Property Ratings at The Park Apartments
I don't have any complaints. For the price I'm paying I have a remodeled apt. Clean hallways. And decent neighbors. I will say that if you need something repaired it can take a while for the repairman to come and it does always smell like smoke everywhere you go.
Property Manager at The Park Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your nice review!! We are working on the smoke smell and tightening up our 24 hour response on maintenance.
First of all the “swimming pool” hasn’t been in use for 7-8 years, the “gym” is two junk treadmills and a flimsy bench press. It has been taken over by a new company so now for some reason it’s impossible to get your deposit returned because both places just point the finger at the other. The new owners should be responsible for returning the deposits. My apartment was clean and decent but a lot of noisy late night neighbors to deal with. I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK!! SERIOUSLY ITS BEEN OVER TWO MONTHS!!!
This place is horrible, there are rats, ants and homeless people living in the open access broken down gym. Doesn't even need one star. You'd literally have a better time squatting in an abandon home.
The office manager was extremely helpful! Great person to help you out if you're looking for an apartment
MANAGEMENT LETS 17 YEAR OLD SIGN LEASE. ONE RM APARTMENT PAYS SAME AMOUNT FOR WATER AS 2 BEDROOM. WITHOUT EVER SEEING A BILL. PLEASE!!!!!THEY NEVER ANSWER PHONE.
problem is the property manager tells you one thing and they go ahead and never do it something totally different I have been waiting for things to be fixed for 2 months now and things have not been fixed I asked for a bigger apartment I was promised one then they give away to anybody they want I'm going to live out my lease and I will be out of here people set out front in the parking lot of times when you walk in the building walk with their bottles of vodka and whiskey drinking it's embarrassing if you have company management seems not to do anything about it
Currently living here, the maintenance team is awful, the management is worse, and honestly, this is the worst place to live. Used condoms in the pool, weight room is disgusting, and the trash doesn't get picked up and all the rats don't help either. All and all, this place is crop and I don't recommend anyone living here. A disorganized staff with a disorganized management. STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!
This is the worst place you could live and I would never recomend it to anyone not even to my dog....I give 0 stars!!!!
Horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.
