You will not find a friendlier or more caring staff or more responsive maintenance team. The Property is superbly maintained, excellent amenities (dog park, pool, grills, business center, elevators, coffee stations, fitness center, arcade), spacious units which are quiet (no hearing the neighbors), great closet space, packages are safely delivered and plenty of parking. The location is ideal on beautiful Riverside Drive you can zip up to Bridge Park or to downtown in minutes, and every store imaginable is within 2 miles and along with many excellent restaurants. The staff excels in customer service, maintenance responds quickly and efficiently which brings so much peace of mind. It has been delightful living at Berkely House as it's safe, clean and everyone is friendly and kind. I can't imagine living anywhere else.

After moving off campus, I was looking for a safe and clean apartment building, and Berkley House has truly exceeded my expectations. The entire staff is amazing, and the maintenance team is super quick with requests. Special shoutout to Brittany, who was incredibly helpful during the touring and lease signing process and continues to check in even after I moved in! I can truly say this is the best-managed apartment I have encountered. I love being near Dublin, but also still close to Columbus/OSU. The amenities here are fantastic. The coffee bar, pool, and dog park are features I use regularly and are a huge part of what has made Berkley House feel like home!

The Berkley house is an awesome place to live and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. Frank in the maintenance department came the same day I put a maintenance request in for a sink clog. He was very professional and thorough and helpful. It’s refreshing to live in a place where they hire great people and respond to requests in a very timely manner. Other friends have told me in their communities where they live it takes a long time to get things done. I’ve never had an issue the entire time I’ve lived here. Highly recommend. Debbie

Berkley House is an awesome community based in the historic Dublin area. Have had a wonderful experience, having lived here for 6 years. The Office staff are super helpful, and the entire community is very well managed. The Club House, Terrace deck and the all-season swimming pool are nice places to unwind, with a very classy Lounge area too. Maintenance requests are promptly addressed, and these folks are very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place, to anyone looking for a nice peaceful community within the Upper Arlington area.

Enjoyed our time at Duncan Park and Berkley House. Halley, Emily, and the entire staff were extremely helpful. Any maintenance request was quickly handled. The amenities were great, we enjoyed using the grill and outdoor fire pit at Duncan. You are downtown in 15 and just minutes from Bridge Park.

I have had nothing but an amazing experience at the Berkley House! My roommate and I had a very smooth move in process thanks to Gage! The Berkley House staff is VERY friendly and go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy! :) My roommate and I both put in a maintenance order on separate occasions and they were able to get it taken care of that same day. 10/10 would recommend!

I have lived in a lot of apartment communities in my 20 years of renting and Berkley House and the Champion experience has been my best yet. Everyone is so kind, welcoming and helpful. From the property managers at the front desk to each member of the maintenance team, everyone is happy, friendly and ready to help in any way. Whether it's an issue with something or if you just want to say hello and see how the day is going, I always know I'm going to be taken care of! I haven't had any issues, small or large with my apartment itself and anything that I've seen around the community always seems to be taken care of quickly and efficiently. I will always recommend Champion, specially Berkley to anyone looking for a great place to rent! The community itself is so nice, it's like living in a hotel! The pool is awesome, beautiful and open year round! The dog park is so great, and just got agility equipment so it's extra fun for pups now! And the clubhouse with the movie theater, pool tables, arcade room, lounge, coffee bar and more is the best! I work a remote job and I work from the clubhouse every day. We also reserved the movie theater for our daughter's birthday and it was perfect! (we use it for random movie nights together too and it's so nice to have!). Overall I 100% rate Berkley a 5/5 stars! Definitely check it out if you're looking for a great place to live.

