Have to share my experience, i wanted an apartment in bexley, first impression, i was treated pretty nicely and was given a tour. The person attending me sat me down to use a computer to sign up and fill out an application which i did and also paid $200 i believe, However, there was a couple who sat next to me that lived in one of the apartments and were looking for a house and spoke to me and they said that they hated the place and wanted to move out, there was a lot of noise and that they have certain word usage in the contract that is quiet aggresive if your not careful. Basically, please read the contract your signing, any little trick, rules, or gotchas the apartment lease contract has, especially what rules are there if you decide to move out and when you have to advise the apartment complex before hand. Because the one who gives you a tour will probably not tell you of the little rules and gotchas, and probably wont tell you even if you ask. At the end of the day, your not the owner, your just a tenant and investors need to reach there bottom line. I did get approved and decided not to finalize the papers to get the apartment. By the way, i didnt get my $200 deposit back because apparently there was a 24 hour - 72 hour rule that makes it non refundable and the person who gave me the tour didnt mention that. Talk about rules and gotchas lol!

I am not one to leave petty reviews because honestly I just move on with my life but this property has the absolute worst office staff and management. There is miscommunication or no communication at all between office staff which has resulted in fees that should never have accrued. If I could rate this place lower I absolutely would. When we leased it was Timberview Ranch... lived there for a few months came home and apparently we lived at Bexley. We had nothing but problems with this property.

I would stay away. We’ve been here almost a year and can’t wait to move out. We’ve had mice, ants (which have bit me more times then I can count!), etc. We hear everything from our neighbors. Running, stomping, yelling, crying, etc. The gates never work consistently. Office staff is alway changing. Our window sills mold because when it’s cold outside the windows get condensation on them and puddle at the bottom. I’ve lived in places colder then this and never had that issue. Does not feel like it’s worth it with what you pay in rent. If we could move out early we would be gone!

Prospect tenant and right off the back the staff to me seems lazy and inattentive. Seems like the type of staff, who once they sign you and they get their commission for leasing apartments that's probably where their courteous and polite demeanor ends. Office hours are not adhered to, tried to come tour the site several times but early mornings staff doesn't unlock doors in time. I even called to ask them what time the office opens and Melinda told me 10-6 pm even when the website and the sign out front of the office, clearly states 9am-6pm M-F. Not sure if the people that I've encounter represent the current management team but that already tells you, a nice apartment complex doesn't really matter if the staff that they hire is lazy, careless, and selfish.

The Valet trash service is absolutely terrible as well as the maintenance “team.” Valet trash will pick and choose when they want to take your trash even though it’s $25/month mandatory. The maintenance crew will complete work orders and say they will come back when they have “supplies”, but never return. I have had to change my own air filter and lights multiple times. And my ceiling is still leaking from a past work order. Very frustrating for someone with my busy work schedule.

The property is nice from the outside not bad on the inside but nothing special. Horrible parking...you’ll have to park at the leasing office when you get home late at night! There aren’t any available pay parking spots/garages & even those can be buildings away from your building. I guess it’s rocket science to assign parking to each unit. They say they have 24hr maintenance but they’ve never showed up from when I called after hours with a noise complaint. They don’t take noise complaints seriously at all...when you inform them of noise complaints they say call us while it’s happening instead of alerting the noisy neighbor there’s a complaint. They don’t clean the breezeways or parking lots often so stains, broken glass & trash remain there forever even though they have maintenance staff riding around on golf carts all day. The property itself is quiet but get a 3rd floor unit to avoid all the jumping/running/dropping/stomping of 3rd floor tenants.

The apartments are nice. The complex is about 2 years old or so. The problem I have is that the walls are extremely thin. For the amount of money for rent, and all of the nice finishes(stainless appliances, granite counter tops, double sinks on master bath) you wouldn't expect to hear not only the upstairs neighbor's every move, but the next door neighbor's conversation. The grounds seem to be nicely kept, however the halls are not. There have been items left under the stairs for months as if it were storage space. Trash is left outside by tenants for days on days that valet isn't scheduled instead of taking it to the dumpster. I do not believe I will renew my lease.

Terrible customer service alert!!!!! Taylor in the front office has some of the worse customer service skills. Perhaps someone can help me understand something. I put a pet deposit down on my first lease the Pet has been gone for the past 10 months of my 12 month lease. They are not going to refund me my pet deposit because I am not moving off property although I am renewing my lease. A pet deposit that covers damage done by a pet that lives on premisses yet they are going to hold onto although there is no pet here. Additionally when I first moved in I was assured the prices on my garage would not change, but apparently that was under old management and now my garage price is changing to a $30 increase. Taylor really has no idea what she is doing or how to talk to tenants. She is the worse worse employee at this apartment complex. And somehow their corporate decided to leave her in charge. If I wasn’t recovering from surgery I would move out of this place tomorrow.
I am a current resident and these are my thoughts. Good location if you are looking to live in Grand Prairie. Close to shops and restuants. The construction of 360 is annoying and causes traffic but that should be done soon. The inside of the apartmenrs are nice. You do have to buy a washer and dryer or rent them. The laundry on site was never built (along with other things that were suppose to be built and they never sent a memo out letting us know they weren't). The apartments were not build very well. You came hear EVERYTHING that is going on with the neighbors above you. Most of the residents are not very considerate of others. Scream in the halls at all hours, jumping down the stairs, and slamming their door. Most residents do NOT pick up after their dogs (so if you are touring watch where you step). Even with all of the dog bag stations they still don't pick up their dogs poop. Can't open my windows on a nice day because of the smell. The dog park ALWAYS has piles of dog poop. Dogs not on leashes. Now there is trash all over beer bottles, bottle caps and just trash. With how much you pay here you shouldn't have to live with that. People putting nasty trash out on non trash pick up and leaving it for the 2 days instead of bringing it to the dumpster. I will say the new team at the from seems to be better then the last. Espically the manger. The old manger was rude, disrespectful, degrading and avoiding dealing with any problems. She would look at you with the face of disgust and that you were wasting her time and the only thing she would say is she would set up an appointment for both parties involved to come to an agreement. After complaining about multiple things multiple times I asked for the property managers number and she refused to give it over. And this went on for months. Then one day she wasn't there anymore. But all in all.. I would really research other apartments in this area before making a decision. And if this is the better option... live on the 3rd floor.

The complex is nice and quiet. Good place to live in the Grand Prairie, Texas area close to shops and entertainment. The problems I have is the property manager does not have very good people skills. The complex rental pay system is not very dependable and can create payment problems. According to the leasing agent they do not take checks. The leasing agents are great and extremely helpful. The property manager tends to avoid residents that want to address issues they are having at the complex which is poor management skills for a new complex needing residents. When she is available she appears frustrated when discussing issues which is unprofessional.

Timberview has been excellent from first contact to our move in. Nicole in the leasing office is great about answering all of my emails and questions promptly. Apartment is beautiful and brand new. Service calls have been answered super fast. Only downfall would be the awkward location and the U-turn necessary on 360... but hey, that's not their fault. Overall, we are incredibly pleased with this complex! Absolutely worth a call.
