6 months they decided to install the prison lights that shines through blackout curtains. For over 2 weeks we had no hot water and only after so many calls they decided to open up vacant units to shower during business hours only, SMH. I called back in June about my patio windows leaking when it rains, well guess what they still leak and have yet to be fixed after asking multiple times. Water in bathroom sink smells like raw sewage and most of the time no hot water on top of having to let it run for 20 minutes or longer just to get warm. The allocated water bill is a joke when you must run water that long to get warm. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with apartments. Try for yourself but dint say I didn’t warn you.

Not as nice as it seems, apartments does not look like these pictures! They do not fix things and do not care about your safety. There is no parking no gym no nothing much nicer apts in this area for cheaper

Do not. I repeat do NOT move here. The crime rate is so high. My motorcycle was stolen. My car has been broken into twice. And a little old 80 year old lady in a wheel chair was murdered in broad daylight last night right outside my apartment door. In a matter of one year! I can only imagine what the other residents have experienced. The staff doesn’t care about tenant safety at all. I see drug addicts wandering the parking lots like zombies during the day when everyone is away at work. Move here at your own risk.

when i moved in 3 years ago i was not sure how things would go. after 3 years and signing a 4th lease i can say this is a great place with amazing staff. i was worried about security with no gates but i myself have not had any issues at all. anytime i needed a service call the staff and workers have always been prompt,got the job taken care of and never had a single issue with the maintenance team. the new management team has made some beautiful upgrades in the last 6months (new roofing,new windows,and new landscaping). if a person in the office cannot answer my question,they have the manager contact me and she does in a timely manor. i am looking forward to being here until i can purchase my house. i am only a few blocks from everything. moving here was the best decision i could have made.

I live at the Fountains Apts. I blessed up on this community in a mad rush relocating. 100% blessing!! The staff is all EXTREMELY friendly and really enjoyable personalities. I've found them to be very responsive to any maintenance issue and reasonable in repair times. The rent is fair and the location solid. Its a VERY kid & dog friendly complex with a tight knit neighborhood community. The complex was purchased under new management just a couple months ago and since then have by making repairs EVERYWHERE (replaced all windows, pools, roof etc.) like they're possessed with greatness in details (definitely a virtue!!). I cannot speak on the other complexes surrounding this one however I can 100% say Fountains is FANTASTIC and the employees are now people I call friends (and hotties ;-)

Listen I have lived here 3 years and before August I was thinking about moving. Then September rolls around and they are making this placentury amazing. They seem to be moving along quickly. The girls in the office are so sweet! I recommend this place to everyone.

Constant construction, nails in the parking lot. Grass is infested with fleas and they don't treat it. My dog gets them even with medication. Lots of random people walk thru from bus stops... And then they always want to raise rent.

Contestant construction. An endless number of broken cars litter the parking lot. An insane amount of foot traffic from people traveling from one bus stop to another. Car getting broken into on a regular basis. One of the dirtiest pools I have ever seen. Gross! Stay away!

So happy I found this place! I moved in a month ago and I love it. They just finished installing my new windows. Also just finished the new roofing on my building. I can't wait for the dog park to be opened from my little baby girl. The office staff is friendly and professional. I can't recommend enough.

This is a wonderfol place for live, because I have the addison town near en we can walk to do exercise. the common areas are clean. the staff always help as in the damage of the aparmet. I feeling happy and relaxing live here.

I have lived at Bent Tree Brook for 2 years. It's an older complex but offers upgraded appliances and large floor plans. The office staff is friendly and work orders done promptly.

The individual apartments are nice. Dark espresso colored wood throughout, black/steel appliances & spacious floorplans. The problems are I have experienced staff that are unavailable when needed and difficult to get answers after move-in. They are wonderful until you have a problem... The manager is always unavailable or out and the tone changes from one of concern to being short and unconcerned.
