Property Ratings at Berkshire of Burnsville
I have lived here for many years and I don't have not one negative about Berkshire of Burnsville. Property Mgr. Jill and the Office Mgr. Cala are wonderful. Also, the grounds are beautiful. Shout out to all the workers, maintenance workers who make it so awesome. Honestly, this is a great place to live.
Property Manager at Berkshire of Burnsville, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your kind words about our community and team. We are delighted to hear that you have been a resident for many years and are pleased that you have had a positive experience. We appreciate your shout out to our team and look forward to continuing to provide you with a pleasant living experience.
A very nice property that is well kept and reasonably priced. If there was ever an issue that came up the property management was very quick to respond. One example being our central AC broke over the summer and it was fixed in less than 24hrs. Also, its a very animal friendly community. The Alimagnet dog park is just down the road, too! I would definitely recommend Berkshire to anyone looking for a place to live in the south metro.
Property Manager at Berkshire of Burnsville, Responded To This Review
Thank you for the review and for shedding some light on our staff and their ability to quickly respond and work with you when you have needed them most. Please do not hesitate to let me know if you were to need anything going forward. Thanks again!
Overall, the Berkshire of Burnsville is a great place to call home! The only suggestion I have for management is to stop telling prospective residents that you have a spa/ jacuzzi hot tub and sauna included in your ammenities. These “ammenities” have been inoperable for 3 years. I would hope that they would implement getting them back up and running. I know plenty of residents have given up asking when they will be fixed.
