Property Ratings at Berry Building
This apartment is so great in terms of location! Right off Main Street, within walking distance to fun places to eat and visit. I also love how high the ceilings are and the exposed brick gives it a fun, urban feel.
I love that I am so centrally located. Everyone in the office is super helpful and the places are all clean and pretty. I have lived here for about a year and am really enjoying it.

Ive Lived in Kress building for 2 years now. Capital places has great staff and is conveniently located in the most beautiful part of the city. My only complaint is on the inadequate washer and dryer (they cost $).
