I've lived at bentley green for going on 4 years now. It's nice, quiet (most of the time) the landscaping is kept up (although there's quite a bit of trash alongside the sidewalks at times)

Rebecca, we are constantly striving to improve our community, so we greatly appreciate you bringing your recent upkeep concerns to our attention. Our maintenance team has been alerted and will look into the situation shortly. As for your pest concerns, please call or stop by our office so we can collect the necessary information from you and involve our maintenance team.
Unfortunately maintenance issues take weeks to resolve now. The community has decided to cut back on pest control services so if you have ants or cockroaches you’ll be dealing with it yourself or you’ll have to extra to get a professional out. Just hope you have clean neighbors.

My experience lately compels me to write this negative review. Over the last several months it has been a struggle to get maintenance requests fulfilled. I submit it in the portal and after about a week of waiting, the work order disappears from the portal. I’ve called and emailed the office and they can’t explain why. I have no idea if my work order is even still pending and no one can tell me even approximately when maintenance will be available to come. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing. It used to be so seamless to get things fixed within 2 days. I’ve lived here almost 14 years. Now it’s weeks, and multiple calls and emails. If it takes longer, that’s fine, but I am completely in the dark. And after months of these issues with the system/portal not being addressed or even acknowledged, you would think someone would have answers. We are forced to pay an extra $30 a month “technology fee” so why is the technology not being fixed?

Besides not having use of a stove due to a maintenance error during the first few weeks, my experience here has been nice. Office staff are super helpful, parking is always available, and the community is peaceful and quiet. Besides the mistakes made by maintenance in the beginning, they are very thorough and work quickly. I'm glad to call this place my humble abode.

Really good area and it’s nice that you’re close to a lot of stores and different places to eat at. The apartments are very spacious and it’s a plus that we have a mailroom so packages won’t get stolen

I recently move in and the staff here are amazing and so nice. I love the unit im in but im not sure how long the unit was vacant as I found critters and had to delay moving in my belongings. Matinence came in pretty quick and took care of it so im finally starting to get adjusted to my new home.

Friendly office staff but seemed to be a bit rushed when taking me to my apartment as far as showing where different things were such as the mailboxes and the center to pick up packages. But they are very friendly each time I go back to inquire on these things. Apartment was fairly clean but after getting moved in, I did have to request for my apartment to be sprayed because there were roaches and I don't do roaches at all.

I like all the amenities offered but the quality of the apartment is not very good. There’s water damage all over the place from the floors to the walls. Maintenance is not very quick to fix things and even on multiple occasions they marked my requests as complete without actually doing the work. I waited a week for my dishwasher request to be completed, they deleted the request and I submitted and new one and it’s been 2 weeks and it’s DELETED ONCE AGAIN.

Key fobs are funky, just keep them away from your phone and they should be fine. Other than that it’s been treating me good. I like that there’s community events, allows me to get out of the house.
