The Berkshire Reserve property itself is really good but the property manager, assistant property manager, and team do a terrible job at communication with residents. A guy in the office is very rude when it comes to answering questions. When they have issues with tenants, communication is fast and they expect actions to be taken immediately. When tenants have issues with the property, good luck trying to get the issues resolved quickly for you. The elevator in building #13 has been down for over a month and the only communication received by tenants was a piece of paper on the elevator saying out of order. There has been no communication or updates and there are residents living on the 4th floor of the building. Imagine paying rent and walking up and down 4 flights of stairs everyday. This shows a lack of empathy and care for the tenants that occupy the complex.

Walls are so thin, I can hear my neighbor snore, get up and get ready to work, and their guests. They live across the hall. Trashy place with poor construction. Neighbor has issue with toxic mold. DO NOT DO IT.

I lived in this apartment for 2 years and dealt with both of the management companies. The first was was amazing and really cared about the complex and the tenants. They made an effort to keep everything nice and comfortable for everyone. The new company took over right when covid started and they were horrible from the start and the complex just declined as time went on. They were super unresponsive to issues, and if they would reply they would just say they would look into it but nothing ever got done. I had problems with my upstairs neighbor the whole time she lived there and they wouldn't ever do anything about her. She would play loud music all hours of the night, her 2 dogs stayed out on her balcony and barked constantly - literally all day and night, and the cherry on top was when she started letting them pee on her balcony and then she would dump it off onto my patio. That is finally when I decided I had to move or we were going to have problems. The courtesy officer was a joke as well, the 1 time I actually talked to him (usually no one answered) he just told me they couldn't make her do anything and I would just have to deal with the noise. While I understand you can't make people do things, you can kick them out when they continue to break the rules and disrespect other residents. I e-mailed and called the office several times to try to get the issues dealt with and they rarely responded let alone did anything about it. I don't recommend moving to this complex. Hopefully a new company will take it over and things will improve because it's too expensive to live like that. I feel bad for whoever moved into my apartment after me, but I hope they were more confrontational and maybe went and told the neighbor something themselves because she shouldn't have been allowed to continue living there with the way she behaved.

The management is very unprofessional. You can not reach the manager when needed. The policies and the applications are different than the written documents. The move out is pain, they charge even if there is single piece of dust somewhere in house. The neighbors are loud enough to wake you up in the middle of the night. The traffic inside the complex is too much, no speeding bumps, people are fast and make noises in late nights. The maintenance staff is OK but there are not enough staff for the complex, so the wait is Huge, at least 5-7 days for non emergency things, by the time they come to help, the issues becomes emergency item and get worse. The management is not good, i would not recommend it to anyone

The parking here looks good at first but if you’re coming home from work after 7pm, it’s nearly impossible to find parking. I’ve lived here for almost 6 months and every day I see people parking on the fire lane. When I address the parking to them, they only gave me a solution by getting a garage which is additional $100 or more a month on top of your rent. Not the best when it comes to parking.

I am just appalled with this place! I went in today because I wanted to see an actual apartment. Upon arrival I was greeted by Will, who stated that he was in the midst of a report that had to be completed and turned in by 4:00 pm. He asked if I could come back at 5:00 pm and continued by saying that I should have called to make an appointment. I informed him I wasn’t aware that I needed to make one. He informed me that although they do accept walk-ins “it’s just the chance you take of not being able to be helped due to not having an appointment”. So I informed him since I have driven all the way here and it was the only day that was convenient for me I’ll wait. I waited for 25 mins on him to complete a report and then he got up from the desk several times and assisted someone else that came in. Interesting right? Will came over and stated that he could help once I finished my call. I informed him I’d been waiting and ready and handed him my license. He then told me he would not take me on a tour to see an apartment while I was on the phone! It shocked me firstly because of the tone he used and secondly as I felt me being on the phone had nothing to do with me viewing the apartment. So after telling him how his professionalism is awful, he throws my license on the table. I was livid. I asked for the managers contact information and corporate because I could not believe that they allow someone with this type of behavior representing their company. When I begin speaking with the other leasing agent Will became very loud and belligerent. To add insult to injury he made the comment that I had been there three times prior, but I’d only seen a two bedroom while they were still building and I wanted to see a different floor plan this time as they are finished building. I have sent other potential customers because I thought the property was nice, but NEVER AGAIN! It’s pathetic and a disgrace for anyone to carry themselves like that no matter what type of setting they are in! I will not move here and I DO NOT RECOMMENDED it to anyone. THIS PLACE DESERVES NO STARS!

