Great 1st Step Housing
This place is amazing. I've been here for a year. It is in a safe neighborhood and you are near lots of grocery stores, banks, highways, and shopping (Atlantic Station). Also Marta bus stop takes less than 2 minute to walk to. The landlord/property manager Romana is very professional, courteous, and accommodating. If you have ANY concerns she 95% of the time answers the phone and will try her best to fix the concern that day, if not definitely that week. The only slight problem you may encounter is kitchen cleanliness but that depends on your roommates and you. I would recommend anyone looking to save money while living on their own, any college student, or young professional could stay here. It's a wonderful opportunity.
