Moved In 01/25/25 Had a great experience with move in. Amanda is awesome and had nice gifts to welcome us to Redwood and my favorite caramel iced coffee. She even brought over root beer for my husband and left it at our door. We really love our new place and plan to stay for many years. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a clean new home!

Amazing staff Love the staff and that they had a welcome care package on the counter for me. Garage doors automatic and sinks have awesome pull out sprayer in a deep stainless steel frame. Painted the whole place for me and new hardwood floors all to make me feel good about my choice for living . Thank you Redwookd

Best apartment living I needed a break from home ownership. Redwood apartments provided a beautiful environment and living space with ample storage space for stress-free living. I had one of the best views of pond and lined trees from my patio with no backyard neighbors. If anything needed attention , it was performed the next day. Neighbors are friendly, and neighborhood is very safe. I purchased a house and am back to being a homeowner. If rent had stabilized, I would probably be still living there.

Move in experience My husband and I had looked at several apartments before we discovered Redwood,. We fell in love...so much better than anything we had seen. Redwood feels like a neighborhood instead of an apartment complex. It's quiet, it's open and spacious, it's clean and modern, an overall peaceful vibe. We felt guided through the whole process of getting into the apartment, from the application process, to signing up for utilities, to signing our lease. The office agents communicated promptly and clearly. On move-in day, my husband and I met Arien, our leasing agent, at the designated time for our walk through and to get our keys. She was very friendly and thorough about the details of our move in and welcomed us to reach out at any time with questions or needs. Our apartment was clean, fresh and move-in ready. We enjoyed the special touches of wine and wine glasses, and even toilet paper and paper towels to make our first days feel right at home. Shout out to Kayla and Kim and Arien for helping us along the way. It's professionals like these that give us the pleasure of heartily recommending Redwood Neighborhood Apartments to everyone we know!

Very quiet and very clean. The only reasons i moved was because there are no amenities and rent is high.

It was Sunday morning and the smoke detectors were all going off. I called the emergency hotline and got help immediately. Clint was very professional & friendly - I was very pleased with overall experience.

Our Maintenance people are always professional, friendly and quick to answer the call and take care of the issues at hand. If the issue can’t be fixed with one visit he always lets me know what to expect.

For the most part, our experience with Redwood apartments was positive. We moved into a new-build community 3 ½ years ago, we’re blessed with good neighbors throughout, and our maintenance needs were taken care of in a timely manner. These things are good but expected based on the cost of the apartments in this community which was pretty high compared with other local apartment complexes of comparable quality. That said, our move-out experience left something to be desired. After 3 ½ years and tolerating the construction process as the complex completed its development, with the unfinished landscaping, poor drainage, patchy grass, and mud everywhere you went once you stepped out of your apartment we were charged $434 for “stains and/or tears to the carpet much of which was likely a result of the conditions outside of the apartment being carried into the apartment and the fact that the carpet was 3 ½ years old. It seems like a reasonable expense to expect that if a renter has occupied a unit for that long that they are going to have to replace the carpet. It appears as though they understood that and made the correction in all of the new apartments which removed the carpet in the common areas in favor of laminate flooring, yet they still saw fit to charge us for their mistake and their conditions in the area. Additionally, we gave 30 days’ notice and vacated the apartment within the 30 days, yet we were charged an additional $116.67 for the lost rent on the unit for the week after our 30 days were up. Upon further review of the contract we noticed in the fine print that this is a stipulation within the contract, however, it was never explained in advance, nor was it noted when we coordinated the 30-day notice and clearly wanted to avoid paying additional rent. We are truly disappointed in Redwood Apartments for the way they closed out this lease and handled the expenses detailed in this review. Ensure that you carefully read the contract before accepting their terms because you will be held to it and there will be no consideration for your time tenure in the community, the extra charge you pay for your animals, or the lack of expense you cost them by being a good tenant, it won’t be repaid in kind.

We recently moved in just a little over a month ago and we couldn't be more impressed. Right when we walked into the leasing office Kelly was awesome, super friendly and welcomed us in with open arms you would've thought we had known her for years. She has such a positive attitude and she has made our transition so easy, and Rob is great at getting work orders done quick and efficiently. This place is wonderful if you're looking for friendly neighborhood, spacious living and cleanliness!

We love it here. It was the only place we could find that allows us to have 3 pets. Rob is very efficient when you have a work order. Kelly is very friendly and always gives our dogs a treat when she sees us out. Needless to say, the dogs love her! We looked at other places and we are so happy with our decision to live here.

We recently rented at Berkshire. We have not moved in, yet. So far, our experience has been wonderful. Our tour was very thorough and we left with no questions unanswered. Kelly was one of the nicest people we have ever worked with! We can't wait to pick up our keys and officially move-in. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Everyone here is so nice! I love that I was the first person to live in my new home. Our neighbors have become our friends and any time we need anything, it is addressed sincerely and quickly.
