My partner and I toured this property hoping to get a place with a yard for our dog. We were showed the unit we would be moving into, loved it, and decided to apply that day, 7/12. Radio silence. Checked the application online to see that it had been canceled. Reached out to the person we toured with, and was told the application was canceled by the 3rd party screening service due to “no response given” regarding our credit info. No response to what? We were never sent anything to respond to! I obsessively checked my email, including the spam folder and I never received ANY correspondence from the property or the screening service. Also crazy that it had been canceled for an entire day and no one told us anything, I had to ask about it. But no big deal, he re submits the application for us. Again, radio silence. I reach out again on 7/20 for an update. Only then am I made aware that there was an issue with my partner’s credit, and we had to wait for the property manager to override the problem and rescreen us (it was the weekend, property manager wouldn’t be back until monday. Cool, no problem) Radio. Silence. 7/24 I send another email asking for an update or literally anything concerning our application. It is worth noting that when we applied, we set our move in date to 7/26. Two days prior to when we would’ve been moving in, and I have no idea whats going on. I receive no response, and my partner and I decided to cut our losses and apply somewhere else. We got approved immediately. JULY 29TH I receive a voicemail while at work from the person we had been corresponding with, telling me that since we were “approved conditionally” we needed to let them know what type of deposit we wanted to do, and if I didn’t respond by 5:45 (it was 5:30) the application would be denied. Im sorry what???? Not only did I not receive an email, phone call, or ANYTHING from the property over the last 5 days, I wasn't even told we had been approved???? As far as Im concerned this was a bullet dodged. I can’t imagine living somewhere with such horrible communication.

If you have kids stay away from this place. They have 2 dog parks with tents and a playground for kids without it. Just try to imagine how hot slide when 100 degrees outside ?? My car was stolen from the garage, and my bought kids were bitten by dogs. Dogs poop everywhere. Gates is broken all the time. I waited 3 weeks for washer repair. I could go on and on

I recently moved into this community and I'm liking it overall. My apartment is clean but it has some repairs which they fixed in the first few weeks. The gym, pool & leasing office are really good. The staff here (especially Trevor) are very friendly & responsive. The community has nice place for walking, jogging & kids park etc. There's plenty of open parking. The area is also close to all supermarkets & restaurants. You'll find almost everything within 10 minutes radius. The only thing I hated is that the steps & corridors are very dirty (reason for one less star in my rating). I don't know if they have plans on cleaning it, when I asked them they just said it gets done when the cleaning staff have time. I did not get any definitive answer. I spoke to other tenants and they told me the same. Also, my balcony was very dirty when I first moved in. I asked them if they can clean but they were not sure. I cleaned it myself. Basically, outdoors are dirty but indoors are beautiful. I hope they clean it soon. I'll update my review based on their future actions.

They’ve raised my rent by over $250 in less than 1 year. There are always pests, including wasps INSIDE my home. There are bed bugs in the apartment community and they will charge YOU to exterminate them, even if you’re quarantined and can prove you didn’t bring them in. Where’s this money going? There’s been a pile of dirty cat litter next to my front door for MONTHS that nobody cleans. Garbage pickup is unreliable. The front gates and coffee maker in the lobby are always broken. Overpriced dump.

Never ever move to this apartments! I have been affected by snowstorm in early February. There was a power cut and no water supply for several days. I can understand its all over the Texas. But there was no much help from management. My apartment is damaged very badly because of water leakage , as a part of fix they teared apart the hardboard inside the walls and yet to fix it.Its been almost 2 months and dont see they are going to fix it anytime soon. There is no proper estimate on fixing it. Management come up with so many excuses if I ask about my apartment. I cant use my living room at all. I wish i could post my apartments pictures here. There is no proper response on when they are going to fix it(like weeks or months or years). One more issue is there is no guarantee that our packages deliver safely. I never have good experience in my package deliver. Feeling bad staying here.

We live here and there's a lot of crime. The cops were called last month for a shooting and yesterday we had someone steal a $600 bike that was chained up in our backyard. Management doesn't care about the people who live here, and always say legally they are not responsible for what happens even though our community gates have been opened and broken for weeks leaving the people who live here unsafe. You have been warned you do not want to live here especially if you have small children!

I have been living at Bexley Anderson Mill for awhile now and I really enjoy it. I love the dog park so much, my dogs could stay there for HOURS and we definitely have because we meet so many other residents and their dogs there too! My apartment layout is great for me, my favorite parts are my large patio and spacious kitchen!! I will be renewing my lease for sure! The maintenance team is really helpful and answer questions if I am unsure of something and the leasing staff is polite, engaging and helpful. I have moved once a year (sometimes up to three times in one year) and I love this complex the best! I highly recommend it!

Nice property but horrible staff. Management is the absolute worst. You're in love the first week but soon becomes an absolute nightmare. DO NOT MOVE INTO A BEXLEY.

Patio doors open right to the pool. Great place, quiet, clean and secure. Customer service by the onsite agents is above par.

I have lived here for three years and I love it! These apartments actually have a yard as an option, which I have, and it is really cool. There are two big dog parks if you don't have a yard. There is plenty of parking and lighting and the apartment is nice and updated inside. Maintenance requests are done in a timely basis and the staff is friendly. The area is is great which is close to your choice of two Starbucks, Lakeline Mall, and many food choices! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Bexley at Anderson Mill (formerly IMT at Anderson Mill) offers great apartment living at a reasonable price for the area. The apartments are quiet, and the gated community allows for a feeling of security. The new ownership has transitioned well, with no pain from the switch. The complex sits near Hwy. 183, with easy access to downtown as well as the Tollways and I-35. Further, the area nearby has great dining options and stores for shopping. All in all, a great place to live. While you will pay for this place (as you will at high rates through out the entire area), you receive great service to go with it.
