Property Ratings at Berkley Hills
These apartments are disgusting. Horrible. They dont even have clean bathrooms. Mirrors or bathtubs. They got roaches everywhere. Supposedly people were going to Come to come clean the kitchens and nothing. So disappointed.. they need to do better honestly. need to remodel the bathrooms need to eliminate roaches deadasss
I am happy to report that these apartments have turned things around since I moved in 3 years ago. Even though I have moved out due to things out of mine and the managers control I still would recommend these apartments. They got new management about 2 years ago and things really started improving. Everything in my unit was repaired as soon as the new managers took over and any request after that was promptly repaired. I never had bugs, I have never had issues with "bad" children running around and besides an occasional disturbance the police where not there(somethings are out of managements control). The pool is back open during the summer months. I think they are overpriced, which I think all of Nashville is but these are actually not that bad compared to other apartments. The 2 assistant managers are wonderful, the head manager can be a little rough around the edges but she is nice as well. After my move out I received my whole deposit back. No place is perfect but the folks who run these apartments do try their best. -May 2017
This is the worst place that I have EVER lived. Maintenance never fixes anything and the office has been trying to screw me over, EVEN after getting an attorney involved.,and not to mention, I have NEVER had a roach in my life and I see them quite frequently. I have told the office but due to the fact that codes will fine them if they have to come out more than 2 times a year, they will get in trouble so they don't want to do anything about that. Not to mention, I have lived here since August, I have called 911 numerous times and also, last summer there were children abducted and assaulted from the complex. Then just last night my neighbor was murdered. I beg anyone that worries about their safety or even health don't come here. And if you have children..PLEASE STAY AWAY!! If you do live there and have children, NEVER let them go out unattended. I have a child who is not allowed outside unless I am with him, not even another adult do I allow him outside. I am actually going to be in court this week about a child(14 or 15 years old) there at the apartments, who has done everything from bullying on smaller children about 5 years old, to taking a knife on the bus and threatening a young girl. By the grace of God, I will be getting out of here before my lease is out.
I love this apartment because they were the first people to give me a chance with my not so good credit history and no rental history.