I have moved in September 2021 and I can not find words to describe how happy I am at Berkley House. This hasn't been my first experience as far renting but has been the best! This place by far exceeded my expectations from day one when I talked to Nick(manager) on the phone and met at walk through. From the management to the housekeeping and maintenance services, all top rated! All staff members are EXTREMELY professional and helpful, as well as friendly and welcoming. Needless to say very reasonable fee for the apartment and amenities provided. The whole complex is very well kept clean with fast, hassle free maintenance services. I moved from Harper House at Sawmill to here. Even though that was a brand new apartment, newer model and everything in surface looked fine, I could not wait to get out of there for so many different reasons! I'm happy to say I found HOME at Berkley House where there is comfort, peace and friendly staff I'd look forward to see everyday.

I've lived here for a couple months now and have had a wonderful experience! The front desk is always wonderful to stop by and chat with and the service is always very open and communicative. The building is kept very clean and maintenance is pain-free and responsive. All staff are friendly and great to chat with, I always like to say hello when I see someone in the halls.

Would give no stars if I could. Management is horrible.

I just moved into the Berkley House and it has been great!!! The amenities are fantastic and the staff is so helpful, especially Nicole!! She went above and beyond for me and I’m very happy with my choice to live here.

This is one of the premier apartment complexes in Upper Arlington. When I toured the building, I instantly knew I wanted to live here. Place is clean, a lot of amenities, and staff is extremely welcoming and friendly.

I recently signed my third lease here at Berkley House. I've always loved living here because it offers every possible amenity from the "basics" like an immaculate, professional-grade gym, a year round "heated" swimming pool,and a business center but also has high end touches like a private dog park, free Starbucks, a movie theatre, a free video game arcade, pool tables, tanning beds, a rooftop party deck, multiple grills and fire pits. We even have dry cleaning pick up and drop off! For the things I actually need to leave home for, Wally World, Tarjet, Home Depot, Meijer, Kroger, and Giant Eagle are all within a couple miles. Access to 270 and 315 is minutes up the street. There are too many bars and restaurants to count but I have to call out all my friends at Yogi's, Dub Pub and Mean Jean's :) Beyond all those great features probably the best part about living here is the staff and community. We recently underwent an ownership/management change and I have to admit I was concerned I would miss the previous staff and that things would change. While I do miss the previous staff a lot and naturally things did change, I have to give a shout out to the new management and staff at Champion. They have been super responsive to requests and have done a great job of making the transition as seamless as possible. As a nice touch, they bought everyone dinner last night (each resident got their own large pizza from Donatos!) and the entire staff was on hand to pass out pizzas and introduce themselves. Really classy way to introduce yourself to the neighborhood. I'm glad to call this place home.

I LOVE Berkley. This property has SO many amenities and I utilize them all, all the time, because everything is inside and easy to access. There’s not one but TWO Starbucks machines in their beautiful lobby area. The gym rocks - they have weights, punching bags, treadmills, ellipticals, leg/arm machines, and even a Smith machine. Another awesome amenity are the tanning beds, which I truly enjoy utilizing in the winter. Woohoo - no pasty white skin! My apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, I love how big the kitchen is - there is so much room for cooking and there is even an ice machine on the door of the fridge (it’s the little things in life I swear.) My attached bathroom with a walk-in closet is to die for, and my kitty loves sitting on the low window sills to watch the doggies (we live on the dog courtyard). I have never experienced an unpleasant/annoying/loud tenant (everyone is so nice around here). It’s usually pretty peaceful and quiet. Unless you’re by the pool on the weekend, then it’s super fun atmosphere! :D Best of both worlds. ^_^ Also shoutout to the amazing workers here - they’re so attentive and nice and caring, they ROCK. I feel safe, comfortable, and happy living here and I would recommend it to all my friends!

Although it’s a newer building, you will see it is not well done once you look closer (for instance, my island counter top is sloped, with a dip in the middle, from not being installed correctly). Anything that needs to be addressed is treated like you are asking for a huge favor. It took me 4 hours of arguing just to get broken AC unit looked at when it was warm out and my place was at 76 and climbing. Plus there is a big issue with dog waste outside (even though there is a designated dog park). The side doorways constantly smell like urine and the staff has said that there is nothing they can/will do about it. Really want to enjoy this building, but the price really isn’t worth it. Staff usually doesn’t care... And the price keeps climbing upwards, they really do charge for every little thing they can think of...

