Property Ratings at Bexley at Triangle Park
Where do I begin? From my first inquiry, I just had a good feeling about this place. The gentleman on the phone was courteous and professional, and offered to set up an appointment for a tour of the property (which may not seem like a big deal, but so many other places didn't!). Upon our arrival we were greeted by Will, who was just so friendly and made my fiancé and I instantly feel welcome. He gave us a tour of the property and various amenities (a meeting room, a room with a kitchen and a pool table, a gym, and one of their pools) which were all lovely, but what really impressed me was the 1 bedroom model apartment he showed us to give us an idea of what our new home would be like...let me tell you, prior to this we have been looking at different homes and apartments FOR MONTHS....and the most trying part was witnessing how TERRIBLY developers had decided to design and use the space at hand. So many homes are designed with weird angles that closed off space and end up creating tiny, cramped rooms that are dark and just miserable...not this property! The rooms (even in the 1 bedroom model) in this apartment were spacious and open! With large windows that flood the space with natural light! And the bedroom is actually large enough to fit a king sized bed....with a walk-in closet! Oh, and did I mention the garden tub and in-unit top-loading washer and dryer? And we were even able to apply using the computers in the lobby, and we received confirmation of our application acceptance within an hour! And when my fiancé and I realized we needed to upgrade to a 2 bedroom, Will made it so easy for us! I'm just so happy we found this place, it's a truly a beautiful location, and the hospitality is top notch! Can't wait to move in :)
If you move here do not move to the first floor apartments. Its roach galore !!! They don’t do anything to fix the issue. There are roaches everywhere in this neighborhood. Not worth it. And they are not luxury apartments. Our thermostat is old, theres roaches, you can hear everything your neighbor above you is doing, lizards everywhere. Im honestly sick of this place. Spend your money at a better complex. & the pools are dirty. Its a shame.

I selected this specific complex 3 years ago because it was quiet, clean, in a convenient area and safe. Unfortunately, the management team has not maintained the property and they provide very little communication with residents. As an example, the management company hasn't cleaned vomit on the hallway in over two years after multiple requests. After several break-ins in the area, being interupted by Bexley staff entering my unit without asking, and having the rent increase for the 4th time, I'm out. I'd recommend researching elsewhere. The units are considerably dated for the price. Plus... Carpet in a bathroom is horrible. Bexley! Please! This could be a nice place if you take care of it and communicate with your residents! As a random plus, it has Google fiber and a place for Amazon deliveries.

This is from a 1BD - 1BA perspective I also rented a washer/dryer. Would highly recommend. The staff was great, friendly, and always helpful. The common areas and general facilities/amenities were always kept clean. Staff were informative about any issues/maintenance within the community. The community is very relaxed, can be quiet but that depends on the neighborhood kids. They also often have 1 or 2 community events per month ranging from food to fun or a mixture of both. And they're always family friendly. Most packages are secured upon delivery either by an amazon locker system or by staff accepting them on your behalf. Regardless of which you will be notified via email. Also there is a great shopping plaza right down the road. The actual apartment was great esp given the price. It all looks and feel modern. There is a plethora of storage space, screens to keep bugs out, modern appliances. Maintenance request done in timely matters. Overall my time here was highly enjoyable. My few issues/nitpicking: No kitchen sink hose, the built in desk area isn't in an optimal space and it is kinda small. The hallway light for it isn't that bright. You'd be better off getting your own desk and putting it in your bedroom or dining room area. Shower temp doesn't stay hot for long. If you take quick showers you'll be fine, but the pressure could also be better. Walls are a bit on the thinner side. Not super detrimental but occasionally noticeably so.

I would avoid this place if you're looking for an apartment. The major issue I have with this place is they continuously enter my apartment without providing any notice or calling me after I have specifically asked them on MULTIPLE occasions to not do that because I have a cat who loves to door dash. Of course whenever I go talk to them all they can say is "sorry about that!" and then nothing changes. Not that I mind children laughing and playing but literally every day from 5pm to 8pm you have loud kids outside your window shouting. So if that kind of thing bothers you be sure to make sure you get one not close to one of the playgrounds. The other issues with this place: stinkbugs. paper thin walls. it's not luxury in the slightest, 10 year old appliances the cheapest models they could get. No common area as it's under construction for as long as I've lived here(yet no compensation on the rent whatsoever) Expensive for pets. Staff is cordial, that's the only good thing about it.

This was our first spot to live after moving down from Boston. The neighbors were so welcoming and the amenities were great to enjoy. From day one the staff was always friendly and attentive. I would recommend this property to anyone looking.

I have lived here for a little over four years now in three different apartments. They is a nice place to live with the understanding you do live in an apartment surrounded by other people. You do notice other people when in an apartment community, be it through walls or ceilings. Never had a bad experience with that mindset. The complex is friendly and well kept up. The maintenance people that I have dealt with are friendly and have fixed things in my apartment when needed. I have enjoyed living here. What I cannot understand is WHY mandate valet trash for everyone here. Drives me crazy having to pay monthly for a service I am rarely able to use. I can carry a bag of trash once or twice a week to the dumpster myself. The leasing office stated they do not get any kickback on the $15/monthly fee. They were of no help in my options or in an explanation of why this service was mandated. I have tried to be very understanding with all the rules and regulations that come in an apartment community, but this is unnecessary and just another financial burden. Shame Bexley.

So here is my issue we moved in mid 2016 and for the 1st couple months things went well. However, we started to notice the walls are paper thin you hear everything your neighbors do. They slam doors all hours of the night. Parking spaces are way to close together in front of the building which caused damaged to my car when I brought this to management attention they said oh well sorry. One thing I am lost with is why in the world would you put carpet in a bathroom. Other issue we have had is maintenance staff coming in our apartment when we are not home and snooped around lucky we caught them on camera and showed the office. I will be so glad when our lease is up because we are gone. Save yourself and don't move here.

A fantastic place to live! Great amenities! Pool, dog park, gym, laundry room. It has everything you would every need. The location is growing around it and there are many things to do. Qucik Trip to Raleigh, Durham, and Morrisville.

The Bexley at Triangle Park is a beautiful apartment community that you enjoy coming home to. The apartments are a nice style and spacious (depending join your specific need). It's close proximity to the highway, airport and new Parkside Town Commons Shopping Center makes it a more than desirable location and place to live. The complex is well kept with beautiful landscape, it houses 2 nice pools one with a jacuzzi which is always clean, neat and kept up very well. The complex and pool area has a very trendy classy feel and is attractive looking making you almost feel like you are at a mini resort. The office staff are very nice and responsive to the needs of the residents. Overall it's a quiet community with neighbors from all walks of life across the states coming g together to create a fine safe community known as the Bexkey at at Triangle Park.
