The first thing you'll appreciate about Grove City is its excellent location -- it's on the southwest side of Columbus, bordering I-270 and with I-71 located on the city's east side. With commutes to Downtown Columbus taking just 15 minutes, Grove City apartments are perfect for commuters. But once you start exploring, you'll quickly realize there's much more to love about Grove City than your commute time.
With Ohio State University just 10 miles away, college sports fans will appreciate being able to cheer on the Buckeyes at Ohio Stadium. Art lovers will appreciate the Short North Arts District, the Sommer House Gallery, and the Little Theatre off Broadway (paranormal enthusiasts will enjoy learning about the theater's ghost). Parents will appreciate the excellent schools and numerous parks, and history buffs will love the beautiful historic sites.

Property Ratings at Bentley Apartments
We moved here about 6 months ago. The new owners have made a bold statement about "resort-style living." I have a hard time with that because it has been anything but. Our breezeway has had the same spider webs and debris all summer. The one maintenance man spends more time in his garage than walking around policing debris or making noticeable repairs such as boards popped up that weren't nailed properly, to begin with ( to stumble on ). Trash constantly is thrown on the ground in the dumpster area because people know that nobody watches or gets out visibly in the community. Parking is a HUGE issue. There is no enforcement of resident parking and very few visitor spaces. We were told a lie when we moved in that the owner of the old KMart had an agreement to allow parking there. Well, that isn't the case at all. For being so new, it is sure going downhill fast! I see rent is now even higher than before and it is not worth it!
