I caution any potential renter to read this review. This place has massive professionalism and safety issues. 1. We had an onsite sho*ting incident a few weeks ago. No update to the community. But since it was on a sidewalk, we can only guess that its drug related. (google it) 2. There are block parties here during a pandemic. Dont believe me? Go out on a warm Friday or Saturday evening and go to the mailboxes, youll see the parties in dual garages. 3. No one answers their emergency line. This is by far the worst. It doesnt ring to a manager, instead if no one answers it goes to corporate. Corporate answers, doesnt take notes, then transfers you back. but guess what, no one answers. In fact, Ive called the emergency line multiple times for safety issues, and guess what, no one ever answers it. Ever. Leave a VM? Good Luck getting a response before the incident is over. Want some examples? 1. We had a fist fight outside my apartment a few months ago involving tenants in an apartment above me. Tried calling the line and it just rang forever. 2. Just yesterday there was an extremely large verbal alertaction outside my apartment, to the point it impacted by ability to work. Guess what, I called the line, and no one answered. Shocker, right? This place reeks of unprofessional. Ever since they got bought out, I dont know what happened. Cuts to staffing? If not its a management issue and someone needs to go.

As you mention, we did have an incident in late November; however, our team sent a timely email right after we learned what had happened. We also worked closely with local authorities in order to ensure that the parties responsible (who did not live at the community) were found. Our team is a little confused as to where the block parties you mention occurred. We were not aware of this activity and would appreciate more information. In addition, we are very sorry that you have had trouble getting in touch with someone on our after-hours line. Due to this review being posted anonymously, we are unable to reach out to you directly in order to figure out how your phone calls went unanswered. Parking..Parking..Parking Well.. the faults on me this time. I should have checked out the parking situation at night. For any people reading this and looking to rent, please note that there appears to be NEGATIVE parking available. The "overflow" lot which I was informed is the leasing office, is also regularly full. By negative, I mean negative, theres not enough room. This problem appears to be caused by residents owning multiple cars and no enforcement nor any plans to enforce or change things. I wonder if they will just let things boil over as they reach 100% occupancy? I guess there are garages, but how is this not considered a problem? Theres literally no parking after 9 most nights. So your option is to either not leave, uber, or walk outside the entire complex and park on a side street. If you are thinking of renting here, just be aware that this is a problem that Ive been told has no pending resolution, nor does there seem to be any interest in resolving it. Oh well, this is on me for not double checking. Maybe a review on here will at least get me more than a deal with it response.
When we moved once a year ago this was a dream apartment, it has now turned into s nightmare. Building 8 is INFESTED With German Roaches. The problem started with one neighbor and now has spread to the entire building, pest control has come out for months now and the problem has only gotten worse. They’re in the breezeway, kitchen, bathroom and even one crawling on the ceiling above the bed. No matter how clean we keep it they just keep coming. Next, crime has begun to take off, first it started with a few bikes being stolen and has escalated to a car being stolen directly from a resident using the leasing center. Last week in my own driveway in front of a garage we pay for, my car was attempted to be broken in to on back to back nice. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. Trust me it isn’t worth it.

I have enjoyed living at Bexley at Tech Ridge Apartments (previously The Springs at Tech Ridge). The apartments are nice and fairly new. There is construction on two sides and a field (shows as a "Park" on Google Maps)but it is just overgrown weeds that is fenced off. The only complaints I have are that the staff (except for one very nice guy in the office Ruben)is so rude and they have no sense of customer service. They always act like everyone is bothering them if you go in there for ANY reason. Except when you are looking to lease. Then, they are really friendly. But, after you sign your lease, forget it. They could care less as long as they get their $$$ every month. The only other complaint is the pest problem. There have been snakes on the property and all kinds of bugs inside and out. They blame it on construction nearby, but the pest control provider told me that he really only sprays every 4-6 weeks. If you don't care about service or living with bugs - then it is GREAT!

Springs at Tech Ridge is a great apartment community. Office staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance guys are awesome and friendly. Clean and quiet complex. Have enjoyed staying here.
I really enjoy living here. The community is quiet and respectful, the staff is very friendly and informative, and the building quality is nice. The only complaint I have is the garbage disposal. It's not very good and it often backs up with only water running through it. I have had them come out and fix it (which they were very responsive about doing), but it still does it. I think the unit is probably not a very large one, so that's pretty annoying. But other than that, this place is excellent!
Where do I start? My 1 bedroom apartment is very pretty and put together in a practical way. This is a green community and that was a deciding factor in choosing to move here. People are friendly, and everyone is dog friendly as well. The complex is located close to shopping and restaurants. There is also a community garden!
