I recently move in and the staff here are amazing and so nice. I love the unit im in but im not sure how long the unit was vacant as I found critters and had to delay moving in my belongings. Matinence came in pretty quick and took care of it so im finally starting to get adjusted to my new home.

Friendly office staff but seemed to be a bit rushed when taking me to my apartment as far as showing where different things were such as the mailboxes and the center to pick up packages. But they are very friendly each time I go back to inquire on these things. Apartment was fairly clean but after getting moved in, I did have to request for my apartment to be sprayed because there were roaches and I don't do roaches at all.

I like all the amenities offered but the quality of the apartment is not very good. There’s water damage all over the place from the floors to the walls. Maintenance is not very quick to fix things and even on multiple occasions they marked my requests as complete without actually doing the work. I waited a week for my dishwasher request to be completed, they deleted the request and I submitted and new one and it’s been 2 weeks and it’s DELETED ONCE AGAIN.

Great living area . Great layouts , nice areas for kids to play outside . A few pools and grills !!! Patios are amazing, screened seen and have a lot of space a storage . Few schools near and food places . As well as Walmart and rouse near here and not too far from the avenues

A fan, but losing faith. Bugs are a major issue. Roaches to be exact and neighbors use everything but the dumpster for trash and food. But I love the area.

I've been living here for a year and half and I can say that Bentley Green apts is a very good place to live. They have very good amenities a caring, kind maintenance team and administrative team. The employees are their to help your finances to help pay for rent. I thank the administrative team for showing such humanity towards their renters.

Everything is okay for the most part except the bad ant problem since we’ve moved in. The parcel locked is very convenient and although I haven’t had a chance to use the amenities, they were nice as well.

Nice office staff, maintenance is ok but dont always fix what i need. Good upkeep on the property and descent rental rates. Very good amenities such as two gyms and two pools.

Getting better about repairs and community events , just need to work on assigned parking a visitor shouldn’t have same parking as residents who pay rent I shouldn’t have to park way on the other side for parking

So far, the apartment is fine to be an older unit, but definitely some minor things. Maintenance has been punctual on all work orders. Have not had any problems getting things fixed. The Neighborhood seems to be safe and walkable.

takes a very long time to get anything fixed. i tried for 3 weeks before i finally got something finished and 2 weeks before i could even get my apartment sprayed for bugs

Really good area close to alot of places example walmart publix walgreens. There are also alot of food places in the area that's worth trying you won't be disappointed with the area and location

The college is about a 15 min walk Some stores are in walking distance Nail shops is in walking distance The bank is about a 5 -10 minute walk Restaurant is in walking distance.

I was skeptical moving in but it has been a great experience and the office staff is great! I had an after hours warranty and they showed up in a timely manner and were very kind. It looks like we have some updates coming to the exterior which would be really nice.
