Property Ratings at Bexley Landing
I had to wait over 90 minutes and make several phone calls before I was even acknowledged in the event of a lockout caused by a malfunction of the lock. Every single service is outsourced to the lowest-bidding third party and it shows through in the quality. There are far fewer non-premium parking spots than there are apartments, leaving residents to park on the street, often a quarter mile or farther from their front door. If you want to be treated like a number on a spreadsheet, this is the place for you!

If I could rate Bexley Landing a zero I would. I moved into this apartment complex when it was called “THE FLATS AT 901”. It was under a different property management and it was great. I had no complaints. I was recommended these units by another Realtor. I am a Realtor myself and also recommended these units to my clients and coworkers. I had two of my clients move into these units with my recommendation. Now under this new management all 3 of us have moved out. I would never recommend Bexley landing to absolutely any of my friends, clients, nor coworkers. For a tenant to pay what we pay for these luxury apartments and have to deal with the lack of professionalism and new unrealistic and absolutely unnecessary rules is ridiculous. When I initially moved into “The Flats at 901” the party room was available to all tenants and was available on a first come first serve basis. I organized another event with the new property management in place and my coworkers were asked to leave. I was told that under the new property management each tenant could only bring 2 people with them in the main areas. The second insistent was when I had my car serviced. I made the mistake to leave my house key on my key chain and didn’t transfer it over to my keychain on the rental car. I called the apartment complex after-hours number provided to me. They sent out the maintenance guy to help me get in. When he arrived, he said that he could not let me into my apartment because I was at fault for not having my key on me. I showed him my ID, which of course has my address on it with my unit number on it. He said it was company policy and could not open the door. Keep in mind that he was about to let me in if my key wasn’t working. He was right there with access to let me in and didn’t. I called a lock smith and they said they could not let me in without breaking down the door because we have an electronic key. I had to sleep in a hotel that night. These luxury apartments are full of spiders and the hallways smell like trash at all times. Not only do we pay for pest control we also pay for Valet trash. They fine you if you put your trash out too early, or if you don’t double bag it if needed, or if you don’t fold boxes correctly. Yet there are times where everyone puts their trash out on trash days and the trash service doesn’t come to collect the trash. Who fines them when they don’t pick up the trash, I pay them to pick up?

Give this place a look!!! I had no intentions of leasing here, just wanted to compare it to another place I had a lease ready with. Just to make sure I was getting what I wanted, I guess. Cheryl sold me, and it was a great experience all the way around. Came back the next day and Madelyn helped me, and I changed my mind to this place. Picked up keys about a week later! Beautiful property, never been lived in unit, no issues, pool view/north eastern sky... cannot get any better! Thank you!!!