I lived at the Berkley House for a year, and I am advising anyone looking to move in NOT TO DO IT! The apartments look great from the outside and they are pretty on the inside, but for how much one pays to live here it is not worth it. I could hear everything my upstairs neighbors were doing (including having sex) because the walls are so thin and the structure so cheap. The complex does not follow the dog breed or weight restrictions it has in the lease, or any of the posted rules for the onsite dog park. They state that the pool is heated all year round, but it is just heated enough for the water not to freeze. They make you believe the water is heated enough to swim whenever you want, which is a TOTAL LIE! There is also a HUGE problem with dog waste around the property and in the dog park. I spoke to the front desk staff and the manager multiple times about the dog waste. It would be cleaned up for a couple of days, and then all clean-up efforts would stop again. The waste was so bad that my dog got sick from bacteria in the dog park, and I had to pay over a $400 vet bill. When I informed the front desk of this issue, they still did nothing. Since my dogs illness there have been several other dogs that have caught similar bacterial infections from the dog park. I understand it is a tenant’s responsibility to clean up after their pet, but when the problem leads to the point where it is making the pets sick the landlord should take responsibility for it. You pay way too much for what the apartment complex is. They charge you a $350 nonrefundable pet security deposit and $35 a month just for the privilege of having a pet there. None of these fees apply towards damages that may be caused by your pet. This company is only out to make money and do not truly care about their tenants. The complex management lied to corporate and told them I only complained once about the dog waste when I complained multiple times and have witnesses that were with me. Aside from all of the stuff I mentioned there have also been multiple auto break-ins there within the last few months. I have never written a post about an apartment complex, but this one is bad enough were I had to. They make me sick with the way they do business.

We moved into Berkley House as soon as the building construction was done. The staff member we initially dealt with was Madison. She was wonderful! But ever since she moved, we have had to deal with staff members who are rude and talk to you as though they are doing you a huge favor by letting you stay there. They forget that we are PAYING for the services and that we deserve some basic respect. They never take notes and the staff keeps changing so often. so if you're dealing with an ongoing issue, you have to start from square one each time you go to the reception.

This is a brand new apartment complex with beautiful amenities that you will definitely use. I moved here from Western New York, and I am so happy with my choice. It's about 15-20 minute drive from Ohio State, which is important to me as a graduate student. It's about 30 seconds away from the Giant Eagle grocery store, a CVS, and gas stations. Sawmill Rd, which is about 5 minutes away, has even more grocery stores, Target, Kohl's and Chick Fil A and more. Now for the amenities. Most apartments nearby have a "fitness center" with a few machines in a separate building. Berkley House has a full gym complete with a variety of cardio machines, weight machines, boxing punch bags, free weights, and a nice sized area for stretching other exercises. So, you will not need to buy a membership for a nearby gym. The clubhouse area also includes a very nice movie theater that you can requisition to entertain friends. It also includes an arcade with awesome old school games, a computer lab with free 24 hour printing, free coffee and tea, a dog park, and a pool. The inside of the building has a layout similar to a hotel. I saw at least 4 different units on my visit. They were all extremely spacious and detailed. I love that the units include washers, dryers and dishwashers. They have plenty of closet space as well. I chose the smallest one bedroom, and it's the perfect size for me. Plus they had a nice move-in special with a Visa Gift-Card. If you do rent here, the first floor is a nice convenience, but you may have to deal with the slight "hum" of the outside generators/fans. In addition, the units from the 2nd floor and up have balconies. There are no balconies for the first floor units. Also, you have to enter the units from the Bethel Rd. side. This can be a little frustrating because the intersection at Bethel and Riverside only has a yield, and you can't make a left. Other than those minor things, these apartments are fantastic and the staff members are very kind and helpful! If you can't tell by now, I highly recommend living here.