the mansions is a beautiful place to live, not even including the fact that the prices for rent cant be beat! everyone is so nice, parking is plentiful in my building. the amenities and staff are wonderful as well!

This complex has become a nightmare. When I initially moved in I thought it was wonderful but fast forward 2 months & I’m considering breaking my lease. There is absolutely NO parking spots, covered or uncovered, after 7pm on most nights. Imagine having groceries and parking 3 buildings away, or walking 2 buildings away in 108° weather, or parking on the street (YES ON THE STREET) at 9pm because you went to a movie & now you are punished & have to take the long, long walk to your building...well unfortunately I’ve had to do all those. Parking is simply ridiculous. Come view the property after 730pm and you’ll see what I mean. The office said they are working on “the parking issue” but stickers won’t fix the problem. These buildings are not fully leased but the parking lots in front of them are over full. There are simply not enough parking spots. I’m tired of walking 5 minutes in the pouring rain because some residents have 4 cars. Another issue is the hallways. View multiple buildings if you come by because mine is always filthy. I have to clean my apartment floor daily because the construction workers do not clean up after themselves. They leave insulation, drywall, screws, & trash all over. Another issue is the elevator. Our elevator seems to be having issues & after not finding a parking spot & being forced to take a long walk the last thing I want to do is walk up all those stairs. I wish I hadn’t signed a lease.

I have been living here almost a month and absolutely love my new place! From the moment I walked into the office I was blown away. The staff is so helpful and friendly and made the leasing process and move in super simple. My apartment is brand new and beautiful, I love the backsplash in the kitchen and bath and the jetted tub in my bathroom is the perfect end to a long day at work! Definitely will not find a luxury apartment at a better value than at the Mansions Spring Creek. Yes there has been some some issues with the elevator in my building, but it was promptly repaired each time. The office told me that the parking in front of my building would be blocked off while they install the FREE COVERED PARKING before I moved in, so I don't mind the short walk from the next building for now because long term it will be great having my car not exposed to the crazy Texas weather! I definitely recommend The Mansions at Spring Creek for anyone looking for a new apartment!

The only good thing about this place is maintenance. Everything else is equivalent to a low end apartment complex. The elevator was out over a hand full of times within the first month. Took 3 weeks to get a dumpster outside the building so had to walk trash over 3 buildings away in below freezing weather. Had all parking in front of building crossed off for over 2 weeks with nothing happening to the parking spots. At the end of the day I’m ready to move out, leave and never come back.

Apartments are decent, but I've been here for Less Than two weeks and the elevator has been broken 3 times. It is so annoying to come home with bags of groceries and have to climb several flights of stairs because the elevator is out....yet again. I guess this is why January's rent is free. Smh

WOW can I give this place 10 stars?!?! From the moment I stepped into the Mansions at Spring Creek I was sold! Amazing decor along with amazing customer service- The black granite in the kitchen is my favorite along with Jacuzzi tubs and not to mention all thanks to Will who has gone above and beyond from the start for me and my boyfriend! He has answered all of our questions every time I have called up there and has made the process SUPER easy which is great and less stress for me! yay! If you are looking for a luxury apartment with a great atmosphere this is this place to go! I would highly recommend it to anyone! Not to mention we got a free bottle of wine for just going in when we took a tour of the place! Thanks again for all of your help Will and thank you for such a warm welcome to our new home!

The Mansions at Spring Creek provided excellent service. They were able to accommodate needs in a matter of minutes. The management and staff are nice. Also the floor plans are AMAZING!!!! I certainly recommend moving in. You will not regret it!
