Stay away from this apartment complex. The headache is not worth it. We stayed here for over 3 years, paid everything on time, and loved our stay in the apt, but when it came time to move out Corporate pulled out all the stops to "get paid." We were advised multiple times by multiple people that we would move from a long term lease to month-to-month, and that we could submit a 30 day notice to vacate because of our month-to-month status. We were required to be out of the apt at the end of those 30 days. After 3 years there was damage to the walls and some mineral buildup in the bathrooms that we offered to repair/clean after a walkthrough with the manager. For over 2 weeks we attempted to get a walk through and/or receive any feedback from the manager but there was no answer at all and because we no longer had access, we were unable to enter the apt and make repairs/clean. We were then charged $260+ for the paint and cleaning service AND have been charged an additional $1,030 for rent in the month following our move out. Everything we were told about the move-out process was either wrong information, misleading, a lie, or total avoidance. When we brought it up to Corporate and provided email evidence, they brushed it off as employees not knowing how to do their job. They said they would contact the manager of the complex to enact disciplinary action, which of course did not happen. When I called to see if the manager had been contacted, I was informed that they had not heard from Corporate at all. DO NOT allow them to speak to you on the phone or in person. Get absolutely everything in writing and avoid this trap.

This community used to be quiet, clean, and friendly. After the pandemic the quality drastically changed. Unless you don’t mind the passing by random unsanitary areas, seeing cops more often than usual, and ridiculous move out charges, I would definitely recommend living here.

Don't move here. I'm serious, when I moved in the paint wasn't finished in my apartment, they never walked my apartment before I moved in to pick up any trash the crew left. There is paint all over my floors. My apartment is legit slanted and very unlevel. My walls are cracking and when I brought it up to the front office and asked about it, the assured me that there was no foundation problems and that is was structurally sound. Then when Maintenance came up they said the complete opposite and it was only going to get worse. I now have multiple cracks in my walls. When the last storm we had come through, it caused water damage in my apartment I told them over a month ago and they still haven't fixed it. Front office talks to you Like you are dumb. They charge so much for these apartments and they aren't all that. There is multiple reoccurring fees that I was never told about them. Parking here is a nightmare don't do it. Gate is always broken so even though you pay for the gate security it's not really anything bc it's always open.

Hello hopefully residents, I am a resident here at the Bexleys at Central Park and I absolutely hate it . The apartments have an extremely, horrible pest problem & it’s not even worth the energy. The front office managment is utterly ridiculous and very hostile with any pest complaint . You can not hire your own exterminator or inspector so you are left with bugs and insects every week. I would never suggest anyone to live in these apartments. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY & CHOOSE SOMEWHERE BUG FREE. -your peace of mind

I moved into my apartment this past May. I was really excited about living in a nice, smoke-free community. First off, people don’t care that it’s smoke free, they smoke on the grounds anyway. Second, I have had mold issues for weeks now and the complex is trying to blame it on me. They keep saying that the combination of me leaving my AC fan on and not turning the vent fan on while I shower is what caused the mold. I had to contact their boss in order for them to take my complaint seriously. I will be going to the office tomorrow and telling them to let me out of my lease. I can’t even live there because it makes me so sick. Not worth it!!

We moved here 2 months ago and love it! Everyone that works at the office are amazing and sweet. We feel safe here and the community is so dog friendly. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking. Trash service, dog park, wood floors, stainless appliances, pool, in apartment washer/dryer, and decent sized balcony's you name it they have it. If you have any questions the office will always answer them for you!!

THE LEASING AGENT, KYLE WHO HELPED US WAS INCREDIBLE. THE GROUNDS ARE LOVELY AND THE APARTMENTS, WHILE WE HAVE ONLY BEEN HERE A WEEK ARE IN BEAUTIFUL CONDITION. IT IS QUIET AND THE FOLKS I HAVE MET THAT LIVE HERE ARE VERY FRIENDLY
I would suggest that you guys have a parking garage for tenants for what you are charging for rent. Other areas I?ve looked at in adjacent cities provide a parking garage plus all other amenities you guys have and they were also closer to entertainment in the area.
I have recommended vcp to friends and family already. They have visited and love it and are considering it once it is there time to decide.
I rated this an "8" because at the time (Feb-Sept 2017)the parking situation was really bad. It almost forced you to pay for an assigned spot which I did not want to do. I think this has since been changed or is in the middle of changing.
It's great for single people or couples with no children. Walls are thin, I can hear my neighbor upstairs going at it with his partner at all hours of the night and I have two small children. Have to tell my daughter that they are "jumping on the bed". Lol Noise and activity at night can be heard through the walls. Is ok for singles and couples . But that could just be me, I'm a single mother and my awareness is heightened and any little noise will keep me awake. Spiders and baby ants are frequent visitors on the first floor.
The overall condition of the complex is fine and we do like the apartment, but I would warn people of parking and bugs in the apartment.
NICE COMPLEX, TO BE AN UPSCALE APARTMENT U NEED TO EITHER HAVE AN ELEVATOR OR PARKING GARAGE, U DO HAVE GARAGES WHICH IS NICE, BESIDES THAT, THEY HAVE NICE LIVING AREAS, BUT WOULD BE NICER TO BE A LITTLE BIGGER IN THE MASTER AREA SO YOUR FURNITURE COULD FIT.
The apartments are beautiful! Just a little too expensive for Grand prairie and you guys should have an elevator : Your staff is AMAZING!
Calls go unanswered to the office during business hours as well as emails. I have called on several occasions during business hours and have not received a response to call or voicemail.
The overall feeling I experienced from being greeted by Daniel, taking a tour of the breath taking community and the thank you email I received. I felt important and valued.
Had a really hard time applying online and your website doesn't work at all on my computer for some odd reason.. almost a dealbreaker
I would not recommend it if parking remains an issue. We couldn't find parking for the leasing office. Residents can't find parking, less so a guest. The units are nice but the limited parking is a major concern.
Villas at Central Park is located in a great location and very convenient to reach Downton Dallas or Fort Worth. I really love that one the major interstates are close by as well as the quietness and nice residents near by.
Good place to live. Well-kept with a great staff. The location is the downside. There isn't much around without having to drive several minutes.
I would recommend the complex if they didn't have animals, didn't want friends/family to visit (no parking inside of gates and very minimal spots outside, and the employees park in those as well), and/or doesn't mind paying a little extra than the average.
Good value for the money and the finishes and appliances are better than normal. Also, Sherry and Karen make you feel like you are more a member of a family and not just someone who rents there.
Everything's great except the parking. Having to worry about how far you're going to have to carry 10 bags of groceries because there are no assigned spots is a real drag. Seeing people parallel park with way too much space from the forward or rear curb, leaving too little space to get 1 or 2 more vehicles in there is annoying. Seeing people with no parking pass in our lot is rather infuriating Also, there is no easy way to the mailroom except by driving through the gate. Should be way easier to access.
