My experience lately compels me to write this negative review. Over the last several months it has been a struggle to get maintenance requests fulfilled. I submit it in the portal and after about a week of waiting, the work order disappears from the portal. I’ve called and emailed the office and they can’t explain why. I have no idea if my work order is even still pending and no one can tell me even approximately when maintenance will be available to come. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing. It used to be so seamless to get things fixed within 2 days. I’ve lived here almost 14 years. Now it’s weeks, and multiple calls and emails. If it takes longer, that’s fine, but I am completely in the dark. And after months of these issues with the system/portal not being addressed or even acknowledged, you would think someone would have answers. We are forced to pay an extra $30 a month “technology fee” so why is the technology not being fixed?

I'm enjoying my new home. I Appreciate the covered parking. Would have been really nice to have follow through on the glass top stove i was told I would have in my unit when we looked at model.

Loud at night and the portal wont tell me or let me reset my password. Laundry room is bad. Half the machines in the two by my apartment dont work and it often smells, usually of urine.

I recently move in and the staff here are amazing and so nice. I love the unit im in but im not sure how long the unit was vacant as I found critters and had to delay moving in my belongings. Matinence came in pretty quick and took care of it so im finally starting to get adjusted to my new home.

Friendly office staff but seemed to be a bit rushed when taking me to my apartment as far as showing where different things were such as the mailboxes and the center to pick up packages. But they are very friendly each time I go back to inquire on these things. Apartment was fairly clean but after getting moved in, I did have to request for my apartment to be sprayed because there were roaches and I don't do roaches at all.

I like all the amenities offered but the quality of the apartment is not very good. There’s water damage all over the place from the floors to the walls. Maintenance is not very quick to fix things and even on multiple occasions they marked my requests as complete without actually doing the work. I waited a week for my dishwasher request to be completed, they deleted the request and I submitted and new one and it’s been 2 weeks and it’s DELETED ONCE AGAIN.

Key fobs are funky, just keep them away from your phone and they should be fine. Other than that it’s been treating me good. I like that there’s community events, allows me to get out of the house.

Great living area . Great layouts , nice areas for kids to play outside . A few pools and grills !!! Patios are amazing, screened seen and have a lot of space a storage . Few schools near and food places . As well as Walmart and rouse near here and not too far from the avenues

I couldn’t be more pleased with my tenancy here. The staff is great, office and maintenance. Grounds are well kept, beautiful ponds, fountains and wildlife. My neighbors are great. Friendly and quiet. I can’t even hear rain outside unless it’s pouring. I’ve been here for 4 years and no plans to ever leave!

A fan, but losing faith. Bugs are a major issue. Roaches to be exact and neighbors use everything but the dumpster for trash and food. But I love the area.

Getting better about repairs and community events , just need to work on assigned parking a visitor shouldn’t have same parking as residents who pay rent I shouldn’t have to park way on the other side for parking
